Radiating Love & Session Ideas

A major Optimal EFT tool for removing the blocks to the awareness of Love's presence.

This video series deserves your study and re-study as well as your practice and re-practice.  It coaches you on expanding Love within yourself and, eventually, radiating it to everyone ... even to those you don't like.  Along the way, your individual blocks to the awareness of Love's presence become evident.  These blocks, of course, are what you are looking for and, once they show up, can be reduced or eliminated through EFT.  The more blocks we address, the fewer we have left and the more dominant becomes Love's presence within us.

The process is simple to understand but takes diligence and thoroughness for best results.  While generalized or surface forms of EFT can help get blocks out of the way temporarily, an in-depth use of EFT (Optimal or Gold Standard) is necessary to remove the bigger issues.  Important note: This video was done in the very early stages of Optimal EFT and uses The Gold Standard EFT (tapping) method to "remove the blocks to the awareness of Love's Presence."  This was done as a useful bridge between the tapping and non-tapping methods.  You can gain results with either form.

I demonstrate this procedure via three videos with Claudia, our volunteer.  As you will see, I also circulate through the audience and explore the members' various blocks and solutions that arise from this process.  This should give you a diversity of possibilities for yourself.  I am also including, at the end, a follow-up video with Claudia.  Note how she emphasizes the ability of the Radiating Love process to help locate core issues.  Very important feature.

At first, though, I set the stage by having a conversation about Love with Beryl, an audience member.  Here we explore Love as we understand it in this Sensory World and contrast that with ideas from A Course In Miracles and Optimal EFT.  This becomes a practical lead-in to the Radiating Love method.

Session Ideas

Note:  The following assumes you are familiar with everything in the Refinements section of our Menu page.

While every human issue has, at its core, the same cause (the belief in separation) the details and approaches vary widely from person to person.  Some people resist anything spiritual and so the Gold Standard (tapping) form of EFT may be most suitable for them.  For others, simply aiming Optimal EFT at the symptom(s) or, perhaps one or two Specific Events will get the job done.  In other cases, The Guard at the Gate is hiding so much that we must bring out all the refinements and dig deeply into the details.

In every case, we must use in-depth testing to be sure our results are complete.  Otherwise, we may be leaving too much on the table and thus cheating ourselves and/or our clients out of all this process has to offer.

You will find a rich collection of examples of how I deliver Optimal EFT in the Self-Help Sessions on our blog.  I urge you to study them in detail.

Although no two clients are the same, there is a general two-step approach that is often in the background of my mind.  I vary it greatly to suit the client, of course, but thought you might find the pattern useful.
  • I invite The Unseen Therapist in to resolve either the physical symptom/description  (e.g. sinus issues, pain, discomforts, etc.) or the globally stated issue (e.g. "I'm not good enough," "I'm not lovable," "I'm easily rejected," etc.).  Sometimes this is all that is necessary and the job is complete.  HOWEVER, thorough testing is necessary to make sure that important details are not being hidden by The Guard at the Gate.
  • If the above approach is inadequate, I draw upon the tools in the Refinements section to break down the issue into the Specific Events, Aspects and other details.  I thoroughly test each piece of the issue, of course, to make sure I put as much on the table as I can for The Unseen Therapist's skill.
Hope this helps.

Relationship improvement: The couple who used to fight all the time
 Gary Craig.

Hi Everyone,

Kay Christopher is a seasoned EFT'er who is expanding her skills with Optimal EFT.  She was having lunch with a married couple who were constantly fighting and, without even knowing the details, Kay engaged them in an Optimal EFT sessions on these conflicts.  The clients, of course, knew the issues...but Kay did not.  The result astonished Kay and so she wrote me with this follow up.

Hi Gary,

Regarding the couple I told you about that I did Optimal EFT with (both people at the same time on a shared issue), I have followed up twice.

Two days after we did O-EFT the woman said it was fine if I knew what the targeted issue was. It was that they fight all the time. She reported that, since the time we did O-EFT. the fighting had stopped. And, there were other improvements, as well.

Whereas in the past the man kept bugging her about eating cheddar cheese (which she doesn’t eat) the next time he went to the grocery store he brought a different kind of cheese that she would like. That was new behavior.

I spoke with her again on the 9th day after O-EFT and she said, “He and I are doing very well since the Optimal EFT session. Amazing. He is a different person and I am, too.” They are still getting along really well, and it feels very different to her, a great improvement. Pretty wonderful! Thanks for encouraging me to try O-EFT!!

Kay Christopher

P.S. from Gary:  The issues that can arise between couples are seemingly endless.  Thus, new issues may arise in the future and these become opportunities for The Unseen Therapist to further beautify the relationship.
