Yang Qiqi seeking help worldwide.

LIFE PULSE: A Global Quest for Qiqi.

A call to save a precious life and seeks the help of people across the world for a cure.

Seven-year-old Yang Qiqi has contracted a rare life-threatening blood disease that requires the help of the global village. Reporter Zhang Haizhou reports. (email : editor@chinadailyhk.com )(To Help the girl, please contact CHINA DAILY at 86-10-64995263 or 86-10-13810795928 )

Every week and a half for the past six(6)months, seven(7)-year-old Yang Qiqi has been coming to the Peking University People Hospital for a blood transfusion. It is the only thing that is keeping her alive.

June,2007, she was diagnosed with acute and severe aplastic anemia in which the bone marrow cannot generate blood cells.

Her parents, Li Jianqiang,32,(mother) and Yang Dongsheng(father) have launched a worldwide appeal for bone marrow to match Qiqi's, as a bone marrow transplant is the only long term solution for saving the little girl.

Everything went smoothly with the blood transfusion, but Qiqi herself did not seem to be happy about the treatment.

"Doctor, if you keep transfusing other people's blood into my body, my marrow will be too lazy to produce my own blood," Qiqi said to her doctor Cheng Yifei, while staring at the transfusion tube.

Until she receives a blood transfusion, Qiqi's skin is abnormally dark. She was also gone from 30 to 45 kilos in the past year as a side effect of her medications.

By choosing blood transfusions, Qiqi's parents are hoping for miracle. The doctor told them that in some cases this method could stimulate the marrow to generate blood cells again.

However, in Qiqi's case, the chances of a miracle are slim. "Qiqi's illness has continue to progress," Dr Cheng said. The blood transfusions have had no curative effect except that of keeping her alive.

A successful bone marrow transplant is the way to save Qiqi, the physician told CHINA DAILY. But there is a caveat.

(APPEAL: Overseas physicians/healers can e-mail editor@chinadailyhk.com )

A bone marrow transplant is the normal procedure for curing leukemia, Dr Cheng said. "But Qiqi's illness is different from leukemia, and the rate of success is less than 50 percent, unless she can get bone marrow from a sibling, which she does not have," he explained.

"Even the parents' marrow will not be a good match," Dr Cheng added, noting that he suggested to her parents that they should try to widen the search for matching bone marrow for their daughter since no matches have been found in China's national bone marrow bank.

Qiqi's parents see no other alternative. "Finding matching bone marrow from a non-relative is like finding a twin brother or sister for Qiqi outside of the family." her mother said.

This family currently faces financial hardship because of Qiqi's disease. In the past 14 months (since June,2007), they have spend some 700,000 yuan (HK$102,190) on the child's treatment.

Qiqi's mother earned 5,000 yuan a month as a gardener but quit her job a year ago to take care of her daughter. The entire financial burden fell on Qiqi's father, Yang, Dongsheng, who works for a law firm and earns roughly the same as his wife in her former job (5,000 yuan a month).

"Although we are not rich, if Qiqi hadn't get sick, we would have had enough for a really good life,"
the mother said, looking at a picture of Qiqi taken a month ago (May,2007) before she fell ill.

"You see how beautiful she used to be,"
Li Jianqiang,32,said sadly. Reader, you can see her photos on CHINA DAILY, HONG KONG EDITION, page 20, WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 3, 2008.

"Even if we spend every cent we have, it will be worth it if Qiqi can get well,"
she added.

In order to cover the blood transfusion fees of almost 20,000 yuan a month, the young couple sold their house in their hometown, of Hengshui county in Hebei province.

They have received some help from a new medical insurance plan instituted for all residents of greater Beijing. Under the plan, the Xiaoguan community where the family lives, will cover 170,000 yuan of Qiqi's medical fees.

"It is a great boost for us, otherwise we would have collapsed already,"
Madam Li said. However, it is still far from enough. "We'll run out of money by the end of the month(September,2008)," Li added.

Qiqi also has to stay away from many sports activities, including her favorite roller-skating, as any injury may be fatal to her.

Last year(2007), Qiqi spent eight(8) months in isolation, getting a special treatment to stimulate and regenerate her bone marrow.

She had to stop going to primary school, but she did not stop studying.

"In the small isolation room she did her homework. It became her favorite way of killing time, and to also to catch up with her studies," Li said.

When her teachers came to visit, they all praise Qiqi for her remarkable progress, the mother added.

"She is so clever. She knows everything,"
Qiqi's mother, Li Jianqiang, 32, said with a sigh.

To Dr Cheng, this means Qiqi has a positive attitude which makes all the difference.

"We will never give up. Heaven will some day bless my daughter as she is such a positive and brave girl," the mother said, pointing to her daughter who was staring at the sunshine outside of the window and laughing brightly.

11:30am at the Ocean Park, Hong Kong.> The Great Escape (The Bamboo Raft)(Shang Dynasty) Over 3,000 years ago, Yin people might have sailed on such rafts across the Pacific Ocean.
It is thought that they settled in Central America around the time of the local Olmec culture, which greatly resembles the Chinese culture.
Were the Yin people the ancestors of today's American Indian?

When the Orient Ruled the Seas.
Once there was a Maritime Silk Road (route) on which goods were carried between China and Europe.
It all began during the Qin Dynasty (221-207 BC) and grew to exceed the volume of trade on the land route by the Tang Dynasty (618-907). The trade along the Maritime Silk Road provided ancient China with opportunities to exchange merchandise and culture with the West.

Ocean Park Tower is the tallest observation tower in Southeast Asia. Built on the peak of a hill. It takes guests up to 200 meters above sea level to offer them a spectacular view of the South China Sea.

Chinese Discovered California. Scholars have recently suggested that refugees of the Shang Dynasty (1523-1028 B.C.E) were the first arrivals to California, over 3,000 years ago. Through the centuries, Chinese ships continued to make the 11,00 km journey, pushed by the water currents and winds, north across the Pacific. By the mid-1700s, at least 40 junks were recorded making the journey, some of these staying to establish a new home.

Junks are still revered amongst sailors for their seaworthiness, speed, and ease of control. By the 1850s, Chinese fishermen were harvesting 1,000 tons of abalone each year; thirty(30) years later, this figure had double. They also captured fish, which were dried and shipped to the Orient from San Francisco. By the end of the 19th century, one-third of all California fishermen were of Chinese descent.

What brought these Chinese sailors with their sturdy ocean going vessels to the New World? As was the cases for so many visitors, they were drawn by the natural resources of the area. The Chinese came for abalone and the furs of otter and seal.

Harbours Seals
. Body may be dark or light with spots.
Hunted for centuries. First for their fur and even now fishermen will eliminate them because they compete for that dwindling resources - fish!
Males up to 150 kg.
Females up to 100 kg.
Pups up to 9-40 kg. Pups swim within minutes after birth and follow their mothers into the sea. Mother will sometimes carry their pups on their backs between foraging dives.

Seals and sea lions
are called pinnipeds -(pinni = winged, ped = foot) after their flippers. There are three(3) families of pinnipeds in the world.

1. Eared seals, or Otariids including sea lions and fur seals, have long, flexible necks and small ear flaps.

2.Walruses, or Odobenids are intermediate. Like seals, they don't have ear flaps but they are able to walk like sea lions.

3.Earless seals, or Phocids, like the harbour seals, are not really earless, they just lack ear flaps. Look for the openings behind their eyes.

They are agile divers. Pinnipeds were born for a life at sea. A streamlined body shape helps them to swim and dive with great speed and agility. They see in the dim underwater light with highly sensitive eyes, and grasp slippery prey with sharp, conical teeth.

A Rookery of Pinnipeds
A colony of pinnipeds gathers on beaches or rocky shores during the breeding and molting season.
A LOT LIKE US, HUMANS. Pinnipeds are mammals: they breathe air, have hair, and nurse their babies with milk. Pinnipeds are social animals. Many species gather to mate, give birth and raise their young.

Kids at Play: Seal and sea lion pups spend many hours each day playing in the ocean and on shore. Their 'toys' include drift wood, rocks, ice chunks and pieces of kelp.

California Sea Lions: Incredible climbers. Sea lions, unlike harbour seals, can climb hundreds of feet above the seas. This enables them to sleep safely far from the pounding waves. Their body temperature,36 degree Celsius is normal.
Harbour seals can dive to over 90 meters and are able to hold their breath underwater for over 20 minutes.
How long can you hold your breath?

> 11:00am, Exotic-Duck Lake, beautiful and landscaped lake, populated with exotic living ducks, greater flamingoes, mandarin ducks, etc.
ECLIPSE PLUMAGE IN DUCKS: When ducks moult they lose all their flight feathers at the same time and for a period of 2 to 4 weeks are unable to fly. This occurs shortly after the breeding season. The advantage is that the moult period is shortened but during this time they are more vulnerable than usual to predators. The males which are normally brightly coloured compensated for this by assuming an eclipse plumage very similar to that of the dull coloured females. This crytic colouration is a protective camouflage and is the reason why during the summer you will not enjoy the ornamental plumage of the drakes.
Eclipse plumage occurs in virtually all ducks that breed in the northern hemisphere but not those breeding in the southern hemisphere.

Various Ducks: Mandarin Duck
(Aix galericulata) ;
Tufted Duck (Aythya fuligula);
Red-Crested Pochard (Netta rufina);

Greater Flamingo (Phoenicopterus ruber roseus)
All of the world's five(5) species of flamingo are highly social in behaviour, both in the breeding season and at all other times of the year. Flocks often number tens of thousands. They obtain their food by use of highly specialised bills which thye hold upside down in the water and move from side to side to sieve out small particles of food.

The single egg is incubated by both sexes on a mud nest-mound which is built by the parent birds. Nesting colonies often consist of huge numbers of birds with nests built-in close proximity. The chicks leave the nest-mound when about ten(10) days old and join a "creche" containing as many as several thousand chicks minded by a few adults. Both parents continue to feed only their own chicks. Individual recognition between adults and chicks is made by voice 'sound'. "My chick heard my voice."

Greater Flamingo subspecies is found in southern Europe, Central Asia, North West India and east and southern Africa. And I am impressed with the Kowloon Park hosting so many of them in this lake. Pintail, Pochard, Teal, Ducks, Geese, Swans, etc.

Kudos to the Kowloon Park Management Office, Zoo & Horticulture Education Unit, Green Education and Resource Centre , and Yau Tsim Mong District Leisure Services Office.

Mooncakes with Egg-yolks..

are selling at a higher price. Why?

Mid-autumn is celebrated among the Chinese societies worldwide with feasting of moon cakes and tea-drinking.

Sources of Good Proteins: eggs, fresh milk, and legumes.

Legumes such as lentils, mung beans, broad beans, and soy beans (non-genetic modified type) are 24 percent high-quality proteins.

Vegetables also contain good-quality protein (spinach is about 13 percent protein), as do fresh turkey, chicken, veal, beef, pork, and fish. I use the word fresh because animal meat contains different enzymes that quickly destroy some of the essential amino acids within its proteins.

Prolonged exposure to oxygen (oxidation)also destroys some of the essential amino acids in meat proteins. It makes the good fats in meat rancid and useless to the body. By observations, we can learn from the animals that eat freshly killed animals for food and animals that eat long buried carcase. Compare an eagle with a hyena.

Do not take individual amino acids as supplements instead of a balanced protein diet. At a certain concentration, some have adverse effects on the mineral and vitamin balance of the body. Amino acids in the body function more efficiently when they are proportionately represented.

Eggs are a wholesome food. An average egg weighs 50 grams and has an energy value of eighty(80) calories. The white of an egg weighs about 33 grams and the yolk about 17 grams.

Eggs contain about 6 grams of top-quality protein, no carbohydrates, and no fiber. The protein content of eggs is composed of a balanced range of amino acids.

Eggs are rich in vitamins such as biotin and minerals such as manganese, selenium, phosphorus, and copper.

The egg-yolk is a rich source of sulfur, a natural antioxidant that is now recognized as vital for health and well-being.

About 10 percent of an egg is its lipid or fat content. The lipid composition of the egg yolk is unique. It is rich in both lecithin (food for the brain), which is the precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

DHA is an essential fat for maintaining brain function. It is needed for the constant repair of brain-cell membranes and their cell-to-cell contact points -- synaptosomes. The nerve structure of the eyes uses much DHA for interpreting colors and for quality and sharpness of vision.
Apart from being found in eggs, DHA is also found in cold-water fish and algae.

Egg Diet and Cholesterol Level.
It is being increasingly understood that the level of cholesterol in the circulation is not affected by a high-egg diet. It is a medically published fact that an elderly man has for many years eaten about twenty-four(24) eggs a week without any clinical significant rise in his cholesterol level.

The reason people get Edema.

We have been mislead to believe that edema is due to overdrinking of water. The opposite is true, prolonged dehydration had cause edema.

Here you can learn and understand the need for water, salt and potassium together regulate the water content of the human body. Water regulates the water content of the interior of the cell by working its way into all the (trillions)cells it reaches. Water has to get there to cleanse and extract the toxic waste of cell metabolism.

Once water gets into the cells, the potassium content of the cells holds on to it and keeps it there -- to the extent that potassium is available inside the cells.

Even in the plant kingdom, it is potassium in the fruit that gives it firmness by holding water in the interior of the fruit. Our daily food contains ample potassium from its natural sources of fruits and vegetables, but not salt from its natural sources. That is why we need to add salt to our daily diet.
Note: Do not take too much potassium as a dietary supplement (if you are taking right now). It could cause trouble.

Good health depends on a most delicate balance between the volumes of 'watery-oceans' held inside the cells of the human body, and the other 'watery-oceans' held outside the cells. This delicate balance is achieved by the regular intake of water, potassium-rich fruits and vegetables that also contain the organic vitamins needed by the human body, and salt. Unrefined sea salt, which contains some of the other trace minerals that the body needs, is preferable. Avoid the regular table-salt. Sea salt may not contain enough iodine to keep the thyroid gland working normally, and it may enlarge into a goiter. Regular intake of a multivitamin (ensure it's plant based organic supplements) that contains iodine is essential. Another source of iodine is dried kelp capsules, which are available from health food stores/supermarkets.

When water is not available to get into the cells freely, it is filtered from the outside 'salty-ocean' and injected into the cells that are being overworked despite their water shortage. This secondary and emergency means of supplying important cells with injected water is the reason, in severe dehydration, that we retain salt and develop edema -- to have more water available to draw from for filtration and injection into the cells.

Recall, the design of our bodies is such that the extent of the 'ocean-of-water' outside the cells is expanded to have extra water in reserve for filtration and emergency injection into vital cells. To achieve this, the brain commands an increase in salt and water retention by the kidneys. This directive of the brain is the reason we get edema when we don't drink enough water, in accordance to our own body weight, daily. Remember the water-cure formula to calculate your own water quota requirement.

When water shortage in the body reaches a more critical level, and delivery of water by its injection into the trillions cells becomes the main route of supply to more and more cells, an associated rise in injection pressure becomes necessary. The significant rise in pressure needed to inject water into the cells to service them becomes measurable and is labeled "hypertension," or high blood pressure. The drugs used will make the body natural survival functions to deteriorate and cause more complication of organs malfunctions overtime.

Initially, the process of water filtration and its delivery into the cells is more efficient at night when the human body is horizontal, normal sleeping posture. In this position, the collected water, which settles mostly in the legs during the day, does not have to fight the force of gravity to get into the blood circulation. If reliance on this process of emergency hydration of some cells continues for long, the lungs begin to get waterlogged at night, and breathing becomes difficult. The person needs more pillows support to sit upright to sleep. This condition is called cardiac asthma, and it is the consequence of dehydration.

However, in this condition you must not
overload the system by drinking too much water at the beginning. All things in nature have natural law governing them. Just be patient and reverse the symptoms slow and steady. Increases in water intake must be slow and spaced out -- until urine production begins to increase at the same rate that you drink water.

When we drink enough water to pass clear urine, we also pass out a lot of the salt that was held back. This is how we can get rid of edema fluid from the body. Not diuretics/more drugs please, but by more gentle increase of water intake! Water is the best natural diuretic and natural detoxicator that exists. You can rest assured of positive results, anytime, with water-cure protocol.

In a person who has extensive edema and whose heart sometimes beats irregularly or rapidly with little effort, the increase in water intake should be gradual and spaced out, but water should not be withheld from the human body. Salt intake should be sea salt, and be limited for two or three days because the body is still in an overdrive mode to retain it. Once the edema has cleared , sea salt should again be added to your diet. If there are irregular heartbeats, or the pulse is fast and furious but there is no edema, increase water, salt, and other minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and some potassium ,all in organic form, will alleviate the problem.

Why women have a greater

ability to endure pain than men, and also why women live longer?

Because women folks often have a much greater dependence on the endorphin codes for their pain relief, especially for the physically traumatic processes of pregnancy and childbirth.

Generation after generation of women have passed this strong ability for the expression of endorphin code to their offspring. It has become a stronger part of the chromosome code for the female of all species, particularly humans. This is why women have a greater ability to endure pain than men, and also why women live longer.

Women and Alcohol.
Alcohol is a dehydrating agent. Furthermore, alcohol inhibits the full and widespread actions of vasopressin, causing further dehydration.

In women, alcohol initiates release of endorphins. The more alcohol that is consumed, the more endorphin high will be experienced as a consequence of cellular dehydration. Drunkards are thirsty for more water, not craving for more alcohol, in actuality. Sober yourself with water and save yourself from drunk driving accident(s).

The addictive property of alcohol is most probably the consequence of endorphin release from the process of establishing dehydration. Although the process is the same in men and women, in women folks it becomes more strongly and rapidly addictive than men.

The reason lies in the women's ability to activate more quickly the endorphin-manufacturing system and its release in alcohol-induced stress. This is probably why women become addicted to alcohol in about two(20 to three(3) years, whereas men become addicted in about seven(7) years.

All sort of addictions can be cured by using water-cure protocol.

(Suggestion:***It is never too late or too early to revise and be wise again for the rest of our journey.......

Use Water-cure.
Rather be thankful for the timely warning, and do something about it.

Drink at least 10% of your own daily water-quota (31.42 ml multiply by your present body weight(kg), every 90 minutes. Use 1/4 teaspoon of sea-salt in your daily diet, for every 1250 ml water drank.

Pain is a sign/signal produced by dehydration in the human body. Pain may be common but it is not normal.

To simplify complications is the FIRST essential of success. ***)

HORMONES AND DEHYDRATION

Stress is a neutral word.

Stress that build up the body is termed en-stress, whereas, stress which damage the body is called distress. Walking casually every 2 hour per day is en stressing the body mass muscles and respiration and hence build up the body towards a positive direction in healthy lifestyle. Running 10 kilometres every alternate day is 'distressing ' the body mass muscle and deprive it to repair and rejuvenate properly and hence breaking down the body towards a negative direction in unsound lifestyle.

Stress to the human body immediately translates into dehydration. In other words, stress equals dehydration, and dehydration equals stress. They both initiate the same series of physiological steps for crisis management.

Immediate and automatic steps are taken to prepare the body for "battle stations." The available body resources of water and food products will be distributed according to battle-station (organs, tissues, cells) requirements. How is this done?

Five major regulators
become operatives of the system. These regulators have their individual codes, which are indicators of one or another mode of activity through their cascade of chemical reactions, much like the directives of a central command that are delivered to the commanders in the field.

Vasopressin
indicates a water shortage and a rationing of water delivery into the interior of certain cells according to priority plan. It opens small holes in the cell membrane and forces water (H2O molecules) through the membrane, one by one in queue, so that cells sensitive to vasopressin will benefit more from the available water supply. This allows the brain, kidneys, liver, and other organs to maintain efficiency, particularly when the blood becomes more concentrated from breakdown of muscle and fat. This is how stroke strike its victim, by prolonged dehydration.
Vasopressin regulates water delivery into the cells until there is an unmistakable signal of abundant water supply for all body functions.
Vasopressin also tightens the arterial system to put a squeeze on the blood volume to force serum out of the vessels. This enables some of the water content of the serum to enter the dehydrated cells through the holes in their membrane.

Once vasopressin becomes secreted, it acts as a strong on-off-on (modulating) stimulant for the release of cortisone. it is a very strong cortisone release factor. It is this action of vasopressin that converts persistent dehydration into a metabolic problem that can cause serious disruption in the reserves of the human body's essential elements.

The sequence of events in water regulation of the human body at times of severe dehydration. Dehydration Is The Cause of Pain, Disease, Decay, and Premature Death

Continued Secretion of Stress Hormones.
Vasopressin is a very strong cortisone release factor.
Vasopressin and interleukin-1 begin and continue the process as long as the human body remains dehydrated. The hospital practice of Saline IV drip is to prevent further dehydration at cellular level. But the sad part of the present mainstream medicine practice is the medical communities never tell the laymen about dehydration related diseases onset. So the circles of admission and discharge in and out the hospitals continue on with "business as usual". Be wise this time and apply the water-cure protocol yourself and you can wave good-bye to the hospital bills and those unethical practices .

Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor activate different proteases (enzymes) in some cells and begin to fragment their DNA and cannibalize (nature's way to recycle itself to keep the body survival) the body's own tissues, and produce the bioactive fragments of DNA-RNA, called viruses. This process causes many diseases, such as the autoimmune conditions like diabetes, lupus, and some neurological disorders like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and even AIDS.
In AIDS, the initial step of the disease process begins with the immune suppression of dehydration.

Cortisone Release Factor
Cortisone release factor promotes the secretion of hormones from the adrenal glands, which rest/located on top of your kidneys.
Cortisone promotes the breakdown of proteins, fats and stored starch into their primary components, some of which will be converted to sugar, glucose, for brain use. These elements, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates must be from fruits and herbs, or veggies alone. This process will eventually deplete some of the essential amino acids, such as tryptophan and tyrosine, from the stored reserves of the body. as a result, many health problems that are the consequence/result of prolonged dehydration may develop.
Cortisone directly suppress the body's immune system. It is this mechanism that results in immune system suppression when the human body becomes dehydrated and remains dehydrated. Never use medication to further suppress the dehydrated body, use water instead to rehydrate is the only sound remedy. It is the water which most patients drink together with the pills that does the real work of re hydrating the body, not the drugs. Merely suppressing the signs/symptoms of the real cause of the disease manifestation with drugs, is just merely postponing the next outburst.

Production of interferon and interleukin-2 -- the vital activator of the immune system -- is inhibited by cortisone.

The lost essential elements are not easily replaceable. The body can become short of some of its most essential amino acid (from fresh fruits and herbs) needs for protein manufacture. Some of this loss can become irreversible. Even if raw materials are made available at a later time, the same state of physiology as before may not be attainable. Thus, muscle activity to avert the damaging effect of stress/distress is indispensable -- hence the need to walk, and walk, and walk. Not the minor muscles alone need to be exercised, but also the mass muscles too. Increased water intake to avert the physiological damage of stress/distress is even more important.

Endorphins are the natural opiates of the human body. They bring about immediate pain relief at the time of battle; they enhance the efficiency of your body in the process of fight or flight.
When the human body is exposed to injury or great stress, even during physical exercises, endorphins are released.

Bleeding and sever pain also promote endorphin release. Please do your own body a favour, quit using the artificial pain-killer drugs; they only make your body to be 'killed' prematurely.
Endorphins raise the pain threshold so the body is able to endure and effectively continue to function to the last moment, despite physical trauma. Long-distance runners, if you are one of them, become dependent on the release of endorphins to continue until completion of marathon race. When there is no injury or trauma, endorphin release translates to well-being and gratification. They call it runner's running on their own "high." No steroid or drug is needed here. Why some runners cheat during the games is because they want more and faster rate of endorphins to be produced within a shorter time. But they have to pay a high price for this action; risk the suspension from future race and damage to the body later.

Renin-Angiotensin (RA)
The RA system codes for water intake and its retention and distribution in the human body by forcing a salt appetite and the collection of salt in the watery areas outside those trillions of cells.
RA is responsible for the closing some of the blood vessels in the periphery so that the shunting of circulation to other more vital parts, according to a priority plan, can be established.
RA is also responsible for decreased urine production.
RA is produced in the kidneys, which play a part in water preservation of the human body.
The RA system is a focus of attention by the pharmaceutical industry in anti-hypertension therapy. Instead of giving the system more water to pass through the kidneys, chemical products, inorganic substances to worsen the situation, are given to attempt to block the drive of the human body for salt retention by the RA system.

Prolactin
Prolactin codes for the breast-gland-cell stimulation and milk protection. It coordinates with other hormone agents to maintain the reproductive organs of the body in a well-functioning state.

Woman breast is nature's water fountain to a newborn child.

Prolactin
secretion in the body is increased due to dehydration, stress, and excess aspartame(diet soda) intake.

Excess prolactin has been shown to cause mammary tumors in mice.

How we can keep our kidneys in healthy all the lives.

What Will Keep the Kidneys Healthy?
1.>>Drink sufficient water. We should all drink sufficient water ( half ounce of water for each pound of body weight) daily, even though we may not "feel" thirsty. It was proven that as one grow older, the signal of thirst get weaker. Many elderly folks died not so much of diseases ,but through persistence unintentional dehydration of the body. Remember that many so-called "diseases" are caused by de-hydration of the body in the first place. For those who worried that they will drink too much (or overdose) water in a day, take comfort, for a normal pair of kidneys can efficiently process 15 liters (ie:1.5liter x 10 bottles) of water. No way any sound mind can 'overdose' with water. Your body will activate the throwout mechanism before you reach that amount. Just drink sufficient in proportion to your present body weight.

2.>>Keep them warm.
The kidneys are especially sensitive to cold. Be careful when sitting on cold tile floors. Swimmers TAKE NOTE: after swimming, take off your wet swimsuit immediately. In cold ( or winter in seasonal countries) weather, make sure you wear warm undergarment and generally dress warmly. Not dress overhot, please. (smile)

3.>>Normal blood pressure.
If your blood pressure is too low or too high(Normal blood pressure-Diastolic lesser than 80 mmHg;Systolic lesser than 120 mmHg) , you endanger your kidneys. Should either be the case, consult a physician. With every heartbeat, blood pumped from the heart pushes and expands the artery walls from the inside. This pressure is called blood pressure (BP). The artery wall ,strong and elastic, easily withstand the pressure. When the heart contracts and pushes blood into the arteries, the pressure is highest and is called the Systolic BP. In the second half of the heartbeat, when the heart relaxes and fills with blood, the pressure is at its lowest and is called the Diastolic BP. Blood pressure readings tell Systolic pressure first, then Diastolic pressure; typical reading is 120/80 mmHg. The normal Systolic range is between 100 and 120. BP rises and falls as the body's activities change. It tends to rise with age and varies with race and gender. * Persistence unintentional dehydration of the body will trigger the production of cholesterol around the membranes of the cells, to protect and prevent further dehydration of cells. Over production of natural cholesterol by the body cells will not take place when it is duly re-hydrate regularly on daily basis. There is no such a thing as 'bad' cholesterol. The body uses the cholesterol to make hormones and under the sunlight it use cholesterol to make vitamin D. The body never produce any thing to harm it ownself. Only when it is deprived of the raw material (water and nutrient) to function, then it begins to adapt and activate it's survival mechanisms. This is a survival mechanism by the body natural wisdom. Since the normal way of diffusion (rate of 0.001cm/second) to rehydrate the cells is now impossible, the body will have to adapt another method - creating a higher pressure outside the cells to 'inject' the water and nutrient into the cells - known as hypertension. Hence the measured High Blood Presure. High blood cholesterol is commonly found in patients with High BP. This natural behaviour (producing cholesterol around the membrane) of cell to survive is found in all cells; blood cells, organs' cells. The correct treatment should be the basic and simplest first, rehydration of the cells. Mal-diagnosis and unawareness of possible unintentional dehydration of the body will cause further complications of high BP (most medications and salt-free diet cannot help at all) ,and can lead to any serious conditions such as cerebral haemorrhage; disorders of the eyes-retina; Aneurysm and coronary artery disease (in the heart region) and kidney failure. Many of the present hospital protocols in use need serious reviewing , if the patient is to be help at all, honestly. *

4.>> Urinating without pain. If you have problems urinating (either you are urinating too frequently or your urination is painful), you must be treated by a physician; otherwise, a chronic kidney problem could develop.
Use the water cure program as described above and see improvement. Drink water, drink water, and drink water again, the more effective detoxification by means of the kidneys will be. Beverages that should be avoided for quenching thirst:-*Soft drinks, lemonade, and fruit nectars loaded with artificial sweetener, aspartame; *Alcoholic beverages; *Coffee and black tea; * Milk. In order to support your body in its daily detoxification effort, you should increase gradually your water intake . This way, you will flush your organism clean.
(Question: What keep your kidney healthy? Correct answer: W a t e r, w a t e r , water )

Our human body is not helpless against the onslaught of toxins from the outside (ingesting stuffs ignorantly of the ingredients) or against its own waste products, the deposits. "What the kidneys and bladder cannot eliminate the intestines have to eliminate; what the intestines cannot eliminate the lungs have to eliminate; what the lungs cannot eliminate the skin has to eliminate , and what the skin cannot eliminate will lead to death." Is your present lifestyle good for your health? Do you like to sing ? {YES!} Great. Your lungs will be happy, because singing supports the cleansing of the lungs. Our body(adult) loses 1 liter of water ,daily , merely for breathing.

If more and more hospitals and more and more physicians are needed, then this fact cries out for a basic treatment for the ills produced by affluence and abundance or overabundance. Today, with higher and higher costs for hospital care, and more and more medications being prescribed (on try an error basis) , isn't it time to try the natural and simplest method first ? Fresh air, healthy water, sea salt, potassium (banana, orange, watermelon, other fresh fruits) and exercise, daily. Smile=)
