EXCUSES BE GONE! Go Barefoot Walking!

Fear less, hope more;
eat less, chew more;
whine less, breathe more;
talk less, say more;
hate less, love more;
and all good things are yours. (Swedish proverb)

Reason after reason came back to us as to why barefoot walking and barefoot running might work for us, but not for them

  Some objections have a rational basis. Others are based on misconceptions or preconceptions. Ultimately, they're all based on one thing : fear. Fear is a powerful lion, but one often tamed by knowledge. Here are the knowledge you need to turn a growling lion into a purring pussycat.

  BAREFOOT WALKING: LOVE OVER FEAR
Focus on the positives, on what you have to gain, not what you have to lose.
  We recently posted on Facebook page about taking kids walking barefoot through football field. The responses were surprising : there were people worried about chiggers (little insects that bite), burns, and who knows what else ー perhaps even attacks of killer grass.
  There are always reason not to do something. Heck, it's even a risk to get out of bed in the morning, let alone start your car ( if you are driving a car) or cross the street.
  But if we focus on the negatives, where would that leave us? Hunkered down under the covers, hiding from the day?
  So why not live life to the fullest? No more excuses. EXCUSES BE GONE! Give barefoot walking a try.

  What do you have to lose? Your fear.
What do you have to gain? Stronger feet, grounding, plugging into nature, dancing with tress, and a host of health benefits.

 Following below we'll cover all of your major worries(if any) or concerns (if any) and tell you honestly how you can step on past them and give barefoot walking a try.

NO EXCUSES!
Ultimately there's almost no reason you can't or shouldn't go barefoot. Sure, if you have metal parts in your feet, are missing parts, or have had bones removed, then you may not get very far, but then again you may, if you start slowly enough. Barring this and diabetes (see Diabetes Control), trying barefoot is a great thing. It can help strengthen your feet, legs, back, and entire body. It can give you greater bone density, blood circulation, and overall body balance. It can boost your body immune system, decrease your blood high pressure (if any), and give you your health and freedom back. There are far too many benefits not to give barefoot walking a try, first. So let's get going!
