TIP. Compare your feet and hands.
If you are struggling to get any movement into your feet, open up your hand and look at it as you pretend to knead that piece of warm plasticine. Watch how much your hand can move - your wrist, knuckles, the bones and joints along each of your fingers. A;though the digits are shorter on the feet, the bone arrangement is the same as in the hands. This means that our feet could have a similar range and  degree of movement as our hands, but we have lost this ability to move because we don't use our feet properly. But if you make your toes active (see below), you'll get a lot of movement and strength back, and you'll notice a huge difference in your feet, and in the rest of your body too. Don't worry - it will come with practice.
