Feed your soul as you feed your body

Speed reading the Bible

I was in a Bible seminar yesterday. A pastor from Korea is teaching a new method of reading the Bible. It is a called Speed reading the Bible.
I will write what i picked up. It is a 4-day seminar, and I only attended one day (so it is incomplete)
1. Ears – listen to the audio Bible at 2x the speed. Do not read. Do not try to understand. U are “feeding” on the Word thru the ears.
2. Eyes – follow the reading by looking at the bible. Do not have to verbalize. Just listen and your eyes follow the reading at 2x the speed.
3. Finger – use yr fingers to follow the reading to that u can focus on the reading. Do not stop the audio, just listen.
4. Legs – kneel down as an act of obedience to listen to God’s Word.
5. Heart – Humble & Open your heart to allow God’s word to penetrate into your spirit.
6. Mind – must read/listen, repeat this process many times. The first level (there are 5 levels), read/listenEphesians, Hebrews, Romans, John daily. He says this is a set meal. Ephesian is appetizer, Romans & Hebrews are the main course, John is dessert. Most finish reading/listening in less than 2 hours. Everyday.

After you finish  30x, then u move to the next set. (I do not know what is the next set as I haven’ts attend the seminar yet. Tomorrow.)
7. The aim is to finish reading/listening to the entire New Testament 100x. Then after that to start reading the Old Testament. He reads/listens to the entire NT everyday, using this speed-reading method, within 3 hours plus. (apparently 4x the normal speed) He has finished reading the entire NT more than 1,000 times.
8. He said the Lord revealed this method to him and did not allow him to teach others until he has read the NT about 500x. Not sure how many times he has finished reading/listening to the OT. Will ask him tomorrow, if I go the seminar .
9. This is an interesting method, which he hasmany  testimonies of people getting healed, delivered, and many breakthrus. He also observed that many pastors and leaders do not read the Bible. He was a Bible school lecturer (who knows Greek & Hebrews) and mission leader when the Lord spoke to him to feed on the Word.
