Do you REALLY want it processing liquids and toxins rather than BURNING FAT? No way, right? Well, grab a glass of water, and watch the mirror. Within a few weeks, the change to your face and body will be noticeable.
Reminder: When you first feel thirsty, your body has already entered into 2 percent dehydration. So, you should drink your daily water periodically ( i drink 10% of my water-quota ,every 90 minute )
