As it doesn’t involve any physical exertion or muscle tension, this isn’t exactly an exercise.

First, place a small cushion under your lower back to help you achieve a more balanced posture. The idea is to have your legs flat against the wall in a fully vertical position, with your arms extended and relaxed.
