Born in Songzi, Hubei Province, China, dedicated to promoting PaidaLajin self-healing method worldwide
In 1990, Mr. Hongchi Xiao got his MBA and subsequently worked as an investment banker in the U.S. and Hong Kong for over a decade.
At forty, Xiao and his friend Mr. Hu Yebi co-authored 《股色股香》(English title: Sex and Stocks), the first fiction in China that describes the life and work of investment bankers. It soon became a bestseller in the international Chinese community.
In 2006, he joined Movie Director Ang Lee’s team to write a concept proposal for the opening and closing ceremonies of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, and his team’s creative ideas were chosen. The entire world watched their work of art, which was all about presenting Chinese culture.
Then, a series of events led him to embark on an unprecedented quest to rediscover Chinese culture and to learn from masters of Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM). With the wisdom of a scientist and the spirit of an explorer, Xiao has traveled to all possible corners of the world, and has found and learned from scores of healing masters.
He has learnt many therapies previously thought lost, including Paida, Lajin, acupressure, acupuncture, bone-setting, and needle-knife. Since then, Xiao has been dedicated to promoting these treasures, particularly the simplest ones—Paida and Lajin. The other therapies do work wonders, they are nonetheless quite complex and are still passive means of “healing by others”, not safe, simple and effective methods of “healing by oneself” easily accessible to all.
Xiao believes that we are our own best doctor. To promote these therapies and to empower people to self-heal, Xiao has authored such best-sellers as Journey to Cure (Now renamed as Journey to Self-Healing), and PaidaLajin Self-Healing (Simplified Chinese Edition in the Chinese Mainland, Traditional Chinese Edition in Taiwan, and English Edition in Singapore, and Amazon Kindle e-books in several languages). Now he is traveling the world giving lectures, organizing workshops, and demonstrating on various occasions to promote self-healing with PaidaLajin. The places he has been include scores of Chinese cities, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, the U.S., South Africa, Lesotho, etc. New calls will take him to places, big or small, when conditions are “ripe”.
"Have you tried PaidaLajin?” Xiao would demand doubters and theorists. For Xiao and millions who have benefited, the only way to test the efficacy of PaidaLajin is JUST DO IT!
