Are We Hollow?

We are used to thinking of our human bodies as solid, and that everything that lies beneath our skin belongs to an inside world. It would be more correct to say that we are hollow. The design of the human body is much more interesting, and artistic than you may or dare think.

Running through the middle of the body is a log tunnel, the digestive tract. The space inside this tunnel (the lumen, from the Latin for light or opening inside a tubular structure), bordered by the inner layers of the mucosa, carries substances that don't belong to you. This strange exterior world flows inside you, transporting foods, liquids, substances, chemicals, and bacteria ー everything that you have swallowed and consumed. The digestive tract controls the passage of all these foreign substances, as they pass through your body from the mouth to the anus during digestion. En route, the foods you eat are assimilated and become the building blocks that make up your body, they become you.

The digestive mucosa is the human body's customs service: a "high-intelligence service of the state." You depend on its work for your health and your life. The digestion and absorption of nutrients that it undertakes are vital functions, as essential as breathing and the beating of the heart. A bad digestion should be given equal importance to poor respiration or a cadiac condition.

Looked at in a certain way, you really are hollow. Your essence and continuity to interrupted by the lumen of this tube that runs through you carrying foreign substances; this tube is in charge of the vital functions of defence, strength, nutrition, energy, growth, construction of new tissues, and detoxification.

Offence is the best Defence

To the present citizens and Cabinet Ministers of Republic of Singapore:
Offense is the best Defence.

1. Not less difficult is to make them believe, that offensive operations often times are the surest, if not in some cases the only means of defense.
Republic of Singaporeans at large, Cabinet Ministers and Members of Parliament must exercise that option.

2.Reforms are strong symbolic moves to ensure the defense of an emerging democracy. But the opportunity for further reform in Republic of Singapore was squandered because momentum was lost.

3.Republic Singaporeans now should and must break through 44 years of intolerance by affirmation of this nation's pluralistic and democratic idealism.

4. Clearly offense proved to be the best defense.

5.Away with corruption, nepotism and oppression of the past and from the past.

6.It is a big relief for our nation that respected voters overwhelmingly chose the one sensible candidate.

7.There remain many more important areas where reform has to be revived and accelerated.

8.A long agenda awaits in ares of corruption, human rights abuse and legal reform.

9. Bureaucratic reforms have been neglected and real good governance has remained a problem to this very day.

10.We have to believe the Prime Minister's promises if we believe in ourselves. He is in that office because we choose and vote with democratic intent.

11. The key is in using offence as the best defense. The key is in appointing a new cabinet compromised of people with vision, competence, compassion and most important, selfless credibility.

12. Without general public support, good intentions cannot generate effective programs in nation building.

13.Cabinet Ministers MUST have support not only from political parties but from the public at large, who make up the greatest percentage of support for the new Prime Minister. We, Republic Singaporeans are destine to be people of high integrity and credibility.

14.To turn any defensive posture of yesterday into a strong offense for future Republic of Singapore, the new cabinet Ministers MUST capitalize on proven strengths, management of the economy and respond, not react, to the present world's challenges, not just our domestic homework.

15. The economy is the foundation, real welfare programs in public health, education and employment will be the cornerstone of sustainable progress, and international engagement will pull 3rd*Generation Republic Singaporeans forward.

16. In a dynamic world, we, Republic Singaporeans either MUST lead or be led. A strong sound foreign policy is a necessary means of survival. The present Cabinet Ministers have every opportunity to catch up for the lost time, and , perhaps, leave a lasting 3rd generation legacy for many years into our future and our children's future in this island-state, Republik Singapura! Maju Lagi!

THE BATTLE CRY

I believe the battle cry here is to reclaim our inner terrain. We have now entered critical mass when it comes to bacterial warfare. Our greatest weapon against this is an alkaline body. The pH balance of your inner terrain is your first and major line of defense for your immune system. The creation of an alkaline body is the single most important thing that you can do.

This must never be overlooked if health and vitality is your goal. Everyone has heard about the germ theory but I have to tell you that germs do not cause disease. Everybody believes that germs cause disease but this is only a half-truth that has been perpetuated into a whole truth.

These are the dying words of Louis Pasteur, who actually made vaccines what they are today. “The germ is nothing, the inner terrain is everything.” I will prove to you in the next few minutes that the theory of trying to destroy bad bacteria for better health is not only temporary but can dangerously threaten your health and life in the future.

What we are looking at is a whole generation of health practitioners who are trying to manipulate the immune system into health. Scientific research and logic shows us that creating a system that manages our inner terrain through pH balancing is the greatest weapon for the health of mankind.

THE GERM IS NOTHING - THE INNER TERRAIN IS EVERYTHING

The Inner Terrain we are talking about is our digestive tract, our lymph system, our blood and interstitial fluids. All of these things must be managed properly through pH balancing. How many people and practitioners do you know who believe that the immune system is the body's first line of defense? Well it isn't. It is just a glorified janitorial service. What we need to recognize is that your first and major line of defense is your pH balance. There is only one sickness, one disease, and one cause.

You have to ask yourself, “What is this? What is killing us?” It is acidosis. Acidosis is the main cause of all illness. When I say this, I mean ALL illness, because your inner terrain holds the secrets to whether you are going to lead a healthy vital life or whether you are going to live in sickness and disease.

It is scientifically proven that an acidic environment breeds fungus, mold, bacteria and viruses. Right now, you will find many health professionals and patients trying to attack the mold, the candida, the fungus, and the parasites. Understand that all of these things only come along for the parasite party. If you can get your pH in proper balance you can send these bugs packing and they will leave out of any orifice possible and never come back, because environment is everything.

Sustaining Safe Singapore (SSS)

If you always harbour bitterness, then happiness will call on other ports. Safeguard the Singapore Safe Harbour is our lifeline in survival.

Republic of Singapore has always taken a proactive stance in ensuring a well-balanced defence structure. In fact, we have many counter-terrorist measures in place. Be reassured of the knowledge of the ongoing upgrading of Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

For example, the unveiling of the SAF's Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Explosives (CBRE) Defence Group shows the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) has many special weapons, elite units and other capabilities in its arsenal to deliver a swift and decisive response should deterrence and diplomacy fail.

Our Total Defence foundations are deterrence by training a credible defence force of civilian-soldiers that is able to deter aggression and secure a swift victory over the aggressor should deterrence fail.

How many citizens remember how SAF commandos stormed an Airbus A310 on March 27 night, 1991? Flight SQ 117 en route from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore had been hijacked by four Pakistanis the night before. The rescue operation, led by black-clad Special Operations Force commandos, was over in swift 30 seconds, and 123 passengers and crew were freed. My salute to the SAF commandos-rescue team. All four terrorists were killed by gunfire. The commando unit was formed in 1984 and trained with crack anti terrorist teams from the British Special Air Service, German GSG-9 and American hostage rescue teams. It was only during the operation in 1991 that their existence was revealed.

A new chapter in our SAF: On 23 December 2008, about 1,100 Full-time National Servicemen and regulars marched into the 50th Basic Section Leader Course bearing the new Specialist Cadet rank. They are the technically proficient Specialist Corps that will perform well in any conventional war-fighting scenario. The tactical decisions and actions of the 3rd Generation Singapore Armed Forces(SAF)'s small unit leaders, the Specialists can have a wider strategic impact on the battlefield.

These "Strategic Corporal" specialists (or Sergeant in the SAF's context) have become more empowered than their 1st Generation counterparts of the late 1960s and 1970s. WE are moulding the holistic strategic corporal in our defence force. In the integrated and networked environment of the 3rd Generation SAF, a strategic Corporal or sergeant is able to call on combined fire support from a wide array of artillery systems, air strikes from Apache attack helicopters and multi-role fighters F-16 falcon.

The age of inter-state industrial wars is over and the era of "war among the people" is upon us. Wars of this 21st Century will no longer be about defending national sovereignty but rather a way of life. The spirit of Total Defence for this Republic of Singapore is a lifetime way of life for every Singaporean around the world in a total effort to deal with threats and challenges to Singaporeans' continued survival and success. We must and can only strengthen first our own personal resilience prior to taking National Service seriously, volunteer in civil defence exercises, help to upkeep the economy going smooth, build strong meaningful ties and citizenship with one another regardless of race, religion or language, and stay committed to defend the country, we are doing something in every sector, daily, for our society to strengthen Singapore's resilience as a nation.

Our Strategic Corporals are prepared in every sense, not just war-fighters, but peacekeepers, goodwill ambassadors and winners of hearts and minds.

WE wish one and all Singaporeans, at homeland and abroad, a meaningful 44th National Birthday, on 9 August 2009.

We are Singapore, Singaporeans !
Welcome to the Family!

OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM is in Malay language, which is our National official language, but we use English as it is the international business language to communicate and connect to the global citizens.

MAJULAH SINGAPURA ( ONWARD SINGAPORE)

Mari kita rakyat Singapure (We, the people of Singapore)
Sama-sama menuju bahagia (Together march towards happiness)
Cita-cita kita yang mulia (Our noble aspiration)
Berjaya Singapura (To make Singapore a success)

Marilah kita bersatu ( Let us all unite)
Dengan semangat yang baru (In a new spirit)
Semua kita berseru (Together we proclaim)
Majulah Singapura (Onward Singapore)
Majulah Singapura (Onward Singapore)

The Origin : The Republic of Singapore present National Anthem was written in the wake of nationalism during 1956-1957. Its composer, the late Encik (Malay for Mr) Zubir Said, had written it on the basis of two words, "Majulah Singapura" or Malay for "Onward Singapore" . "Singa" means lion while "pura" means city.

The patriotic song was first performed by the Singapore Chamber Ensemble on the occasion of the opening of the newly renovated Victoria Theatre. It was launched on the 3rd of December, 1959.

Upon independence in 1965, "Majulah Singapura" was adopted as the Republic's National Anthem.
