Using The True Power Of Water In Your Life

Good Music Reaches Our Cells

Improving the quality of your water is something you can do yourself. Since we are water, our human body consist of 70 percent water, we must avoid disturbing our hado with the water we drink.

Fortunately, as discussed earlier, it has been proven clearly that it is good to give water information of healing and to have positive thoughts for water. Please remember that even water placed near devices that generate strong electromagnetic waves could make crystals when given such information.

What kind of information has a healing effects? I have been talking about the importance of language such as "love and gratitude." However, information is not limited only to words.  Other kinds of information also have healing properties for improving water. being sensitive, water responds to beautiful pictures and music.

As a matter of fact, when we started to take water-crystal photographs, first we conducted an experiment to give water the information of music before we tried one with words. A young researcher who had been fascinated with taking water-crystal photographs said one day , "Let's have water listen to music. I think there will  be interesting water crystals."  The idea struck me right away. After all, I am very fond of music. So we decided to play pieces of my favorite classical music one after another ( See figure 4.4)

Emoto - How Music Affects Water and What This Means to Us.

Can words and music really affect water? Dr. Masaru Emoto, a doctor of alternative medicine from Japan, has conducted many experiments on water crystals and have found that words and music have both positive and negative effects on water. Dr. Emoto's experiments have been published into several books, one of them the well known book The Hidden Messages in Water. His findings show that music has a big effect on water and therefore, on us as well, since we are largely made up of water.

Dr. Emoto put water into containers and wrote or typed different thoughts and feelings on labels and put them on the containers. Immediately afterwards, the water was frozen and the combination of a microscope and high-speed photography resulted in photos of water crystals. Beautiful water crystals were formed when Dr. Emoto used beautiful words, such as love and gratitude, while misshapen and distorted crystals were formed when slang or swear words were used. Polluted water formed ugly crystals, but after polluted water was prayed over, prettier water crystals resulted.

Such amazing findings show that words, both written and spoken, can actually have an effect on water. But what about music? Dr. Emoto also did these water crystal experiments with music. He put water between two speakers and turned on a specific piece of music for several hours. Then the water was frozen and photographed by Dr. Emoto.

Classical music such as those by Beethoven and Bach resulted into beautiful water crystals. Dr. Emoto also found that the Tibet Sutra and the Kawachi Folk Dance all produced pretty water crystals. However, rock music did not have the same results - instead, rings of cracks showed up when the water exposed to rock music was frozen.

These results by Dr. Emoto and other scientists since then have shown that some music have healing properties and others don't. What's even more amazing is that music actually has an effect on a non-living, physical matter. Since 70% of our bodies are made up of water, we can apply the healing properties of classical music to our own bodies.

Every piece of music has different frequencies, and these frequencies can reach different parts of our body to assist our immune systems and minds to achieve healing and other positive effects. Dr. Emoto has said that he sees energy as vibrations moving through matter. These vibrations are called hado by Dr. Emoto. Hado translates as wave motions or vibrations.

For example, listening to The Moldau by Bedrich Smetana can reduce irritability and energize the lymphatic tissues of the body. Dr. Emoto attributes this to the hado in the music that can cancel out the hado of irritability. The music also resonates with the hado of lymphatic system. Other examples include listening to The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss II will revitalize your central nervous system, while listening to the opera “Lohengrin” by Richard Wagner will remove the hado of self-pity from your thoughts.

In all, Dr. Emoto and his research and findings on how music affects water has profound implications for us and the role music plays in our lives.

After trials and errors, we arrived at the following method to play music to water:
1. Place a bottle of water between two speakers and play a piece of music at the normal volume.

2.After the music is finished, to the bottom of the bottle well to give it some vibration.

3. Leave the bottle of water there overnight, and then tap it again before putting it into a freezer.

We play music under the same conditions as we would enjoy it. The results defied our expectations.  The water showed a reaction similar to the healing effects that we would feel from listening to the same music.  especially, water made very complex and intricate crystals after it was exposed to the music of a full orchestra.

Perhaps the harmony created by different instruments produces good hado. Our human body is made up of as many as sixty trillion cells. The harmony of the music played by an orchestral can reach each and very cell of our body and thus contribute to our health.

Beside classical music, we also played so-called healing music to our water samples, and beautiful water-crystals photos resulted; on the other hand, when the water samples listened to heavy-metal music, no crystals were formed. (see figure 4.5)

I believe that music truly had healing effects.  We feel we are healed when we listen to good music, perhaps because the water in our body is healed by listening to the good music. Good music reaches every one of our sixty trillion cells.

Our success in taking photographs after playing music to water samples led us to do the subsequent experiments such as showing beautiful pictures to water and having water read the information in written words. And listening to verbal words.

All of these musical pieces are popular ones: you might want to listen to them during your relaxation time in the evening or morning. (see figure 4.6)

Figure 4.4: Playing music to a bottle of water placed between two speakers.

Figure 4.5:God music pleases and heals water. (Music piece title, "Canon in D Major," Pachelbel.) ("Time to Say Goodbye," Sarah Brughtman and Andrea Bocelli) ( A piece of heavy-metal music)

Results: Water responded to beautiful pieces of music by forming elegant crystals, while it clearly reacted to heavy-metal music. This doesn't necessarily mean that heavy-metal music is bad, but the lyrics of this piece seemed to be problematic.

Figure 4.6:Our human body, mind and water respond to good music.

Music Piece :

1. " Canon in D Major," Pachelbel.
Emotional hado : Relief from anxiety and uneasiness.
Physical hado: Uterus, ovaries.
The water crystal after listening to this Canon in D major revealed a unique shape. Like the motif of this piece, the crystal had layers.  As for the body's parts. the music resonated with the uterus and ovaries. As a matter of fact, my wife likes this piece very much, and she listened to it often when she was pregnant. It would be good for prenatal care of unborn child. The influence of anxiety and uneasiness on a fetus shouldn't be made light of.

2. "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor," by Bach.
Emotional hado: Relief from lethargy.
Physical hado: Right cerebrum.
This crystal has an unspoiled look. It reminded us of the deep sound of a pipe organ and seemed to be stretching upward to the heavens. When this picture's hado was measured, it resulted in vitalizing the right brain and canceling the hado of lethargy. This solemn piece of Bach's music certainly has the motivational feel of vibration for the listeners. Dr. Schweitzer is known for his dedicated medical activities and for being a talented organist. This piece is said t be one of his favorites. Perhaps the toccata and fugue was a driving force for his activities.

3. "March No.1," by Elgar.
Emotiona hado: Relief from shyness and bashfulness.
Physical hado: Spine, spinal cord.
The water crystal after listening to Elgar's "March No.1" had a sturdy, dignified, and stable shape.  The hado measurements of this photograph are given above.  Without courage and confidence, we cannot march in a dignified way.  This March causes us to naturally straighten out spine. This piece is recommended for those who don't feel confident speaking in front of people.

4. "Time to Say Goodby," by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli.
Emotional hado: Relief from passiveness and negativity.
Physical hado: Colon, rectum.
This piece was a big ht in the world and became very popular in Japan, as it was used in a commercial. This piece has a seemingly sad title, but the result of the hado measurements made me think that the "goodbye" in this song must be a positive one. I found that the meaning of the song was to depart together with the loved one. Departure comes with farewell, but when we can take it positively, we may be able to solve a problem on which we've been "stuck."

5. Prelude from Carmen, by Bizet.
Emotional hado: Relief from supression.
Physical hado: Circulatory system.
Just like Carmen, heroine of the opera, this crystal appeared to be free and uninhibited. Contrary to its tragic ending, this piece has an uplifting effect on the listener. From my experience, a crystal like this one is only possible when the piece of music is exquisite and precise.  The results of our hado measurements are given above. The way Carmen lives, she doesn't suppress anything. Carmen depicts a woman who dances the flamenco in passionate rhythm and lives her life as she desires.

6. The Moldau,  by Smetana.
Emotional hado: Relief from irritability.
Physical hado: Lymph.
The water-crystal photograph after having played The Moldau resulted to the hado measurement of canceling the hado of irritability.  In terms of physical hado, it resonated strongly with the lymphatic system. By listening to this piece, we can expect to relieve the hado of irritability and vitalize the lymphatic system. When you feel irritable, it is a sign that inside you are telling yourself that you need calmness and freedom from pressure.  By being kinder to yourself, your mind will become clearer.  Listen to this music.

7. "The Blue Danube," by Johann Strauss Junior.
Emotional hado: Relief from lost vigor due to prolonged endurance.
Physical hado: Central nervous system.
By listening to "The Blue Danube" waltz, the central nervous system organs that had been withered due to habitual endurance will be vitalized.  You will be able to feel relaxed and big-hearted at both body and mind levels.  To you who are sincere and serious with your acquired habit of endurance since childhood, your cells are saying, "You don't have to endure anymore. let's live freely."

8. "Danube Waves," by Joseph Ivanovitch.
Emotional hado: Relief from suppression.
Physical hado: Promotion of blood circulation.
Listening to "Danube Waves" will help you to express your feelings without suppressing them. When your heart opens to your true feelings, the stagnant blood circulation will be smoother; thus, the cells must be more activated.Besides suppression, the other hado of emotions that stagnates the bodily fluid (blood) are stubbornness, greediness, and excess fear.

9. "Swan Lake, Act 2" by Tchaikovsky.
Emotional hado: Obsession.
Physical hado: Joints.
Like a swan dances in the lake, let's remove our guard (fixed ideas) that we have built inside us and behave freely. While listening to Swan Lake, you might want to move your body a little more freely. Together with bodily joints, your thoughts will become more flexible.
{The Story And A Synopsis of Swan Lake - Acts I & 2 :

Act I
Prince Siegfried arrives at his 21st birthday celebration on the palace courtyards to find all of the royal families and townspeople dancing and celebrating, while the young girls are anxiously seeking his attention. During the exquisite celebration, his mother gives him crossbow and informs him that because he is of age now, his marriage will be quickly arranged.

Hit with the sudden realization of his future responsibilities, he takes his crossbow and runs to the woods with his hunting buddies.

Act 2
Getting ahead of the group, Prince Siegfried finds himself alone in a peaceful spot by an enchanted lake where swans gently float across its surface. While Siegfried watches, he spots the most beautiful swan with a crown on its head.
His buddies soon catch up, but he orders them to leave so he can be by himself. As dusk falls, the swan with the crown turns into the most beautiful young woman he has ever seen. Her name is Odette, the Swan Queen. She informs the young prince that an evil sorcerer, Von Rothbart, who so happens to be disguised as Prince Siegfried’s mentor, has turned her and the other girls into swans and that the lake was formed by the tears of their parents' weeping. She tells him that the only way the spell could be broken is if a man, pure in heart, pledges his love to her. The Prince, about to confess his love for her, is quickly interrupted by the evil sorcerer. He takes Odette from Prince Siegfried’s embrace and commands all of the swan maidens to dance upon the lake and its shore so that the prince cannot chase them.

Prince Siegfried is left all alone on the shore of Swan Lake.

Act 3
The next day at the formal celebration in the Royal Hall, Prince Siegfried is presented with many prospective princesses. Although the princesses are worthy of his attention, he cannot stop thinking about Odette. His mother commands him to choose a bride, but he cannot. For the time being, he satisfies his mother's request by dancing with them. While the prince dances, trumpets announce the arrival of Von Rothbart.

He brings his daughter, Odile, on whom he has cast a spell to appear as Odette. The prince is captivated by her beauty and he dances with the imposter. Unbeknownst to Prince Siegfried, the true Odette is watching him from a window. The prince soon confesses his love to Odile, thinking that she is Odette.

To Odette’s horror, she flees into the night. Prince Siegfried sees the real Odette fleeing from the window and realizes his mistake. Upon his discovery, Von Rothbart reveals to the prince the true appearance of his daughter Odile. Prince Siegfried quickly leaves the party and chases after Odette.

Act 4
Odette has fled back to the lake and joined the rest of the girls in sadness. Prince Siegfried finds them gathered at the shore consoling each other. He explains to Odette the trickery of Von Rothbart and she grants him her forgiveness. It isn’t long before when Von Rothbart and Odile appear in their evil, unhuman, somewhat bird like, forms. Von Rothbart tells the prince that he must stick to his word and marry his daughter.

A fight quickly ensues. Prince Siegfried tells Von Rothbart that he would rather die with Odette than to marry Odile. He then takes Odette’s hand and together they jump into the lake. The spell is broken and the remaining swans turn back into humans. They quickly drive Von Rothbart and Odile into the water where they, too, drown.

The girls watch the spirits of Prince Siegfried and Odette ascend into the heavens above Swan Lake.

FINIS.

Swan Lake was unsuccessful after its first year of performance. Conductors, dancers, and audiences alike thought Tchaikovsky's music was far too complicated and the ballet dancers in particular had difficulty dancing to the music. The production’s original choreography by German ballet master, Julius Reisinger, was criticized harshly as uninspiring and unoriginal.  It wasn’t until after Tchaikovsky’s death that Swan Lake was revived.

From 1871 to 1903, ballet's most influential dancer, choreographer, and teacher, Marius Petipa held the position of Premier maƮtre de ballet at the Russian Imperial Theatre. Thanks to his extensive research and reconstruction efforts, Petipa along with Lev Ivanov revived and revised Swan Lake in 1895. Performances of Swan Lake today, are likely to feature Petipa's and Ivanov's choreography.

The Meaning of the Swan

We do know that Tchaikovsky was granted a great deal of control over the story's content. He and his colleagues both agreed that the swan represented womanhood in its purest form. The stories and legends of swan-maidens date as far back as ancient Greece; when the Greek god Apollos was born, flying swans circled above their heads. Legends of swan maidens can also be found in The Tales of the Thousand and One Nights, Sweet Mikhail Ivanovich the Rover and The Legend of the Children of Lir.

Pierina Legnani and Swan Lake

Swan Lake is known for its demanding technical skills all because of one extremely gifted ballerina, Pierina Legnani. She performed with such grace and discipline, the bar was quickly set in the minds of all who saw her. It's no surprise that every ballerina to dance the part of Odette/Odile after Legnani was judged against her performance. Legnani performed 32 fouettes (a fast whipping turn on one foot) in a row – a move many ballerinas loath because of its extreme difficulty. However, the magnitude of skill required to dance the part of OdetteSwan Lake is why the ballet remains a favorite for many girls; its a goal, an aspiration to take center stage. The prestige that comes with performing Swan Lake flawlessly is invaluable, and can turn ballerinas into stars overnight.

How The Mainstream Music You Listen To Affects The Frequency and Vibration Of Your Life’s Experiences

This is an amazing video of an experiment of how water is affected by sound and energy conducted by Dr. Masaru Emoto.

It is known in modern science that human beings are made of 70-80% water. Aside from water, we are constructed of numerous minerals and elements which are also found everywhere in the Universe.

In the Mid 1800s, there lived a man known as Nikola Tesla. He was nothing short of a genius. He was as an inventor and engineer, among many other things and practically mastered electricity. He created an invention that could provide the world with free electricity by using the magnetism of the Earth.

In his mind, the Universe is energy, frequency, and vibration as One. If we can come to realize at our essence, that we are the Universe and everything in it as one connected soul, we can understand the power of his insight and research. Through pure intention of our own energy, frequency, and vibration, we can manifest our realities into beautiful masterpieces.

We have the ability to change the water composition in our bodies from moment to moment, essentially changing our body’s entire dynamic. With Tesla’s research and the research of Dr. Masaru Emoto, we have palpable evidence of how we can change our bodies, along with our Universe!

Everything in the Universe is connected so as you change yourself, the Universe is instantly and forever changed. Check out the video above and see for yourself. As Bruce Lee would say, “Be water my friend.” :)

Mainstream Music’s Influence on the Modern Era
What musical artists make you feel alive? Which ones inspire you into greatness?

For me, all I have to do is play some Bob Marley in the morning and instantly, my day is set on the highest vibration possible.

The Universe and everything in it is comprised of three main ingredients – Energy, Frequency, and Vibration. Combined, they are the building blocks to consciousness and life itself.

The level or form of consciousness you are at present is directly related to the level of each of these three ingredients.

For example, one and two dimensional objects vibrate on a lower frequency than three dimensional objects and the same goes for all life forms that are conscious. EVERYTHING has these three ingredients. Both living and non-living.

It is becoming more widely accepted through modern science that consciousness has the powerful ability to affect and manipulate matter. For many years, it was thought to be that of its opposite.

So let’s simply break it down…

The Universe is consciousness. Everything in the Universe is conscious on some level.
Consciousness is affected by energy, frequency, and vibration.
Consciousness can then manipulate and/or create matter.
Here’s the kicker! You, my friend, are matter in the combination of solid, liquid, and gas (mostly water!), comprised of atoms which hold electrons, protons, and neutrons.

Which means…

The matter (form) in which you are experiencing life in the present is manipulated by the energy, frequency, and vibration that you are inviting/creating into your consciousness. Or in other words, you are what you are vibrating!

Also, there are plenty of studies that show the impact of frequency and vibration on water (70-80% of your composition).

For a small video on frequency and vibration’s affect on water…check this out!

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” – Nikola Tesla

So Where Does Music Come Into Play?…

MUSIC IS VIBRATION!
Most people are aware of this…it’s no mystery. BUT DO THEY REALIZE ITS TRUE SIGNIFICANCE?

Music has been around for thousands of years and has been present in every culture on earth (both ancient & modern) from the Egyptians all the way to the Mayans and Native Americans on this continent, and many more!

It is also shared and experienced among the beautiful animals we inhabit this Earth with…such as birds, whales, bats and more – check out these 7 Amazing Animal Musicians and see what they’re capable of!

Music is an integral part of life for all on this planet! And I’m so happy it is. :) I wish everyone could enjoy the sounds of music!

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” – Albert Einstein (pretty smart dude)
So now that you can understand the power of music and its impact on your consciousness, let me give you give some modern examples of vibration mastery! And let’s not forget, although vibration may be mastered by these musicians, it does not mean the intention behind the music is always 100% clear or sincere.

Money plays a huge role in the workings and manipulation of what mainstream artists put out into the world. And my judgments of whether they have good or not so good intentions are only my opinions and how they resonate with me. To each his own!

But if you pull down the blinders, you may find some deeper meaning behind the music you listen to.

I will discuss mostly musicians that have influenced my life…but do your own research and introspection and see what you find!

Dark vs Light: Musicians on Payroll
The music industry plays a key role in the manipulation of our planet’s frequency as a whole. There, I said it!

It is owned and operated by just a few large companies who have billions of dollars and whole shit ton of control. Major record labels get to decide who becomes their next puppet. A puppet that will best fuel their continued control of industry and put billions more into their pockets.

I am not saying they control everything because that is most likely impossible. But these large companies do have their hands in the pockets of probably 75-85% of the music you listen to. It’s just simple objective fact. They have the ability to manipulate the artists you invite into your life.

And they have the power to flood your consciousness with the artists who vibrate on a much less meaningful level.

How? Well you already know…
Mostly through radio & television…a massive avenue of vibration distribution.

Now the illusion of choice comes in the way of American Idol, which has taken over in the last decade.

Through American Idol, people have the illusion that their choices or preferences are dictating which artists are chosen to become superstars. But in reality, these new artists are only being compared, on the subconscious level to the older generation that has paved the way. The older generation that has had to go through the rigors of “making it in the music biz.”

This older generation is pretty outspoken on the inner workings of the music industry.

You can find numerous videos on you-tube of high paid musicians giving confessions that they “sold their soul to the devil” in order to get into/survive the industry. Or the talks of other mainstream music celebs who have “fallen off” like Lauryn Hill of The Refugees or Prodigy of Mobb Deep. They go into extreme detail into how the system works.

If you don’t comply, you are simply outcasted and ridiculed or worse. Michael Jackson and Tupac Shakur were huge tests of defiance to the control of the music industry and they had some pretty poor outcomes. If you read deeper into some of their songs, you’ll hear them trying to break free of the slavery that is the music biz.

Other notables that were amazing in their defiance of trying to spread positivity or contest the control were Bob Marley, John Lennon, Jim Morrison, Aliyah, Jimi Hendrix, and Biggie, to name a few.

Some artists (such as Jason Mraz) have the ability to transcend the darkness because of the amount of light they are shining on the soul level…they become exemptions to the rule for many reasons…

As well, their music, as a positive vibration makes more money for their bosses. So to put it simply, if they sell records, let it be.

But overall, the mainstream music industry has become flooded with garbage for many reasons…
To lower the frequency of billions on a daily basis. (using hate, anger, judgment, sex, money, greed)
To distract the younger population and create a dumbing down effect for generations to come (older generations of music, especially in the 60’s and 70’s inspired free thinking, rebellion against power, and awareness).
Manipulate trends, styles, ideals, and morals which feeds the material market designed for their audience.
Creates debate, separation, racism (Kanye & Taylor Swift), prejudice, and drama based conversation.
Distract or overpower the talent of artists with genuine messages/intentions.
The most important is the first one – LOWERING YOUR FREQUENCY! They use and feed off of your emotions for profit.
For a beautiful example of emotions and their respective frequencies check out this graph on innertranquillity.com. It describes many emotions such as shame and guilt (lowest) as 20-30 hertz frequency whereas love, joy, peace, and enlightenment (highest) are at 500-700+ hertz frequency respectively!
Remember though…

It is not everyone out there like I said. And not every record label has bad intentions. Some artists have no idea that they are manipulated. And some artists have no idea of what they’re actually vibrating. They are just trying to become “famous” or earn a living. But they see what sells, makes their labels happy, and rewards them in monetary and Egoic value. And thus, the billionaires above them reap even more.

Some examples of low frequency vs higher frequency in rap/hip-hop/rock/and country…

Living artists that lower your frequency:

(It doesn’t mean they are not good at what they do!)

Lil Wayne
P. Diddy (anything he touches)
Britney Spears
Rhianna
Justin Beiber
Miley Cyrus
Drake
Kanye West
Taylor Swift
Lady Gaga
Metallica
Jay-Z
Eminem and many more…
Living artists that raise your frequency:

Jason Mraz
Jack Johnson
Matisyahu
Keith Urban
Eddie Vedder
Incubus
Rebelution
Florence and the Machine
Mos Def
Dave Mathews Band
Tracy Chapman
Brad Paisley
SOJA
Darius Rucker
These artists have the unique ability of capturing audiences’ attention and they do it very well! The difference between the two lists in my opinion is the message (vibration) behind their music. Is it fueled by love, peace, happiness, awareness, and positive vibrations? Or is it fueled by greed, anger, guilt, fear, desire, or negative vibrations?

There are so many genres of music that raise the frequency of one’s vibration as well that I did not speak of such as:

Classical
Jazz
Folk
Orchestra
New Age
Soul
Opera
As well as many others!!
It’s All About The Message…
Music tends to hit people on the soul level and the subconscious. It’s the same reason why when you hear a song and you don’t know who it is or what it is, it just hits you! You FEEL it inside you. It affects your subconscious infectiously and has a lot to do with what frequency you are vibrating and attracting.

If you are feeling or vibrating sadness, you may want to listen to sad songs or lower frequency tunes. Or quite the opposite! When feeling sad, you may need a positive boost and turn on some Bob Marley. :)

Ultimately, if it makes you feel better, listen to it! But consciously be aware of how it truly makes you feel at your core rather than pleasing a superficial Egoic lack or desire.

Ironically, this entire article and my perception of these artists and their music may not resonate with you at all! It all has to do with your frequency and vibration. We just may not be on the same levels – it is what it is. Not good or bad. :) Everyone has their ‘time’ for raising their vibration…

This brings me to my life experiences with music…
In high school and college, my music had a wide variety of vibration but consisted mostly of rap, hip-hop, and alternative/classic rock.

I found my emotions were very imbalanced and erratic like most teenagers and young adults. The music tended to fuel my anger, hate, jealousy, sadness, or greed. I’d find myself listening to old school Eminem and Jay-Z or other mainstream hip hip artists like Nas, Biggie, or DMX while getting heavily boozed up before I went out with my friends.

That vibration was NOT a good way to start off the night because often I would find myself looking to pick a fight with anything that walks. Granted, I had some personal issues going on at the time along with the stress of nursing school but who doesn’t? I do know it was the music (mixed with alcohol) that brought those emotions roaring to the surface.

Or at other times after a long night of drinking and pondering life’s regrets, I would sink into a depression with Metallica or Staind to drown out the noise of my mind and racing thoughts. I don’t feel I was more extreme than most young adults but the music had a profound impact on the frequency I was operating at.

On the contrary, I found some amazing artists to lift my frequency in ways I never thought possible. I could drift off into heaven while listening to James Taylor or Jack Johnson. Or expand my mind and perception with The Beatles, Incubus, and other thought provoking musicians/bands.

Those days in high school and college were highly influenced by the vibrations I invited into my life and on many levels. I am forever grateful to what that music brought me and it has contributed to who I am today. That is why I no longer judge it as right or wrong. I now see them as different levels of vibration and frequency.

Just because a person listens to Justin Beiber or Lady Gaga, it does not mean they are wrong for doing so. I am only implying that they are inviting whatever vibration that artist(s) are giving off!

Vibes That Raised My Frequency Ten Fold…
The 5 major artists who have raised my frequency of peace, love, unity, and awareness are:

Bob Marley
John Lennon
Jason Mraz (his last album entitled LOVE captures the full possibility of how well humans can vibrate!)
Eddie Vedder
Brandon Boyd of Incubus

The number 1 person who has helped me to see the LIGHT has to be none other than Mr. Bob Marley. This man created an amazing culture of UNITY & HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS, literally and figuratively. :)

I don’t think a conclusion is needed really. I’ll leave you with three amazing quotes.

Remember, listen to the vibrations that make you vibrate on the highest level. Question the ones that don’t. And always be aware that those vibrations affect you on the cellular level subconsciously!

“Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds. Have no fear for atomic energy ’cause none of them can stop the time.” – Bob Nesta Marley
“Every road is a slippery slope. There is always a hand that you can hold on to. Looking deeper through the telescope. You can see that your home’s inside of you.” – Jason Mraz
“Are you getting something out of this all encompassing trip?
You can spend your time alone, redigesting past regrets, oh
or you can come to terms and realize
you’re the only one who can’t forgive yourself. Oh
makes much more sense to live in the present tense…” – Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam)

great post! For me personally, I’ve found that my interests changed once I tuned to presence & alignment. Now the list of music that raises my vibration is ever changing. I can appreciate & accept the diversity of music, but most importantly I have go honor my preferences in the moment. I know who I am music doesn’t have the ability to change my vibration – I do by what I focus on. I believe we’re attracted to the music we’re ready for. The best music is the dance of life I experience today. The best music is that which resonates with my passion when I’m in a state of joy. The best music is simply the breath. The best music is appreciating it without judgement…Thanks for your post & the inspiration!

“Aqueous Transmission”.. ah yes. One of my favorite songs by Incubus. “Dig,” “Wish You Were Here,” and “Drive” are the songs that give me positive vibes. Interesting article.

Nice post! I was searching over the internet if some instruments have higher vibrational energy, because In my experience playing guitar I feel like it has a lower energy. I’ve just recently lost interest in playing guitar, when I started to become more in alignment with myself, and I have tried to pick up the guitar, but I feel it just drains the energy. Also the Incubus song didn’t do it for me because the music is good, but I find the singing style is kind of lacking energy.

Hey, thanks for this post!
I used to listen to a lot of music from the 60s and 70s a year ago, but because I started going to the gym where they play the top 40 hits, I began to get into mainsteam music.
The first mainstream song I was obsessed with was Monster by Rihanna and Eminem. That exact time my social anxiety and depression came back. I continued listening to maintstream music but now I think I have to stop.
I used to hate hate hate mainsteam and I never understood it, but suddenly it’s very catchy and I listen to it every day. It’s made be so so so ill. I have horrendous anxiety which is getting worse every day, depression which is driving me to suicidal thoughts,
I remember when I listened to 70s music. I would also go sungazing with my cousin. I was so happy and healthy it was unbelievable. I’m wondering whether it’s the music which did this?
What do you think of artists such as Led Zeppelin and Queen? Do they have a good frequency? I’m going to start listening to nice music again.
Thank you,

Dani

Interesting. Some good groups that raise vibration as well as discusses topics such as the one on this webpage and many more is The Constructus Corporation and Max Normal T.V. The artists involved in these projects are currently working on a more popular project known as Die Antwoord.

I really enjoyed your article since it explained what I’ve always known about negative and positive music, but you call in lower and higher frequency. I don’t find myself listening to rap anymore; as a matter of fact, Stevie Wonder’s “Ribbon In The Sky” is playing. I would love to have you on my show, The King Kevin Show, if possible, to answer some questions. The title of the show is, History of “Jazz Music And The Current Decline of Society With Urban Popular Music.” I’m going to mention this blog so, please, email me if you’re interested. Its this Wednesday,4/23/14 at 7pm EST. Regardless, I’ll like to produce a show with you. Blessings!!!

Post is on point, most artist be putting out some trash, you can tell what music is from the heart then music that was made just to get the next pay check, not sure how to explain it but I notice the ppl listening to all these mainstream songs are foggy headed and flow the crowd, makes me laugh. and Bob Marley is a artist to liscene to when starting off a day, not a damn worry.

Thanks for the read my friend! Firstly, keep on the journey and don’t give up no matter what. You are here to learn, experience, and grow. It is not going to be easy for sure! Second, your “being” is connected to all things. It is essentially the one and the same as everything around you at its deepest level. Therefore, no one can take that from you and in fact, it is not even yours to own really. When you say “my” being you are grasping onto identity which is all ego driven. When you realize you are everything, you are already what you seek. Adyashanti puts it this way – What is keeping you asleep? What is distracting you from being awake and enlightened at all times?…It is the illusion you see around you which is primarily ego driven of “mine” and survival. So don’t be afraid of people or anything taking your being. It will always be intact. People can most definitely influence your thoughts and emotions. Even your ego can! And it does everyday! So no worries. Just experience them and let them flow through you. If it becomes overwhelming, simply talking about it with someone is very helpful.

Science of Vibration in Every Aspect of the Physical World

The entire physical universe is made up of pure energy and vibration. When you have the insight to see everything as vibration, the nature of the universe is revealed to you.

Light is vibration. The entire electromagnetic wave spectrum of visible light produces different colors. Colors are simply waves vibrating at different frequencies. On one end of the spectrum you have red, on the other end you have violet. Red has the longest wavelength and the lowest frequency, violet has the shortest wavelength and the highest frequency.

There are two kinds of electrical lighting that you can find when you visit an electronic store. Warm light and cool light. Warm light contains a greater mixture of lower frequency color waves such as yellow and orange. Cool light contains a greater mixture of higher frequency color waves such as green and blue.

Light is crucial in its environmental effect upon work, play, rest and other life activities. It controls stimulation, relaxation and energy level .

Since warm light is more relaxing than cool light, you might decide to use it for the ambience it creates. Have you ever used only warm lights in a room and thought that you could make the place more relaxing or stimulating simply by increasing or decreasing the light intensity?

But it doesn’t work that way. Increasing the light intensity of warm light does not make it a lot more stimulating. Higher energy levels require higher rate of vibration. It is not the magnitude but the frequency of the vibration that determines it’s energy level. Is it any wonder that blue flame is hotter than yellow flame?

Health is vibration. Cold, damp and dark places with lack of airflow are breeding grounds for bacteria, whereas sunny places with abundance of airflow eliminate unhealthy micro organisms. The second type of environment is healthier than the first because it is high vibration while the other is low vibration. Although sunlight is biologically beneficial, too much of it causes heatstroke. The energy turns from being constructive to destructive. The key here is balance. Too much of something beyond the rightful amount causes instability.

This is what all sickness and disease does. It seeks to weaken or destabilize vibration. The more vibrant and stable a person is, the more alive and constructive he/she are. The more lackluster and unstable he/she is, the less alive and/or the more (self)destructive.

Ever wonder why you have always been told to drink warm water and not to drink cold one when you were sick? When the body is sick, there are things within that are clogging up the system and slowing down some functions. The body needs energy to move the sickness out of the body or to destroy it. That is why your doctor advices you to drink plenty of water.

It is the medium that your blood cells use to mobilize their work. More water and oxygen gives your body the much needed resources it needs in getting rid of the sickness. Your impulse of coughing out phlegm and blowing out mucus is your bodies act of expelling the bad stuff from your body, which means you are on the road to recovery. Warm water is high vibration whereas cold water is low vibration. Cold water removes the precious energy needed for recovery, whereas warm water supplies it. One supports your recovery rate while the other sabotages it.

Sound is vibration. Bassy music is low vibration and energetic music is high vibration. We enjoy listening to different types of music because we like to experience different ranges of emotion. The variety of feelings in life makes it fun and meaningful. High energy dance music appeal to younger people because they are highly energetic and expressive. Slower and emotional entrancing music is what we desire to hear when we want to be moved in a deep and sensual way. We want time to slow down and come to a standstill the experience to be like an eternal moment.

Chemical is vibration. Alcohol and earl grey tea are opposite in terms of vibration. Although stress and anxiety is a form of high vibration, it is undesirable because the vibration is incoherent and disorderly. Alcohol lowers vibration. That’s why people drink to relax and distress. But drinking consumes more than the natural amount of alcohol that the body is supposed to take. Therefore it causes instability as well. Drivers who drink have impaired judgment and reaction rate are more susceptible to accidents. People who are above the need of alcohol to relax have chosen more intelligent means of doing so. Earl grey tea acts as a stimulant that counters the effects of alcohol to a certain extent to “sober” you up.

The vibration of our “bodies” at every level, physical and non-physical, has a profound influence on our ability to attract positive experiences. The higher your vibration, the more of a “magnet” you become as a result of the thoughts you hold in your mind. By holding only thoughts of the “things” you wish to manifest into your experience, and keeping your vibrations high in the ways we discussed previously, you will find your wishes will manifest much more quickly.

When you learn to see everything as vibration different in terms of rate and stability, you will understand what you need in order to obtain the desired effect in any situation. It is all about balancing vibrations. There are lots more aspects of physical reality than those mentioned here where this principle is applied to.

Once you are aware of this principle and always think in terms of vibration, you can understand practically everything that happens in the physical world. This is one of the governing dynamics that allows you to make sense of everything.

Having this awareness is like seeing the world in code, like the Matrix.
