⁶ Fellowship with our Heavenly Father

 Chapter 15:

Number 14: Commit Your Plans to the Lord

Number fourteen, commit your plans to the Lord.

We love to dream and plan, but Proverbs reminds us, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." Proverbs 16:3,

"True success does not come from self-determination, but from surrendering our plans into God's hands."

We may map out our future, but Proverbs adds, "In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps."

Proverbs 16:9, "God sees what we cannot. He knows the road ahead, the obstacles, and the blessings waiting beyond them."

Committing your plans to God is more than asking Him to bless what you've already decided.

It is giving God full authority to shape, change, or redirect your steps according to His will.

It is saying, "Lord, not my will but yours be done."

When you release your dreams into God's hands,   you find peace.

You no longer carry the crushing burden of control. Instead, you walk in confidence, knowing that the One who directs your steps never fails.

Chapter 16:

Number 15: The Righteous Are as Bold as a Lion

Number fifteen, the righteous are as bold as a lion.

 Fear cripples, but faith empowers.

Proverbs declares, "'The wicked flee, though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion."

Proverbs 28:1, "The unrighteous live in fear because guilt haunts them. But the righteous, secure in God's love, walk in courage and confidence."

This boldness is not arrogance. It is holy confidence rooted in God's presence.

David faced Goliath with this boldness, not because of his strength, but because he knew the Lord was with him.

Daniel stood firm in the lion's den.

Esther approached the king at the risk of her life. Their boldness came from faith in God's promises.

Proverbs also reminds us, "The name of the Lord is a fortified tower. The righteous run to it and are safe." Proverbs 18:10

Boldness comes from knowing we are protected and empowered by God Himself.

When you live righteously, fear loses its grip.

You can face trials with courage, speak truth with love, and walk into uncertainty with faith.

Bold as a lion, you carry the strength of God wherever you go.

Chapter 17:

Conclusion: Living the Wisdom of Proverbs Every Day

Living the wisdom of Proverbs every day.

The book of Proverbs is more than poetry, more than ancient sayings.

It is God's daily blueprint for life.

Each lesson , fifteen (15) in total, we've explored points us back to Him.

For the Lord gives wisdom.

From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

True wisdom is not about knowing facts, but about walking in reverence, humility, and obedience before God.

Proverbs teaches us to guard our hearts, to trust in the Lord, to speak life, to live with integrity, and to walk humbly with Him.

These are not lofty ideals for only a few people.

They are truths for every believer who longs to honour God in the ordinary moments of life.

Wisdom is seen in the way we treat people, is seen in the choices we make when no one is watching, and is seen in how we respond to both blessings and trials.

The world chases temporal wealth, vain recognition, and temporary pleasures.

But Proverbs reminds us of a greater treasure, righteousness, contentment, and bold faith.

Wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her.

Proverbs 3:15. To live by these truths is to live anchored in God's eternal promises.

As you carry these fifteen (15) lessons, remember that they are not meant to stay on the page.

They are meant to be lived out.

Let's Speak words that heal.

Let's Walk in integrity.

Let's Trust the Lord with all our heart.

Let's Guard our soul diligently.

Let's Love our friends faithfully.

And above all, let's honour God in every decision.

Life may not always be easy, but when you live by the wisdom of Proverbs, you will stand firm on unshakable ground.

These truths will guide you, protect you, and shape you into a reflection of Christ himself.

And in the end, you will find that the fear of the Lord, the beginning of wisdom, is also the path to lasting joy and eternal life.

Eternal Life is not a time or place, it is the person Lord Jesus Christ.
