指人的各种情感和欲望。七情一词出自《礼记》,指喜、怒、哀、恐、爱、恨、欲。六欲一词最早见于《吕氏春秋》,指人对生的欲望、对死的欲望以及人耳、眼、口、鼻等器官对声、色、味、香的欲望。后来,七情六欲一词被用来泛指人的情感和欲望。这些情感和欲望是人与生俱来的,应该适当地释放或满足,但不能过度。

Qīqíngliùyù

zhǐ rén de gè zhǒng qínggǎn hé yùwàng. Qī qíng yī cí chūzì “lǐ jì”, zhǐ xǐ, nù, āi, kǒng, ài, hèn, yù. Liùyù yī cí zuìzǎo jiànyú “lǚ shì chūnqiū”, zhǐ rén duì shēng de yùwàng, duì sǐ de yùwàng yǐjí rén ěr, yǎn, kǒu, bí děng qìguān duì shēng, sè, wèi, xiāng de yùwàng. Seven Emotions and Six Desires

The term "six desires" first appeared in Master Lü's Spring and Autumn Annals, referring to human desire for life, desire against death, and the desires of human organs such as ears, eyes, mouth and nose for sound, color, taste and aroma. Later, the term "seven emotions and six desires" came to be used to describe people's emotions and desires in general. Such emotions and desires, being naturally born with people, should be released or satisfied as appropriate. But they should not become excessive.]

13,心定神一,受治者信坚心专,两心相 合,可以统治百病,无不神效。13, Xīn dìngshén yī, shòu zhì zhě xìn jiān xīn zhuān, liǎng xīn xiànghé, kěyǐ tǒngzhì bǎi bìng, wúbù shénxiào.

14,就养生而言,下士养身,中士养气, 上士养心。看一个人也是一样,观相不 如观气,观气不如观心。14, Jiù yǎngshēng ér yán, xiàshì yǎng shēn, zhōng shì yǎng-qì, shàng shì yǎng xīn. Kàn yīgè rén yěshì yīyàng, guān xiāng bùrú guān qì, guān qì bùrú guān xīn.

14. In terms of health preservation, the lower officers nourish the body, the middle officers nourish the qi, and the upper officers nourish the mind. The same is true for observing a person. It is better to observe the qi than the appearance, and it is better to observe the heart than the qi.



15,大病初愈,切忌理发洗足沐浴。15, Dàbìng chū yù, qièjì lǐfǎ xǐzú mùyù.

17. Sitting in meditation is a way to calm the mind. If the mind is calm, the spirit is at peace. If the spirit is at peace, the qi is sufficient. If the qi is sufficient, the blood is prosperous. If the blood and qi flow smoothly, diseases can be cured, deficiencies can be supplemented, and what is sufficient can be increased.


18,子时失眠,肾水必亏,心肾相连,水 亏则火旺,最易伤神。18, Zǐ shí shīmián, shèn shuǐ bì kuī, xīn shèn xiānglián, shuǐ kuī zé huǒ wàng, zuì yì shāngshén.

18. If you have insomnia at midnight, your kidney water will be deficient. The heart and kidney are connected. If the water is deficient, the fire will be strong, which is most likely to hurt your mind.


19,睡时如有思想,不能安着,切勿在枕 上转侧思虑,此最耗神。19, Shuì shí rú yǒu sīxiǎng, bùnéng ānzhe, qiè wù zài zhěnshàng zhuǎn cè sīlǜ, cǐ zuì hàoshén.

19. If you have thoughts when you sleep and cannot sleep peacefully, do not turn and think on the pillow, which is the most exhausting.


20,午时属心,此时可静坐一刻钟,闭目 养神,则心气强。20, Wǔshí shǔ xīn, cǐ shí kě jìngzuò yīkè zhōng, bì mù yǎngshén, zé xīnqì qiáng.

20. Noon belongs to the heart. You can sit quietly for a quarter of an hour at this time, close your eyes and nourish your mind, which will strengthen your heart.



21,早起如在寅时三点至五点,此时切忌 郁怒,不然必损肺伤肝,万望注意。21, Zǎoqǐ rú zài yínshí sān diǎn zhì wǔ diǎn, cǐ shí qièjì yù nù, bùrán bì sǔn fèi shāng gān, wàn wàng zhùyì. 

21. If you get up early at 3 to 5 o'clock in the morning, you must avoid being depressed and angry at this time, otherwise it will damage your lungs and liver. Please pay attention. 


22,人生一切事业,皆以精神为根本, 而精神之衰旺强弱,全赖心神之静定不 乱,一个乱字,足以妨碍一切工作。22, Rénshēng yīqiè shìyè, jiē yǐ jīngshén wèi gēnběn, ér jīngshén zhī shuāi wàng qiáng ruò, quán lài xīnshén zhī jìng dìng bù luàn, yīgè luàn zì, zúyǐ fáng'ài yīqiè gōngzuò.

22. All life is based on spirit, and the strength and weakness of spirit depends on the calmness of mind. The word "chaos" is enough to hinder all work.



23,心属火、肾属水, 心肾相连。火宜 降下, 水宜上升, 水火相济, 则蒸气内 发。各部机体运动,可求得健康。23, Xīn shǔ huǒ, shèn shǔ shuǐ, xīn shèn xiānglián. Huǒ yí jiàngxià, shuǐ yí shàngshēng, shuǐhuǒ xiāng jì, zé zhēngqì nèi fā. Gèbù jītǐ yùndòng, kě qiú dé jiànkāng.

23. Heart belongs to fire and kidney belongs to water. Heart and kidney are connected. Fire should descend and water should rise. When water and fire complement each other, steam will be generated inside. Exercise of all parts of the body can achieve health.


24,冥想: 安坐在床上, 身心一齐放下, 自己浑身如融化, 不许用一毫气力, 好 像没有这个身子相似。呼吸顺其自然, 心 也不许它用一点力, 一起念便是用力了。 把心安在脚底板下,此是引火向下, 引 水向上, 自然全身气血顺畅。24, Míngxiǎng: Ānzuò zài chuángshàng, shēnxīn yīqí fàngxià, zìjǐ húnshēn rú rónghuà, bùxǔ yòng yī háo qìlì, hǎoxiàng méiyǒu zhège shēnzǐ xiāngsì. Hūxī shùn qí zìrán, xīn yě bùxǔ tā yòng yīdiǎn lì, yīqǐ niàn biàn shì yònglìle. Bǎ xīn'ān zài jiǎodǐ bǎn xià, cǐ shì yǐnhuǒ xiàng xià, yǐnshuǐ xiàngshàng, zìrán quánshēn qì xuè shùnchàng.

24. Meditation: Sit on the bed, let go of body and mind, and feel as if you are melting. Do not use any strength, as if you do not have this body. Let your breathing go naturally, and do not let your mind use any strength. If you recite together, you are using strength. Put your mind under the soles of your feet, which will lead the fire downward and the water upward, and naturally the qi and blood in your body will flow smoothly.
