To All: Thanks so much for help and comments concerning my leg pain inquiry. I do not drink alcohol or soda. I have been drinking decaf tea & coffee for years and have cut that down to almost nothing at present. I think I figured out what happened. I increased my water intake w/ the water cure, so much above what I was used to drinking, it flushed out my potassium. On Monday and Tuesday, I drank two large glasses of oj, and ate bananas, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and raisins. By Tues nite, the pains were almost gone and by Wed no pains at all!!!! I will keep your comments about chlorophyll, honey, etc on file for future use as needed. Bob, Jim, and Donna.....thanks again for your help.
Sincerely, Bernie

Jim I suggest you try taking a spoon full of honey and let it dissolve on your tongue them drink 4 oz of cold water, them put a pinch of sea salt on your tongue and see what it does for the pain in your leg. You could use orange juice not from concentrate with no pulp. First toss 1/8 tsp of sea salt on your tongue and them wash it down with the orange juice and them put a pinch of salt on your tongue. If the pain lessened then I suggest you repeat another salt and glass of orange juice. The same for the honey and salt. You may be lacking the chlorophyll for the magnesium. I would try taking some liquid chlorophyll, like a spoon full, a just let it stay on your tongue for 30 seconds them swallow it and chase with some water then put a pinch of salt on your tongue and see what it does. My guess is the person needs sugar in the cells or magnesium. The liquid chlorophyll on the tongue will go directly into the blood stream from the tongue and you would shortly know if it was a lack of magnesium. Also when you take potassium you require some salt. I'm suggesting this is what I would do if I were you. None of this should cause any problems. If this person did have a problem of some kind, from doing any of this then they could put some ice on the side of there neck and hold it there until it gets very cold then put it on the other side of the neck and then the back of the neck for a while. This process will hit the reset button and you will return back to where you were. Jim

Hi,
Donna forwarded your email to me & I never heard of anyone getting leg pain after going on the water cure. Your problems are all dehydration related & they run in your family because everyone makes the same mistakes. * The people with the worse health do one or more of the following which ruins your immune system: The more caffeine, alcohol or soda you drink, the worse your health will be because they deplete your most life essential nutrients, water, salt, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. They are also the people that drink the least water and/or use less than the required amount of unprocessed sea salt.
Did your read the first link: "Most Critical Water Cure information" which is in red. * What changes did you make when you went on the water cure? Did you gain any weight?
Did you also view the TV specials on Donna's story & more? It was on FOX TV & WYOU TV. She was also on WILK radio

Hello Donna, I read about your experience with water cure. About four days ago, I started with the water and salt routine. I made a visit to Cee Kay Auto and bought the salt and took several informational papers. The reason I wanted to try this is because I recently had blood work that showed high cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. etc. High Chol and Diabetes run in my family. So, I hope to lose weight while lowering my numbers. I have refused, so far, to take medications.
But, the reason I am writing is to ask you whether you experienced leg pain when you first started the water cure? My legs have been so very painful the last few days. I thought maybe it was loss of potassium, so I bought some foods high in potassium. I walk several times a week and my legs have never bothered me before. It is not a cramp or ache. It is actual pain. So, I am curious if you, or if you know of others, that experienced this w/the water cure.
Thanks so much for your help and comments. I appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Bernie Scranton, PA
