True Hunger is ...

selective rather than indiscriminate; true hunger does not gulp greedily, but frequently demands a specific type of food. Not any 'food' will do but real vitalized food for the body.

HUNGER VERSUS APPETITE

On the other hand true hunger does not demand "luxurious dishes" as appetite tends to do, BUT IS SATISFIED WITH PLAIN FARE The compulsive eater who is not genuinely hungry is often plagued with vague longings to eat, without knowing exactly what he(or she)wants to eat. Usually, he wants something highly stimulating
to his taste buds, well seasoned, exotic. This is where the fast-forward food industry takes advantage of and make millions of profits from the addicted-victims.

Hunger is intermittent and manifests when there is a need for energy-nutrient-density-food.
Hunger is never continuous; individuals who are "always hungry" even just after eaten some food, are really displaying pathological symptoms. The person may be fat or obese, yet he (or she)is "always hungry" need to have the colonic irrigation cleansed and use water-cure to help the body to restore the basic physiology.

It is never too late or too early to revise and be wise again for the rest of our journey.......

Use Water-cure.
Rather be thankful for the timely warning, and do something about it.

Drink at least 10% of your own daily water-quota (31.42 ml multiply by your present body weight(kg), every 90 minutes. Use 1/4 teaspoon of sea-salt in your daily diet, for every 1250 ml water drank.

Pain is a sign/signal produced by dehydration in the human body. Pain may be common but it is not normal.

To simplify complications is the FIRST essential of success.

Am I implying that most people do not really know when they are hungry? I am indeed. I had been there and now I know better than to eat when I am not "true hunger" yet. Beginning almost with birth and the three-times-a day stuffing program that is common to our so-called rich and affluence modern civilization, average individuals in average communities never experience genuine hunger. Still, the Health Promotion Board advocate "three-squared-meals" a day; a misnomer, in fact.

Since hunger is the normal indication of a need for food, it may be taken for granted that when hunger is lacking , no such immediate need exists.
Either the need is not present or the actual ability to make use of raw material is absent. In the absence of hunger, there is no natural or normal reason why food should be taken. There are ample grounds for believing that the digestive system is in the best state to receive and digest food when real hunger is present, and that when hunger is absent the digestive processes are slowed or suspended.

The Natural Body Cycles: Most people are not even aware that these body physiological cycles exist! Humans ability to deal with food relies on the effective functioning of these three(3) regular daily cycles, based on obvious functions of the body.

Although each of these 3 functions is always going on to some extent, each function is more intense during certain hours of the day. Take note of this simple natural body physiology fact and readjust your daily eating timing to regain your health to the optimal.

From 12 noon to 8 p.m. is the APPROPRIATION: eating and digestion,obviously during our waking hours. Bear in mind that in the beginning human body is never designed to do mid-night shift . Not withstanding all our present modern theories of progress and productivity's drives and what not, the natural body bio-rhythm is still dictated and dedicated by the nature biological clock.

From 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. is the ASSIMILATION : absorption and use some of that food, natural non-cooked food only need one hour to complete its digestion process before it is passed on to the small intestine which absorb almost all of the nutrients the body needs. The large intestine absorbs moisture from the matter that is left, then excrete the waste from the anus. The portal vein carries most of the nutrients and moisture absorbed during digestion to the liver which store up the glucose in the form called glycogen.

CAUTION: many cooked food had the natural-food-enzymes in fresh-raw-food produce such as fruits and vegetables/herbs destroyed , hence many body enzymes had to be used up prematurely and contribute to the decrease of vitality and premature aging in the human body.

From 4 a.m. to 12 noon is the ELIMINATION: of body wastes and food debris.

All fresh-raw-fruits and vegetables have the high percentage of distilled water in themselves which catered for these three functions perfectly, thus our body never be dehydrated , when compared to the modern cooked food we eat today or since mankind introduce 'heat-treatment' into food preparation. This is the cardinal error in our present nutritional studies and health promotion activities.

We have cultivated the habit or 'forced to' of eating by the clock to such a point that we often persist in ignoring even a strong repugnance to food. Hungry or not, we eat as a matter of routine, as social activity, because we have nothing else to do, or because eating seems to relieve some of our worries.

"Don't worry be happy" as the song lyric goes? That is true if your body is healthy and you are really eating to enjoy the best that life is offering to you, or else, all the many positive thinking rituals can never help at all. Listen to your heart and also listen to your stomach too. It is "true hunger" that need true food.
