□ Seek elders when necessary

3. Chose Obedience

4. Guard Your Heart

□ Flee from anxiety

□ Forgive others quickly

5. Pray with Faith

□ Ask God for healing

□ Ask God for wisdom

□ Apply that wisdom to your life

□ Recognize the life of the flesh is in the blood

7. Get Proper Rest

□ Don't over stress the body
