How Drinking Plain Water Can Prevent HEART ATTACKS

Hi, I'm going  to talk about how drinking plain water can prevent heart attacks.

1. Most people do not want to drink water before they go to bed, because they know they will have to get up during the night, to pee. Gravity retains water in the lower part of your body when you are standing. When you lie down and the lower body is level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. You need a minimum of water to help flush toxins from your body.

2. When You Drink The Water Is Also Important : Drinking water at a certain time maximizes the effectiveness of the body. Drinking water at bedtime will also help prevent nocturnal (night) leg cramps.  Cramps can be remedied by eating 1/4 teaspoon sea salt for every 1250 ml water intake, daily.  Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and you wake up with a Charlie horse. Charley horse' sometimes misspelled 'Charlie horse' is an American phrase and originated in the base ball spot. I t is a popular colloquial term in Canada and U.S.A. for painful involuntary spasms or cramps in the leg muscle ; typically lasting anywhere from a few seconds to about a day.

3. Most Heart Attacks Occur In The Day, usually between 6 AM and noon. If you have one during the night, when the heart should be most at rest, means that something unusual happened. Researchers have worked for decades to show that sleep Apnea can be to blame. Water deficit is the real etiology for many diseases of dehydration.

4. What Can You Do ? If you take a baby-aspirin once a day, also take one at night. The reason is aspirin has a 24 hour "half-life" ; Since most heart attacks occur in the early morning hours, aspirin would still be in your system. Aspirin last a long time in your medicine cabinets for years. Keep aspirin by your bedside. Why? Because heart attacks happen most while you are in bed.

5.Other Symptoms of Heart Attacks : besides the pain on the left rm, we must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating ; However , these symptoms may also occur less frequently. NOTE: There may be no pain in the chest during a heart attack. The majority of people/victims who had a heart attack during their sleep do not wake up. However, if it occurs the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep. If this happens, immediately dissolve two (2) aspirins in your mouth and swallow with a little water. If no aspirin around, then repeatedly 'force coughing and breath in. Call 911 ( in Singapore Emergency, dial 999) - Call a neighbour or family member who lives very close by. Say "HEART ATTACK 1 HEART ATTACK!"  Tell them you took you took two aspirin. Continue 'coughing & breath in' technique. Sit up on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for medic arrival and DO NOT LAY DOWN .

Drinking water To Prevent heart Attack

HEART ATTACKS AND WATER !

How many folks do you know who say they don't want to drink anything before
going to bed because they'll have to get up during the night!!

Heart Attack and Water - I never knew all of this ! Interesting.......

Something else I didn't know ... I asked my Doctor why people need to
urinate so much at night time. Answer from my Cardiac Doctor -
Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright
(legs swell). When you lie down and the lower body (legs and etc) seeks
level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water
because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!
I knew you need your minimum water to help flush the toxins out of your
body, but this was news to me.
Correct time to drink water... Very Important. From A Cardiac Specialist!

Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its effectiveness on the body:

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

I can also add to this... My Physician told me that water at bed time will
also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking
hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse.

Most heart attacks occur in the day, generally between 6 A.M. and noon.
Having one during the night, when the heart should be most at rest, means
that something unusual happened. Somers and his colleagues have been
working for a decade to show that sleep apnea is to blame.

1. If you take an aspirin or a baby aspirin once a day, take it at night.

The reason: Aspirin has a 24-hour "half-life"; therefore, if most heart
attacks happen in the wee hours of the morning, the Aspirin would be
strongest in your system.

2. FYI, Aspirin lasts a really long time in your medicine chest for years,
(when it gets old, it smells like vinegar).

Please read on.
Something that we can do to help ourselves - nice to know.
Bayer is making crystal aspirin to dissolve instantly on the tongue.
They work much faster than the tablets.

Why keep Aspirin by your bedside? It's about Heart Attacks -

There are other symptoms of a heart attack, besides the pain on the left
arm. One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as
nausea and lots of sweating; however, these symptoms may also occur less
frequently.

Note: There may be NO pain in the chest during a heart attack.

The majority of people (about 60%) who had a heart attack during their sleep

did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from
your deep sleep.

If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and
swallow them with a bit of water.

Afterwards: - Call 911. - Phone a neighbor or a family member who lives
very close by.
- Say "heart attack!" - Say that you have taken 2 Aspirins. - Take a seat
on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and
...DO NOT LIE DOWN!

Real Doctor Tells Real Truth

A good doctor?

I love this guy and his philosophy
Smart Doctor!

Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Heart only good for so many beats, and that it... Don't waste on exercise. Everything wear out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take nap.

Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?
A: Oh no. Wine made from fruit. Brandy distilled wine, that mean they take water out of fruity bit so you get even more of goodness that way. Beer also made of grain. Bottom up!

Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have body and you have fat, your ratio one to one. If you have two body, your ratio two to one.

Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can't think of single one, sorry. My philosophy: No pain...good!

Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?
A: YOU NOT LISTENING! Food fried in vegetable oil. How getting more vegetable be bad?

Q : Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Oh no! When you exercise muscle, it get bigger. You should only be doing sit-up if you want bigger stomach.

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: You crazy?!? HEL-LO-O!! Cocoa bean! Another vegetable! It best feel-good food around!

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming good for figure, explain whale to me.

Q: Is getting in shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is shape!

Well... I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.

And remember:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

AND.....

For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans...

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

You are Smart, really cold

ACID IS THE KILLER

The human body is very smart. When you start becoming acidic, the human body says, “Acid is the killer and we cannot have it close to any vital organs. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, hardening of the arteries and almost any disease you want to talk about, from diabetes to psoriasis to allergies, to asthma, and cancer.

If we do have the acid too close, it will eat away at the organs. It will cause cells to mutate. It will reduce the oxygen. It will cause plaque in the arteries. It will deplete calcium and so on. What we have to do is get the acid as far away as possible from these vital organs.”

In order to protect the organs, the body creates fat cells to store the acid. Fat cells are cold because the acid in the cells eats up the oxygen and hydrogen. Without oxygen and hydrogen, cells lack energy and warmth. They are cold.
