graphene hydroxide molecules in the vaxx

 In this video, he reveals that that Dr Pablo Campra Madrid from the University of Almeria had recently done a Micro-Raman spectroscopy study of the vaxxine and had discovered that the graphene detected in the vaxx was not graphene oxide (GO) but graphene hydroxide (GHO), which is an extremely stable molecule that is not biodegradable, so it basically stays in your system forever.

This is very bad news for vaxxine recipients, because he describes graphene hydroxide molecules as “the sharpest imaginable objects because they are only one atom layer thick…a huge molecule which is extremely sharp.”


In other words, the graphene hydroxide molecules in the vaxx behave like nano razors that cut the epithelial lining of recipients’ veins, which he believes is the cause of blood clots and the sudden deaths observed in so many top athletes, lately.

Dr Andreas Noack spoke out

 Dr Andreas Noack: There’s a professor at the University of Almeria, Professor Pablo Campra. He studied the vaxxines for the presence of graphene oxide using Micro-Raman spectroscopy. It is the study of frequencies. There are frequency bands. Two of those bands are important. They show that it is not graphene oxide but rather graphene hydroxide.


I would like to explain what graphene hydroxide is. It’s a mono-layer activated carbon. There are C6 rings. They found it in all the samples. Every corner is a carbon sample. This is on a nanoscale. I’ll cut this up a bit. If it is 50 nm long, then there are 500 rings in a row.


These are hydroxy (OH) groups. In graphene oxide, you have double-bonded oxygen and in graphene hydroxide, you have an OH group.


The electrons are delocalized (fully mobile).


The piece is 50 nm long but only 0.1 nm thick. These C6 structures are extremely stable. You can make make brake pads out of this. It is not biodegradable. These nanoscale structures can best be described as razor blades.


These razor blades are injected into the body. Nano scale razor blades, only one atom layer thick. Relatively wide and high, they are razors, not biodegradable.


The (OH) hydroxy groups can split off a proton. When the proton is split off, it gains a negative charge, spread out over the whole system. It is basically an acid. It suspends well in water because of the negative charge.


So these are razor blades spread homogeneously in the liquid. This is basically Russian Roulette.


You can see very clearly in this woman, it cuts the blood vessels. The blood vessels, have epithelial cells as their inner lining. The epithelium is extremely smooth, like a mirror and it is cut up by these razor blades. That is what’s so dangerous. If you inject the vaccine into a vein, the razors will circulate in the blood and cut up the epithelium.


The main thing is that toxicological tests are done in petri dishes and there, you will not find anything.


These are the sharpest imaginable objects because they are only one atom layer thick. This is a huge molecule which is extremely sharp.


I am an expert in activated carbon. In my doctoral thesis, I converted graphene oxide into graphene hydroxide. I joined the world’s leading activated carbon manufacturer. After a year, I was in charge of new activated carbon products. We bought a small company near Newcastle, England. I was in charge of “new carbon products” Europe-wide.

PANDEMIC POSITIVES: ARE THERE ANY?

No one will forget 2020, a year of a global pandemic, divisive politics, and racial awakenings. Thankfully the impending COVID-19 vaccines are lightening our spirits. Some may doubt the vaccination program efficacy, though. 


All of people have lost much this year. While each of us has our own unique experience of loss, no one has been unscathed. Some people have experienced huge losses — employment, loved ones, mental health, financial stability, and marriages, to name a few. But most of us have lost things that we wouldn’t necessarily consider serious. Small things that build 

build one upon the other; tiny losses that can drain us, as we adapt to the new realities of life. Grocery shopping, going to the doctor, connecting with friends, worshipping, and exercising now require conscious thought. No longer can we go through our days on automatic pilot.


For people in the sunset years, above age 60 , there are other new realities. We’ve had to face that we are in COVID’s vulnerable group. Perhaps our medical tests and/or procedures have been delayed. Some of us can’t hug our children, grandchildren, or other loved ones, or even see them in person. 🫂Hugs is a subtle therapy for holistic living. 

Many people in winter places who rely on traveling to warmer climates can’t do what they have previously relied on to stay physically and emotionally healthy.


It’s not easy to stay away from the news that constantly swirls around us. We want to stay informed and yet the headlines can make us anxious. News information about COVID is also shining light on some of our societal weaknesses and challenges — our reliance on alcohol and drugs to deal with stress, people being unsafe as they quarantine in their own homes, racialized groups being disproportionately affected by the disease, etcetera, etcetera.


Truly we are experiencing individual and collective grief. 


Adding to the losses are the realities of living in a time of uncertainty, confusion, and fear. We don’t know how this pandemic is going to unfold. When it will be over? Will our lives ever go back to normal? And what will the new normal look like? The invisibility of the virus and its effects make everything seem strange, perhaps even scary.


COVID-19 may sound terrible, and for some it has been. I am not disregarding its negative effects and I for one, who listens to people for a living, have experienced this secondarily through my clients. But at the risk of seeming to be Pollyannaish*, I would like to share what I have learned in this pandemic about the resiliency and creativity of human beings. (*adjective— belittling and often insulting term for being absurdly optimistic and good-hearted, believing in a good world where everything works out for the best all the time. Often in combination with being God-fearing and perceiving oneself standing on a higher moral ground than others.)


Many people have rediscovered or found the value of their own homes, neighbourhoods, towns, and provinces. They are seeing the beauty around them that had previously gone unnoticed during their busy pre-COVID lives. Squirrels, birds, trees and other parts of the natural world have become more important to them. Many are doing new things in their homes: exercising, dancing, painting, baking, and praying. They are more able to be alone with themselves. Some have put an emphasis on building deeper relationships with those they live with.


Many families have reworked weddings, birthdays, funerals and other significant life celebrations in imaginative, COVID preventive-friendly ways. And almost everyone has learned about Zoom and other internet platforms so they can connect with others and take online classes, workshops, and retreats. Some have even experienced Zoomfatigue.


But more importantly, I’d say my friends, and I along with them, have gained some COVID-based wisdom. Wisdom about how joy and sorrow are intertwined and are a part of everyday life.


 Wisdom about the world and its interconnectedness, the diversity and value of all people, and how each of us has a positive role to play in our own particular circumstances. The pandemic has helped us to see what’s important in life and stretched us to grow in compassion.


PERSONAL REFLECTION

WAR IS STUPID OR SMART

 War is a place where young people who don't know each other and don't hate each other kill each other, by the decision of old people who know each other and hate each other, but don't kill each other and shake hands at the end of the war. A Very Sad Reality About War Is Stupid.

 And those manufacturing munitions will be going flat out to replenish inventories …


 The brainiest people who ever lived, their collective capacity to crunch/analyze data using the cumulative intelligence of all time, who can fracture most problems to their tiniest components — cannot stop a war nor despots bent on destruction.


 Weapons of war, it seems, evolve. Mass Destruction  Bombs .


 But war doesn’t. We see this played out — not in history books — every day, in real-time, we see how we’ve not given ourselves very long to Imagine giving peace a chance.


 We’re giving war another chapter.


 Nothing changes much.


 This ongoing war Russia is waging in Ukraine will create winners and losers; the wasteful and tragic loss of life undoubtedly, winners and losers over territory and many people will find a way to profit — they’ll hedge their positions and make it about money.


 On the other hand, Ukrainians fight bravely, have so much to fight for and far too much to lose.


 Whether western countries will give genuine help versus wringing their hands remains to be seen.


 Canada has welcomed many waves of immigrants and refugees from all over the world — that’s not likely to change and benefit in so many ways when they come. While the horrors in Ukraine are genocidal/holocaust scale atrocities committed at the direction of criminal Putin, the support for Ukrainians fighting to save their homeland or for coming to Canada is strong — we can help.


 Never Quit.


 NEVER GIVE UP!

War mongers (ahem, world  politicians) love to extol the virtues of war. Who does not love a good fight now and then?

 However, after meticulous  research, most arguments supporting war are found to be painfully one-sided and totally retarded. 

While people honor those soldiers who have fallen under the flag of their countries on Memorial Day, we can’t help but question why their lives were put at risk in the first place…

REASON # 5. War Delivers Justice


Think back into our past. Remember World War II, World War I, First Gulf War and the Korean War where the aggressors were put into place? That was awesome, right? The victims compensated, the aggressors punished and everybody was happy.


Right?


Most times, the outcome of a war is not ruled in favor of the persecuted. Sometimes, it is not even dictated by who has better weapons, but by dumb luck or sheer happenstance.


In the battle of Tsushima, Japan won solely because the Russians were dumb enough to fuck up a covert mission by sailing into Japanese waters with their lights blaring and also mistaking Japanese ships for Russian ships when Japan confronted them.


Similarly, the Spanish conquest of Aztec Empire only happened because the Aztec emperor stupidly thought the Spanish leader, Hernan Cortez, was a god. The emperor even kissed his hand and invited him over for a slumber party.


In the Spanish-American war, American forces captured the island of Guam because the people there did not know a war was going on. When the Americans fired upon Guam, the troops there thought they were being saluted at and sent a messenger to apologize for not being able to return the salute, owing to the fact that the entire island had no gunpowder. The island was swiftly captured and the Spanish, owned beyond measure.


War is too unpredictable. Lands can be won and lost because of a cough or a snigger. It’s a dirt poor instrument for delivering justice. You might as well flip a coin, at least that’s fifty-fifty.

REASON#4. War Settles Disputes


Fighting is not all bad, right? It puts an end to disputes and arguments and shit. After all, we do need to stand up to bullies once in a while. If Chamberlain had gone to war with Germany sooner, then WWII would not have been such a whirlwind of a stupidest fest, right?


Right?


Nope. War hardly settles anything. Every major war in the last few years was the result of some previous or pre-existing conflict. War actually brings about more war.


World War II was almost a direct result of World War I. Germany got pissed off at all the bullshit they got for stirring up WWI and sought to take back all the lands of their neighbors that were of course, rightfully theirs. They needed their living space after all.


The Korean War was a result of the Cold War, which itself wasn’t an actual war, but was the result of the clash of ideologies and WWII. Likewise, the Second Gulf War was a result of the First and the Afghanistan War was a result of 9/11 which itself was a result of American involvement during, guess what, the Cold War.


Wars never solved any problems. They just add more dicks to the clusterfuck.

War heroes, purple hearts and stuff. Those decorated veterans went on to accomplish great things after the war. Where would they be without war? Right? And not to forget the resistance and the thousands of civilians who did awesome shit during wars. Remember Oskar Schindler? That man was fly.


Extreme situations in war put us to the test and bring out the very best in humanity. It is only in the perilous battlefield that man of valor truly shine. That just has to be right, right?


Right?


Wrong. War actually brings out the worst in humanity. Extreme situations put us to the test and sadly, most of us fared miserably (or got caught cheating). People will do anything to survive. They sell out their families, their friends, their entire countries and their baseball card collection. War no doubt brings out heroes, but it also uncovers many more of the cowards and traitors.

For every Oskar Schindler, there were thousands more who stood by and did nothing. How many Germans can you name that actually helped the Jews? 10 ? 20? A million? Well let us name you those that didn’t help. They are 80 million strong, start with Austerlitz and end with Zimmerman.

The whole world also did nothing. News of the persecution of Jews reached far and wide. Everybody knew, but nobody did anything because screw them, their suffering does not concern us.

Individual acts of treachery are also heinous beyond words. Vidkun Quisling of Norway sold out his entire country to the Germans and thousands of Chinese “hanjians” (race traitors) collaborated extensively with the Japanese. They betrayed their friends, comrades and sometimes even family. Those were treacherous times and humanity was practically prostrating. We sunk so low that even Heinrich Himmler, demented head of the SS, tried to betray Germany when he found out they were losing.

REASON# 2. War Advances Technology.

War brought many innovations into our land. All the dead and the maimed gave medical staff so much to experiment on and medical advances were unparalleled during war. Nuclear research surged rapidly during WWII and synthetic rubber and the jerrycan were all amazing by-products of war. War just has to be awesome, right?


Right?

Technology actually advanced very little during war. Money and time were wasted on advancing military technology and a lot of things credited to war actually did not come from war.

The jerrycan -which all smug people think was invented during WWII- was actually invented by the Germans way before the war broke out. Besides that, every country also had its own version of the jerrycan. The Allied Forces merely nicked the German’s design during WWII


Nuclear research began before the war and practical civilian applications for it only started forming after the war.


All the country’s most amazing minds were put on stupid war projects and scientific progress which did not involve killing people slowed to a crawl. A total of 20 billion dollars were spent on the Manhattan Project. And that was 1940s money, which is like infinity billion today. We know that it stopped the war, but the war should not happen in the first place. The money and scientists could have been put to much better use, such as curing AIDS or cancer or just given to Africa.

REASON#1. A Country is More United.

Against a common enemy, a once divide country now stands together in unison. No more me versus you, it is now us versus them! No more quarreling in parliament, there would be no more parliaments! The country is one! That shit is awesome, right?

Unfortunately, with a country so united, the people are easily riled up and thus make stupid collective decisions. Take an angry mob for example. They are united, sure, but their motivations are extremely stupid, such as someone’s daughter dating a black guy, schools trying to pass off evolution as science (seriously, that’s just preposterous) and etc etc.

When emotions are running high, especially in a situation where everybody’s lives are in jeopardy together, some really bad shit tends to happen.

French general Philipe Petain was elected President during WWII. Because of no doubt blind jingoism and French stupidity, people suddenly became oblivious to his womanizing ways and responsibility for France’s sad state of weaponry after WWI. They elected him purely because he was the oldest soldier around and his military contributions some twenty years ago.

Charles de Gaulle famously said, “Marshal Pétain was a great man; he died in 1925.” True to that, Philipe Petain surrendered almost immediately with massive concessions and collaborated extensively with the Axis powers. French people were flabbergasted. Sacre bleu! This old dude just sold everybody out!

At the end of the war, the French people were so pissed with him that he was tried for treason and sentenced to hang. It eventually got commuted to life imprisonment.

Another example is George W. Bush, who would never have had a second term if not for 9/11. He was a mediocre president who took two to three days off a week and once took a month-long vacation just because he could. No president has ever taken that much leave and Georgie seemed as though he just did not give a shit about his country. Before the  9/11 event, his approval ratings were a paltry 50 percent. In contrast, Bill Clinton’s approval ratings were 66, during his impeachment. But after 9/11, Bush’s approval rate shot up to ninety percent following his “war on terror” speech. The whole country just lapped up all his bullshit and America had the unbeatable privilege of another torturous four years.

Above 5 reasons of stupidity continue with us today.

Polar biophenolics in sweet potato greens extract synergize to inhibit prostate cancer cell proliferation and in vivo tumor growth


Polyphenolic phytochemicals present in fruits and vegetables indisputably confer anticancer benefits upon regular consumption. Recently, we demonstrated the growth-inhibitory and apoptosis-inducing properties of polyphenol-rich sweet potato greens extract (SPGE) in cell culture and in vivo prostate cancer xenograft models. However, the bioactive constituents remain elusive. Here, we report a bioactivity-guided fractionation of SPGE based upon differential solvent polarity using chromatographic techniques that led to the identification of a remarkably active polyphenol-enriched fraction, F5, which was ~100-fold more potent than the parent extract as shown by IC50 measurements in human prostate cancer cells. High-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet and mass spectrometric analyses of the seven SPGE fractions suggested varying abundance of the major phenols, quinic acid (QA), caffeic acid, its ester chlorogenic acid, and isochlorogenic acids, 4,5-di-CQA, 3,5-di-CQA and 3,4-di-CQA, with a distinct composition of the most active fraction, F5.

 Subfractionation of F5 resulted in loss of bioactivity, suggesting synergistic interactions among the constituent phytochemicals. Quantitative analyses revealed a ~2.6- and ~3.6-fold enrichment of QA and chlorogenic acid, respectively, in F5 and a definitive ratiometric relationship between the isochlorogenic acids. Daily oral administration of 400mg/kg body wt of F5 inhibited growth and progression of prostate tumor xenografts by ~75% in nude mice, as evidenced by tumor volume measurements and non-invasive real-time bioluminescence imaging. These data generate compelling grounds to further examine the chemopreventive efficacy of the most active fraction of SPGE and suggest its potential usefulness as a dietary supplement for prostate cancer management.

Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) leaves or greens, extensively consumed as a vegetable in Africa and Asia, are an excellent source of dietary polyphenols such as anthocyanins and phenolic acids.

 Here, we show that sweet potato greens extract (SPGE) has the maximum polyphenol content compared with several commercial vegetables including spinach. 

The polyphenol-rich SPGE exerts significant antiproliferative activity in a panel of prostate cancer cell lines while sparing normal prostate epithelial cells.

 Mechanistically, SPGE perturbed cell cycle progression, reduced clonogenic survival, modulated cell cycle and apoptosis regulatory molecules and induced apoptosis in human prostate cancer PC-3 cells both in vitro and in vivo. 

SPGE-induced apoptosis has a mitochondrially mediated component, which was attenuated by pretreatment with cyclosporin A. 

We also observed alterations of apoptosis regulatory molecules such as inactivation of Bcl2, upregulation of BAX, cytochrome c release and activation of downstream apoptotic signaling. 

SPGE caused DNA degradation as evident by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-nick-end labeling (TUNEL) staining of increased concentration of 3'-DNA ends.

 Furthermore, apoptotic induction was caspase dependent as shown by cleavage of caspase substrate, poly (adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase.

 Oral administration of 400 mg/kg SPGE remarkably inhibited growth and progression of prostate tumor xenografts by ∼69% in nude mice, as shown by tumor volume measurements and non-invasive real-time bioluminescent imaging. Most importantly, SPGE did not cause any detectable toxicity to rapidly dividing normal tissues such as gut and bone marrow.

 This is the first report to demonstrate the in vitro and in vivo anticancer activity of sweet potato greens in prostate cancer.

Words

 Letter(s ) make words. 

It doesn’t matter how long the words are, or how difficult to spell or pronounce, or how familiar they are to my audiences.  Sometimes the simplest, most familiar words have incredible significance.

What just 10 words can teach us.  


1. The most selfish one letter word – “I.”  Avoid it. 


  2. The most satisfying two letter word – “We.”  Use it.


  3. The most poisonous three letter word – “Ego.”  Overcome or kill it.


  4. The most used four letter word – “Love.”  Value it.


  5. The most pleasing five letter word – “Smile.”  Keep it.


  6. The fastest spreading six letter word – “Rumors.”  Ignore them.


  7. The hardest working seven letter word – “Success.”  Achieve it.


  8. The most enviable eight letter word – “Jealousy.”  Distance it.


  9. The most powerful nine letter word – “Knowledge.”  Acquire it.


10. The most valued ten letter word – “Friendship.”  Maintain it.


These are the words ( in case you don't  remember) “I.” “We.”  “Ego.” “Love."  “Smile."  “Rumors."  “Success.” “Jealousy.” “Knowledge.” “Friendship.”

Words are powerful, no matter how you spell them.


1. & 3I/Ego.  Let’s combine the first and third words.  In my opinion, you should use the word “you” ten times for every time you say “I.”  Using “I” too often is an indication that you are more interested in yourself than in others.  That’s an instant turnoff.    

Too much I, I, I is indeed selfish, but it’s also like ego.  Ego trips have a dangerous destination.  I can still hear my parents saying:  “Don’t hang your hat higher than you can reach.”   And my dad’s stern advice, “It is far better to have other people shay how great you are .

2. We.  Whenever possible, say “we” instead of I.  Include others in your accomplishments, activities, and ideas.  Especially in business, acknowledge contributions of your peers.  There’s strength in numbers, and hh is proof positive.    

4. Love.  The Beatles insisted “All you need is love,” and I think that’s a great start.  Love may be the “most used” four letter word, and with good reason.  You can love your family, love your neighbor, love your country, love your work and love life. 

5. Smile.  I learned years ago that one of the most powerful things you can do to have influence over others is to smile at them.  I’m a big believer in the proverb, “Don’t open a shop unless you know how to smile.”  That’s why I never underestimate the value of a smile.  You shouldn’t go to work without a smile . . . and that goes for your personal life too. 


6. Rumors.  The Internet has brought gossiping up to warp speed.  Someone calculated that, if a rumor was started at midday, and was repeated within two seconds by everyone who heard it to two other people, who repeated it and kept the cycle going, by about 6:30 p.m. the same day everyone on earth would have heard it. 


Spreading rumors about co-workers can create a hostile environment that customers will pick up on.  This is a good reason for avoiding gossip.  Add to that the fact that I’ve seen many deals go down, due to gossip.


7. Success.  Success comes in many forms and means different things to different people.  In the working world, it is often defined as landing the perfect job, achieving a targeted income level, occupying a corner office or owning a business. 


My own formula for success includes dogged determination, focus and the ability to finish, daring to dream, owning and learning from mistakes, looking at problems as opportunities, and staying positive.  Success is a journey, not a destination.


8. Jealousy.  This word is pure poison.  And we all know how deadly poison can be.


9. Knowledge.  While the old theory that we use only 10 percent of our brains has been widely debunked, there’s plenty of evidence that we can increase our brainpower, retention and focus.  Books and websites offer all kinds of help.  Check out every opportunity to broaden your horizons.  Knowledge is power.


10. Friendship.  The best ship to sail is friendship.I enjoy meeting new people because I get a different view of the world.  I may not agree with everything I hear, but what a way to expand your mind.

Persistent cough for months

 8 effective remedies.

Some people suffer from a mysterious chronic cough that lasts for more than 6 months and defies scientific explanation.

It even manages to dominate all the usual treatments to prevail.

Some of these people cough for a few months while others have a permanent cough for years with the frustration of not finding the issue to this problem. 


What is chronic cough?

A cough is a nervous reflex triggered by an irritant in the upper respiratory tract and resulting in sudden expulsion of air from the lungs.

Chronic pulmonary cough

When linked to lung impairment, chronic cough can be caused by:

– a disease of the respiratory tract

– an infection like whooping cough or pneumonia

– a tumor including cancerous

– inflammation

– an autoimmune disease

– lung lesions


To determine the cause of a chronic pulmonary cough, a chest x-ray is required.

To this first step can be added a bronchoscopy, a chest scanner, a methacholine breath test, or the measurement of partially expired nitric oxide.

When the esophagus makes you cough

The esophagus connects the mouth and throat with the stomach.


The gastric reflux and any other damage to the esophagus can trigger a chronic cough due to irritation of the throat from excess mucus.

Keep in mind that a person with a chronic cough does not necessarily have other symptoms.


Thus, digestive disorders such as heartburn, throat irritation, nausea, or swallowing difficulties are not always present.

But when declared, they direct the diagnosis of cough to an esophageal problem.


The tests necessary to diagnose an irritative cough coming from the esophagus are:

– endoscopy

– modified barium swallow (medical imaging done while the patient eats and drinks to assess swallowing problems)

– hour-by-hour multichannel intraluminal impedance test (PH monitoring to treat reflux)

– esophageal manometry (test of the contraction of the esophagus)

– saliva test


Nasal conditions and cough that won’t go away


Allergies, chronic sinusitis, vasomotor rhinitis, or non-allergic rhinitis can trigger a persistent chronic cough due to nasal secretions irritating the throat.

The diagnosis of these sino-nasal conditions is made by:

– a transnasal endoscopy

– allergy tests

– a sinus scanner

At the end of these tests, the patient is invited to try an antihistamine nasal spray to fight against allergy and ipratropium nasal spray to treat vasomotor rhinitis for which there is no diagnostic test.

Medication and constant cough

Certain classes of drugs are well known to cause chronic cough as a side effect. 

These are: 

– angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (heart failure)

– angiotensin receptor blockers (heart failure)

Food allergy

Some people with chronic coughs eventually find that they are sensitive to certain foods.

And certain foods indeed are allergenic such as: – wheat

– dairy products

– eggs


However, you should not confuse food allergy and food sensitivity.

Chronic cough can also be the result of nerve damage affecting the nerve in the throat involved in the cough reflex.


Usually, the nerve senses the presence of any irritant to immediately trigger the expulsion of air from the lungs.

In the presence of nerve damage, it can become overactive and cause an unwanted and constant cough reflex.


When this cause is diagnosed, it is fairly straightforward to initiate medical treatment.


How to cure an incessant cough

All of these problems cause a persistent chronic cough.

Very often, multiple causes intersect in the diagnosis of this condition.
