Chuántǒng zhōngyī (TCM) rènwéi suǒyǒu de jíbìng dōu shì yóuyú zǔ duànle qì. Yīncǐ, chángqí jiànkāng de guānjiàn zàiyú cùjìn qì de zìyóu xúnhuán, yǐ zēngjiā wěndìng hé xīnlíng de ānníng. Ping Shuai Gong yǐ zhìliáo xǔduō jíbìng ér wénmíng, yǒu zhù yú gǎishàn yīxiē yīliáo tiáojiàn〜pízhěn, gāo xiěyā, tángniàobìng, mínǐ zhòngfēng, xīnzàng bìng, gān, shèn, fèi, yāosuān, guānjié téngtòng, mámù, shǒu hé bāokuò áizhèng zài nèi de xǔduō táiwān chénggōng ànlì.
Ping Shuai Gong zài táiwān de rénkǒu hěn kuài, bìngqiě jīntiān yǐ bèi yǐnrù 80 duō gè guójiā.
Liànxí píng shuài gōng shí chuān kuānsōng shūshì de yīfú hé píngdǐ xié huò chìjiǎo. Kōngfù liànxí gèng hǎo. Fàn hòu zhìshǎo děngdài 30 fēnzhōng, yǒu zhù yú xiāohuà.

Wear loose and comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes or barefoot while practicing Ping Shuai Gong. It's better to practice on an empty stomach. Wait for at least 30 minutes after meals, it helps with digestion.
