Look at the pathogenesis of COVID

 This article is based on a KZN doctor's experiances of treating COVD patients in an outpatient setting His broad natural science background has afforded him a unique perspective of the pandemic, convincing him that something was missing. From the examination, treatment and follow up of over 200 symptomatic COVID patients it is his opinion that COVID illness has two artiologies namely an initial respiratory viral infection with typical symptoms, progression and outcomes and a later triggering of a Type 1 hypersenstivity reaction in those that are sensitive. This article looks at the pathogenesis of COVID and his outpatient treatment protocols.
