What are Yeast? (Candida Albicans)

Good Yeast versus "Bad" yeast.

Not all yeasts are bad. Of the thousands of existing species of yeast, only small percentage can induce disease. Yeasts are single-cell organisms that live on the surfaces of all living things, including fruits, vegetables, grains and your skin . Yeast is a kind of fungus. Mildew, mold, monilia and candida are all names that are used to describe different types of yeast.
One particular type of yeast, Candida albicans, normally lives on the inner warm creases and crevices of your digestive tract and vagina (female).

Candida growth is kept in balance by so-called "good bacteria"., and by your immune system. However, Candida albicans, is an opportunistic organism, and if the immune system is compromised the tenuous balance is upset and the good bacteria are destroyed. Candida albicans then multiplies, and the resulting overgrowth can lead to health problems, which affect many parts of your body. Then doctors label you as suffering chronic candidiasis. Not many doctors recognise that, though. And prescribe you more antibiotics.

Candida albicans has a "Dr.Jeckyl & Mr. Hyde" type of personality: It has the ability to change from a single-cell yeast into a branching fungal form, able to burrow beneath the surface of the mucous membranes. Thus, if not kept in check by a healthy diet daily and a well-functioning immune system, candida albicans can become a threat to your health.

Factors that Promotes Yeast Overgrowth . . .
But, if you take broad-spectrum antibiotics or other drugs medications (the birth control pills or cortisone, for example) the good bacteria that prevent fungal infections from developing are knocked out. The candida albicans yeasts are not affected, so they multiply and put out toxins that further weaken your immune system. Consequently, you may experience repeated infections, unknowingly to you and ignorant doctors (some of them) ,and these infections may be treated with another round of antibiotics, more 'powerful' (means more deadly to your body system of course) encouraging further growth of candida albicans....and so a Vicious Cycle develops. You will be feeling " sick all over," It is repeated courses of broad-spectrum antibiotics that are the main "villain."

A yeast infection in one part of your body cab cause symptoms elsewhere in several different ways. Candida overgrowth in your intestine may create what is called a "leaky gut," an inflammation of the intestinal wall that results in substances permeating the protective lining of the gut. Consequently, toxins and food allergens can pass easily through this membrane and travel to other parts of your body. Thus manifest food allergies. It is not the food problem, but your leaky membranes , caused by candida albicans overgrowth, which is caused by overdose of antibiotics.

Thanks for leaving the link info on my post. We don't do anti-biotics but recently succumbed to doing so because our kids have had this strange really bad cold that's gotten into their lungs...

So do you have an offer?

Dear 'trader2rv', you can find the water-cure protocol formula in many of the earlier posts from this blog,

The kids are not sick per se, they are thirsty and suffering dehydration of cellular level.

Anti(means against) biotics(mean life form/organism), so anti-biotics are drug used to 'kill' all life form in the person's body.

In fact, it is the water which goes with the drugs which is helping the body to regain vitality and recover from the dehydrated state the patient is in.

Hope you see the real point why human body manifest the many symptoms/sign like cold, running nose, cough, shivering, and others.
The human body is well-wired and it only do all it can to rebalance its own stable and healthy condition to live daily. Help it by drinking sufficient amount at the 90 minutes interval, quit all canned drinks, eat fresh fruit s snacks in between meals and walk/run in the open fresh air. Enjoy better health with the kids too. Welcome again to Healthy Wealth, one and all. Peace to you and all bloggers.
