Why drink a glass of water prior to bed?

Why you should drink a glass/ two of plain water prior going to bed ?
During the night, while you sleep, the disc of your back bones absorbs water from its surroundings because the disc has no blood vessels of its own. There must be enough free water in the region for the disc to be able to rehydrate itself.

We should think of the human body as a tight package of many, many different systems that are bound together by the hidden powers of water; much like society is bound together by its monetary system.

Following Watercure Protocol

Whatever your health condition is, you stand to gain more IF you follow this watercure protocol.

0. Find out your correct daily hydration need. (your body weight in kilogram) x (31.42 ) ml = (your daily water quota) ml. 10% of this daily water quota is your personal 'glass of water'.
1. Drink 2 'glasses of water' , first thing in the morning upon rising.

2. Half hour before meal, drink 1 ' glass of water' .

3. Two and a half hour after meal, drink 1 'glass of water'.

4. Drink 1 'glass of water' before going to bed at night.

NOTE: For every 1250 ml of water intake , use 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. Average body weight of 30 kg will need this 1250 ml water and 1/4 teaspoon salt, daily.

You be the Judge again ....welcome relief

Dear Dr. Batmanghelidj                             June 24, 1996

On June 29, I hurt my back. On June 30, 1995, in a lot of pain I called my medical doctor. he was closed and couldn't see me until July 3. On June 30, I went to chiropractor. he took X-rays, gave treatment, and I received some relief.

On July 3, I saw my medical doctor. He examined me, then sent me to a physical therapist for three different days. I had some relief, not much.

Returned to medical doctor on July 10, still in pain. He gave me some more pain pills, he had me take X-ray of lower spine, plus CAT-scan of lower spine. He  also sent me back to physical therapist for three more days. Again some relief.

July 13, still in pain. Medical doctor sent me to have MRI on back. Also during this time I had two more chiropractor treatments. During all the above time I was on pain pills twice a day.

My wife remembered reading in Dr.Julian Whitaker's Health and Healing Newsletter ( March 1995, Vol.5, No3), where he mentioned your book, " How to Deal with Back Pain & Rheumatoid Joint Pain." She went to local bookstore, purchased book for $14.95. We hurriedly read your book, 95 pages, did exercises as you suggested, started drinking water. WITHIN ONE HOUR MY BACK WAS PAIN FREE,  and has remained so ever since. God bless you.

What really ticks me off, plus the pain I was in , is :

THE MEDICAL DOCTOR CHARGED FOR HIS 3 VISITS.......$150.00

THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST'S SIX VISITS,.....................$651.50

X-RAYS AND CAT-SCAN........................................................$209.00

MRI................................................................$543.50

CHIROPRACTOR, X-RAY AND THREE VISITS..................$155.00

SANTAIAM MEMORIAL HOSPITAL............$129.00

TOTAL CHARGES WITH VERY LITTLE RELIEF = $1,838.00

Your book and instruction only cost $14.95 , and you gave me almost immediate relief in only one treatment.

Again God bless you for your books and knowledge. We now also have your book, "Your Body's Many Cries for Water," your video, your audio tape. They are all exceptional. If you publish anything else I want them.

Sincerely,

DORMAN J. BRYCE

Some even call it ... the water cure!

Tears from heaven as rain fills our stream
Shower and baths, that help keep us clean
Water  for drinking's when good health begins
Baptized in water will even wash away sins

Each time you wash or just walk past the sink
Don't forget that your body ... needs a big drink
Water help -cures sickness but no one will tell, and
Doctors don't say much cause it makes you well

Water is free and the cost is just right
Drinking eight or more glasses a day until night
You'll feel much better what stories you'll tell
Health issues disappear and you will be well

It's a big secret so don't say a word
Unless you love others then tell the unheard
Water is the answer to help you endure
Some even call it . . . the water cure !

Natural Salt : The Eternal Medication

"...have salt among yourselves and live in peace." - Jesus

Good to Share Healthy Wealth  Empowering Network

Salt is a vital substance for the survival of all living creatures, particularly humans, and especially people suffering with asthma, allergies, and autoimmune disease.

After many years of natural salt being bad-mouthed by ignorant health professionals and their media parrots, the importance of salt as dietary supplement is once again being acknowledged and recognized. I was one of the early voices bringing about this change. You, dear respected reader, also can make this change, share and spread the word of truth.

Water, natural unrefined salt, and potassium found in fresh fruits and vegetables, regulate the water  content of the human body. Water regulates the water content of the interior of the cell by working its way into all the cells it reaches. It has to get there to cleanse and extract the toxic waste of cell metabolism. Once water gets into the cells, the potassium content of the cells holds on to it and keeps it there -- to the extent that potassium is available inside the cells. Even in the plant kingdom, it is the potassium in fruit that gives it firmness by holding water in the interior of the fruit. Our daily food contains ample potassium from fresh produce and fruits, but not salt from its natural source. That is why we need to add natural salt to our daily diet.

For every one kilogram of your present body weight, you need at least 32.53 milliliter water. And for every 1250 ml of water intake( for body weight of 30 kg), use 1/4 teaspoon of natural salt in your daily diet.

Two Pearls To Enrich Your Thoughts:

You need to prevent thirst to lose weight. When you wait to get thirsty to drink water, you get confused and think you are actually hungry, even if you ate your meal only two or three hours ago. When you are fully hydrated, the constructive effect of food will last, and it will be a long time before you're hungry again. Real hunger will only be trigger when the body energy level is very low. You should quench your thirst with water ; manufactured and taste-enhanced beverages that are sweetened to make them marketable defeat the real purpose and turn off the fat-burning enzymes in your body.

* Do know that when you feel thirsty, your body is already 2% dehydrated.

When you reduce your food intake and increase your water intake to lose weight, supplement your diet with vitamins and minerals. You must make sure you do not become deficient in those minerals, which you would normally get from your food. Also, be sure to use unrefined salt from the ocean or old salt mines in the mountains -- not the regular table salt that is stripped of its companion minerals.  I use pink color mountain salt from Nepal. Real salt and mineral cravings force you to overeat.

*For every one kilogram of body weight, use 1/4 teaspoon of salt in your daily diet.
*For every one kilogram of body weight, you should drink 31.42 ml of plain water within 24 hours.

How Dehydration caused Dis-eases

Persistent unintentional dehydration leaves its damaging impact in the fourth dimension of time. Caught in time, these Dis-eases conditions can be reversible , as you read and follow the simple rehydration daily.

Our human body manifests its water shortage by four(4) categories of conditions :
1. perceptive feelings;
2. drought-management programs;
3. crisis calls; and
4. complication of persistent dehydration.

1. Perceptive feelings of water shortage include : tiredness that is not the result of strenuous effort, such as feeling first thing in the morning that you do not wish to get out of the bed.
Anxiety, agitation, shortness of temper, depression, sleep disorder, craving for sodas, alcohol, and even hard drugs and agoraphobia are some of the ways our human brain reflects its water-conservation and water-regulation problems.

2. The drought-management and resource-management programs are : constipation, allergies, asthma, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and the autoimmune diseases.

3. Crisis calls : The newly understood regional thirst signals are : heartburn, rheumatoid joint pain, back pain, migraine headache, colitis pain, fibromyalgic pains , and anginal pain.

4. Complications of dehydration are very extensive and include : obesity, hemorrhoids, cholesterol plagues and arterial diseases, and type 1 diabetes, as well as serious neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, neuritis, phlebitis, lymphomas, cancers, and many more.

Medicine has traditionally divided the human body study-logy into so many specialties and subspecialities based on the different body organs ' way of revealing their water shortages. Each of these groups has its own rituals for investigating within its "fiefdom." The pharmaceutical industry has accommodated physicians and has designed medications that are used in that particular "domain" of medicine. This is why, when dehydration manifest itself in more than one organ or domain of the human body, the patient is forced to see many different specialists to address his or her organ-specific symptoms. Hence the use of so many different pills and treatment procedures, in the same person, for the same underlying cause - dehydration. Here is demonstrate how water alone naturally reverses multiple health concerns.

The Wisdom of Water:

1. Learn why - to avoid getting fat-obese, becoming depressed and developing cancer - water should be your # 1 dietary supplement.

2. Discover how water stimulates the enzymes that burn fat and permanently reduce weight - 30 to 50 pounds without any effort.

3. Discover how water manufactures hydroelectric energy in every cell of your body, reducing your need to constantly eat food.

4. Discover why your brain prefers the "clean energy from water" than the "dirty energy from processed food."

5. Discover how most people put on extra weight because they confuse thirst with hunger.

6. Discover how water makes your brain work like an atomic clock, restores your enthusiasm, and fills you with the joys of life - the sunny side of you.

7. Discover how water is your natural anticancer medication.

8. Discover how dehydration suppresses the immune system in the bone marrow, whereas proper hydration maximizes the immune system activity.

9. Discover how water and natural healthy diet can actually send killer cancers into remission, for years - the medical norm for a cure.

The Need of the Time

The belief that cholesterol alone causes heart disease must be laid to rest. We do not need another scapegoat or another laboratory value by which to measure our health. What is the need of the time? Our present society needs to respect the inner wisdom of the human mind and body, which was endowed by the Creator. In understanding the depths of consciousness and the profound interactions between mind , body and spirit, the key to profound change can be found. This knowledge will affect the health of individuals, as well as society as a whole.

The myth of cholesterol has distracted us from making real advance in heart health and preventive medicine. The consequence of this misconception are being reaped each year in terms of more and more heart disease and suffering. By dispelling this myth, we aim to challenge those who want true heart health to reclaim their power to create their own health. No magic bullet pill can substitute for a healthy lifestyle. And that lifestyle must include a healthy diet [fresh fruits and vegetables with seeds), healthy movement [daily walking], and mental and emotional well-being [loving and forgiving and altruism]. Without myths, we can live healthy, happy lives, experiencing each day awake fully, with vigor and whole-heartedness. After all,it is what we deserve. Air, water, mineral and sunshine.

Interview with Minister Khaw

Straits Times interview with Minister Khaw

Friday, June 11, 2010 at 9:13am
ST’s Health Correspondent, Ms Salma Khalik interviewing Minister Khaw on his recent bypass.
On how his family coped with the discovery of the blockage, and the experience of going through the operation

Min: My wife was fully and promptly informed of all the findings. My daughters were partially informed at the initial stage as I really thought that it would turn out to be a false alarm. After the CT angiogram which showed a blockage at the left main artery and a bypass recommended, I kept the children fully informed, except for the daughter who works in Shanghai, who was told only after the surgery was over. She flew back the next day. They were naturally concerned and worried: this was a major operation and things could go wrong. I was calm and accepted the need to go through the trauma. That was very helpful, I think, to enable the family members to go through this difficult period.

My wife was next door observing the coronary angiogram, and the next morning saw me off to the OT for the bypass. She returned with my youngest daughter at noon when I was wheeled off to the ICU. I have no clear recollection of that but my wife told me several days later that my daughter burst into tears when she saw me out of the OT, on trolley, with tubes in various places. I vaguely recalled someone crying next to me. I thought it was my wife. It must have been very traumatic for them. I felt very sorry to have caused the distraught.

On the importance of regular health screenings

Min: Plaque build-up takes time, and in my case, I think the blockage would have been picked up at my next Electrocardiogram (ECG) Stress Test. There are many possible tests and the choice of the test will depend on the risk profile of the patient. Calcium score is not meant for the masses, but it could be useful for those with a significant family risk, as in my case. I think we need different screening tests at different frequencies for different patient profiles – some need more frequent testing and additional tests; others do not. They should consult their GPs and if indicated, their cardiologists.

On the impact his operation had on National Healthy Lifestyle Movement

Min: After I have ended my denial, I was completely at peace with myself. I was mentally and physically ready for the bypass.

I only had one worry: how would the public interpret my bypass?

I have been a champion and an active practitioner of the Healthy Lifestyle Movement. Would my bypass cause a dent to the movement? I must have seemed to be a disappointment to the movement!

A few friends whom I aggressively promoted brown rice to several months ago told me, half-in-jest, that they had a debate after hearing of my bypass. They were split in their views: one group felt that they should go even more aggressive and eat red rice; another group felt that they should abandon healthy diet and just eat as they desire.

In fact, besides divine intervention, I was likely saved by a healthy lifestyle. An unhealthy lifestyle with poor diet, no exercise and smoking might have precipitated a fatal heart attack earlier.

The doctors found my right arteries to be normal. They commented that regular exercise must have contributed to that. Other than the blockage in the left artery, the heart is functioning well.

The physiotherapist told me last week that I am ahead of many other patients in my cardiac rehabilitation programme. I was able to start the programme soon after surgery, as an inpatient. This she thinks is a positive factor in rehabilitation.

Certainly, for my new lease of life, I will be even more aggressive in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Being predisposed to high cholesterol, my job is to prevent new blockages from being formed. Besides a higher dose of anti-cholesterol medication, I will have to persist in my regular exercise and strict diet. And I must continue to be vigilant in my regular health screening, including the ECG stress tests.

Statistically, about 10% of bypass patients have re-admissions for their heart conditions. In the ward, I met a patient who had his bypass 15 years ago. He has been back to hospital for 3 angioplasty sessions (stenting and balloon). I did not probe but I think he continued to smoke.

Mr. Khaw , You should not worry about what the public thinks of your by pass.....you;re only human and more often than not you "inherit" many ailments from your family line which you have absolutely no control over. Who says a doctor cannot get ill or for that matter the Minister of Health cannot have heart disease ? A healthy lifestyle is what "saved" you. Warmest regards and get well soon.

Cheng Siong Lim
Mr Khaw,I am glad to hear you have fully recovered from the by-pass surgery and would be able to return to work in the coming week.

I would also like to hear your view on many younger generation have been migrated to singapore and grow their roots here. ... See More

For my case, my parents was granted long term visit passes so that our family could stay in unite. However medical expenses has always been on the steep side. My dad was hospitalised and perform a angiogram and angioplasty in May 2010 and the total hospital bill chalked up > S$50K in SGH.

Although we did bought a medishield plan from NTUC income but under the current system, the family would have to pay up the bills before they are able to claim the amount back from the insurance company.

Do you think the Govn should step in to assist by formulating a policy where it would lessen the burden (in term of medical expenses) of the younger generation whom migrated here?

Wish you get well soon.

Agree with F Teck Seng Heng! Mr Khaw - perhaps a calm cool healhty with clarity of mind make a great difference toward any possibly disappointment if any in one's life-journey. What there to worry as everything is afterall conditional. I think you had been doing an excellent job with kind heart too except the 6 weeks of self-delay or self-denial - but overall I must praise that you had been blessed with your own wholesome karmic energy. Smile with Cheers Always~~~

Hi Mr Khaw, I always support your effort in promoting Healthy Lifestyle Movement and no, your surgery doesn't render you a disappointment to the Movement because you've taken responsibility for your health. Without a healthy lifestyle, worst could have happened, even perhaps without warning. Wishing you a speedy full recovery, Mr Khaw. And for those who use your heart surgery as an excuse to revert to unhealthy lifestyle, well, I wish them good luck.

Take good courage Mr Khaw and family, wish you all the best in family loving and growing together too. May you have warm words on a cold evening, a full moon on a dark night, and the road downhill all the way to your door. We need one another to be stronger to enjoy life again. Smiles to you too.The Myth of Cholesterol
The Myth of Causality
See More belief that cholesterol causes atherosclerosis and consequently heart disease.

How did cholesterol get such a bad reputation? Part of the answer lies in the approach taken by modern medicine.
The reasoning along "Germ Theory of Disease", has been to focus on determining a single cause for a given disease, begins to falter when applied to most other diseases. Causation is not so straight forward, especially in cancer and heart disease.

Louis Pasteur himself re-evaluated his germ theory in later years. He is believed to have said : "It is not the germ ; it is the terrain." This statement opens the door for a deeper analysis of disease causation, taking into account the significant role played by the individual's general health (the "terrain").

The Case Against Cholesterol. (Victimization?)
While searching for "the cause" of heart disease, pathologists notice that blood vessels were clogged with plaques and debris. These plaques were areas of hardness with a mushy center ; hence, the term atherosclerosis from the Greek words atheroma meaning "gruel" and sklerosis meaning "hardening." They later determined that the mushy center had a high concentration of cholesterol. Logic followed : Since the narrowing of arteries was caused by atherosclerosis, and cholesterol was at the center of these plaques, cholesterol must be the cause of the disease. The culprit had been found. Oversight in reality. This circumstantial evidence seemed enough to convict the criminal for life.

This line of reasoning is analogous to the following: A pipe in your house breaks. You look inside the pipe and see a white crusty buildup of calcium phosphate compounds. You see that the buildup is greater particularly where the pipe snapped. Did the buildup cause the pipe to break? Of course not. The more likely explanation is that there was a defect in the pipe that allowed for more calcium phosphate to collect at that point. That is all. The buildup was a symptom of the problem, not the cause.

Only a few doctors really understood how cellular dehydration can cause the body to overproduce cholesterol in order to protect some of the drying up cells from premature death. The only logical remedy and step to reverse this overproduction of cholesterol is to replenish the body with correct amount of water daily. Water deficit is the cause, and higher cholesterol is just a symptom.

Protein-rich diet cause plaque buildup in pathology specimens. A high-protein diet was the cause of atherosclerosis. Avoid protein foods, but have a diet of amino acids, no atherosclerosis development.

At first glance, the case against cholesterol appears solidly grounded. But upon further analysis, it becomes evident that circumstantial evidence is being used to convict an otherwise innocent bystander-cholesterol.

France has a high intake of fat and cholesterol and a low incidence of heart disease. Wine. Holland and Norway consume less wine and more fat than France had even lower incident of heart disease. Sorry, it is not wine.

Lipid hypothesis has many weaknesses.
Note: Lipoprotein Cross Section : Since oil and water do not mix, there need to be a way to transport lipids (mainly oils) in the blood (mainly water). Lipoprotein encases the lipids so that they can be transported on the blood.

Staying healthy is a personal responsibility, and

all citizens ought to observe sensible water rehydration-salinity lifestyle habits.

Singapore Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan weighted 60 kilogram when he entered the hospital, but yesterday(June 9,2010) he tipped the scales at 57.5 kilogram.

Based on these body weight, the daily water intake should be monitored closely as follow, because every drop of fresh water available counts for the body economies.

Here is the water-cure formula for a body weight of 60 kg:
1. 31.42 x 60 = 1885.2 milliliter, daily.
He should drink at least 10 percent of 1885.2 ml every 90 minute, ie.,188.5 ml.
And use 0.375 teaspoon of sea salt for his daily diet. (For every 1250 ml of fresh water intake , use 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, daily.)

Now that the body weight is at 57.5 kg :
1. 31.42 x 57.5 = 1806.65 milliliter, daily.
He should be drinking at least 10 percent of 1806.65 ml every 90 minute, ie., 180.6 ml. And adjust the sea salt intake accordingly, which is 0.361 teaspoon of sea salt for his daily diet.

I hope Mr Khaw Boon Wan and his doctors look into the patient daily salinity and water intake and work out the specifics for him to apply in order to regain and sustain a normalized cholesterol. Avoid all drinks or food which contributes to unintentional cellular dehydration such as coffee, tea, caffeinated products , colas, aspartame.

TIPS: There is clinical evidence that stress reduction helps lower cholesterol levels.

Avoid all foods containing partially hydrogenated oils. Start reading labels ! Limit white sugar - excessive amounts can raise cholesterol levels.

Start adding healthy omega 3s to the diet from fish, flax, walnuts, and olive oil. For cooking at high heat, use organic coconut, sesame, or rice bran oils.

Drink water ! it is the easiest and common sense way to protect the heart and the body from water deficit.

Eat Cool Cucumber solve problems.

The Amazing Cucumber:This information was in The New York Times several weeks ago as part of their "Spotlight on the Home" series that highlighted creative and fanciful ways to solve common problems.

1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

2. Feeling tired in the afternoon, put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B Vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that quick pick-me-up that can last for hours.

3. Tired of your bathroom mirror fogging up after a shower? Try rubbing a cucumber slice along the mirror, it will eliminate the fog and provide a soothing, spa-like fragrance.

4. Are grubs and slugs ruining your planting beds? Place a few slices in a small pie tin and your garden will be free of pests all season long. The chemicals in the cucumber react with the aluminum to give off a scent undetectable to humans but drive garden pests crazy and make them flee the area.

5. Looking for a fast and easy way to remove cellulite before going out or to the pool? Try rubbing a slice or two of cucumbers along your problem area for a few minutes, the phytochemicals in the cucumber cause the collagen in your skin to tighten, firming up the outer layer and reducing the visibility of cellulite. Works great on wrinkles too!!!

6. Want to avoid a hangover or terrible headache? Eat a few cucumber slices before going to bed and wake up refreshed and headache free. Cucumbers contain enough sugar, B vitamins and electrolytes to replenish essential nutrients the body lost, keeping everything in equilibrium, avoiding both a hangover and headache!!

7. Looking to fight off that afternoon or evening snacking binge? Cucumbers have been used for centuries and often used by European trappers, traders and explores for quick meals to thwart off starvation.

8. Have an important meeting or job interview and you realize that you don't have enough time to polish your shoes? Rub a freshly cut cucumber over the shoe, its chemicals will provide a quick and durable shine that not only looks great but also
repels water.

9. Out of WD 40 and need to fix a squeaky hinge? Take a cucumber slice and rub it along the problematic hinge, and voila, the squeak is gone!

10. Stressed out and don't have time for massage, facial or visit to the spa? Cut up an entire cucumber and place it in a boiling pot of water, the chemicals and nutrients from the cucumber with react with the boiling water and be released in the steam, creating a soothing, relaxing aroma that has been shown the reduce stress in new mothers and college students during final exams.

11. Just finish a business lunch and realize you don't have gum or mints? Take a slice of cucumber and press it to the roof of your mouth with your tongue for 30 seconds to eliminate bad breath, the phytochemcials will kill the bacteria in your mouth responsible for causing bad breath.

12. Looking for a 'green' way to clean your faucets, sinks or stainless steel? Take a slice of cucumber and rub it on the surface you want to clean, not only will it remove years of tarnish and bring back the shine, but is won't leave streaks and won't harm you fingers or fingernails while you clean.

13. Using a pen and made a mistake? Take the outside of the cucumber and slowly use it to erase the pen writing, also works great on crayons and markers that the kids have used to decorate the walls!!

All the above is possible due to the water inside the cucumber. Again nature prove water cure many issues.

The AMA, FDA, and NIH will have to stop being a party to the drug industry's rape of nations. Their business-as-usual approach to health care world wide can no longer be acceptable to the people who fund their existence.

Massive Heart Attacks; Extensive heart Muscle Damage:

I am compelled to write to you to express my gratitude for who you are and how you have dramatically altered my life. The information contained in your seminal publication Your Body's Many Cries for Water has saved my life and allowed me to rebuild and repair heart muscle damage that was pronounced irreparable. With proper hydration, I have fully recuperated and once again lead a full and active life. Please share my story with others so they too might know that full recovery is not just a dream, it is a real possibility!

My name is Oleg Yasko, i am a doctor of naturopathy and a certified nutritional consultant. I am 49 years of age and currently reside with my family in Brooklyn, NY. I own and operate a clinic dedicated to the practice of Holistic Integrative Health.

I was born and raised in Kiev, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and received a master's degree in biochemistry from University of Kiev, 1972. My family immigrated to the United States in 1979.

In 1985, at the young age of 33, I suffered a massive heart attack in Albany, NY. At that instant I knew there would be no denying my lineage. My father had suffered a series of heart attacks, with the third one fatal at the age of 61. My brother had a heart attack at the age 36, and at age 43 the second occurrence also proved fatal. I was now brought face to face with my fate.

I consulted with all the traditional medical sources, and they could only point to the immediate causation, occluded arteries. They offered neither remedy nor adequate explanation of the genesis of this occlusion. I was a young man who had been a champion wrestler and was in the active military for many years. I considered myself in excellent physical condition. I discounted the explanation of genetic causation, and began my own search for answers.

The search seemed to arrive at a dead end when in March of 1997, I suffered yet another massive coronary. At this juncture I was informed that over 44% of my heart muscle was compromised, and the prognosis for any sort of complete recovery was termed negligible.

As I convalesced, more uncertain than ever about ever finding a resolution to my dilemma, a friend passed me a copy of a book Your Body's Many Cries for Water . This book would save my life !!!

This book stated the hypothesis that prolonged severe dehydration had caused the major coronary arteries to become brittle. the resultant cholesterol buildup in the arterial lining was the human body's natural attempt to protect the artery from further damage. Unfortunately this buildup also restricted the blood flow sufficiently to cause myocardial infarction -- twice.

Immediate testing determined that I was indeed severely dehydrated. My search now took a more focused path, to resolve my state of constant dehydration that had contributed to these attacks and to somehow rebuild my damaged heart muscles.

It was these efforts to resolve this chronic dehydrated condition that led me to understand the vital role that proper hydration played in our bio-system. A role that slowly but certainly allowed my heart muscles to recuperate fully even after two major heart attacks and the considered prognosis from the physicians I consulted with that my heart was irreparably damaged.

I am pleased to report that I am alive, healthy, hydrated and practicing my profession as a healer with renewed enthusiasm and vigour.

Thank you Dr.Batmanghelidj for your courage and persistence in disseminating your message worldwide that dehydration is indeed the primary foundational cause, as well as re hydration a foundational remedy, for many health problems of the human body.

Sincerely,
Dr. Oleg Yasko

Note: I met Dr. Yasko at a conference in Arizona. I did not know he had suffered two massive heart attacks until he told me his story. When I met him, he was active, vibrant, and full of joyful enthusiasm for his newly discovered natural remedy for many of our prevalent health problems. Indeed, he was so enthusiastic that he had initiated the conference -- hence my invitation to speak.

The way I see it, the future of medicine in advanced societies will become transformed when healers like Dr.Yasko take over from the allopathic doctors who are mostly brainwashed by their system of university education and seem to be mentally programmed to serve the drug industry without hesitation. They just blurt out "double blind" and continue to dispense drugs that are known to be very toxic, to the point of making millions of people sicker -- and even killing more than a hundred thousand trusting people every year.

Angina:

I am 90 years old and I have angina. I do not get chest pains or cramps, but at the base of my throat I get an ache ---- a very painful tension and my pulse bets like a run-away horse.

But after reading your book Your Body's Many Cries for Water, I started drinking water. When I get an attack of angina, i rest and drink water. Would you believe it? I don't need the medication anymore. I am so glad, because the medication burned my mouth and gave me oral ulcers. Now I carry a small bottle of water with me at all times in addition to drinking it at home. Thanks a million!
Sincerely,
L.J.

Water-Cure real people, Not Anecdotal

WATER CURES : DRUGS KILL
This post is dedicated to people's reports on how adjusting/increasing their daily water intake and sticking to the routine I have identified in water-cure protocol formula (given in http://theinnozablog.blogspot.com )and literature material sourced from www.watercure.com has reversed their serious health problems.

In medical research, when studying chemical compounds and drugs, the custom has been to do double-blind studies to investigate the effectiveness of the compound. Such studies are only useful for comparative evaluation of foreign-to-the body substances that might even kill the person when used in larger doses.

In studying the effects of lifestyle changes and dietary manipulations, the methodology used is called "outcome studies" when the patient participates in the research by observing the markers of changes and reporting the outcome.
The real life stories you will read fall into this category of research.

When I discovered that water is a better natural medication for a host of disease conditions than anything the drug industry has to offer, I wrote the book Your Body's Many Cries for Water for the public. Because the relevant authorities (which I had approached) don't want to disseminate this simple discovery to the public. I just left them to their own agendas and carry on this personal crusade to make known this discovery of water-cure many diseases, for free.

I asked my readers to report their personal observations on the way increased water intake improved or reversed their health problems. The letters that follow are some of the many reports I have received. They are not " anecdotal reports." They are objective observations of people whose health problems had taken them to their doctors and were dragged through the sick-care system's maze of very expensive and conflicting treatment rituals and procedures.

These real life stories are all the more genuine and valid because no exchange of money was involved and no manufactured product stood to gain from the treatment process. Just drink plain water.

Anyone has to be blind or party to the present drug industry's crime against society to brush aside these personal observations of individuals who noticed the reversal of the dis-ease process in themselves, or to dismiss their reports as merely 'anecdotal."

Breast Cancer?What?

Cancer cells were once healthy cells which were subjected to acidosis environment over a long time and those cells had to mutate in order to survive. Acidosis is due to off-balanced diet, which is eating more cooked food than fresh-raw-food.
For women, breast and womb are the two common area to deposit excessive toxic-waste which the body cannot remove/excrete beyond it's daily quota, while for the men ,is the prostate.

What is breast cancer

Breast cancer often presents itself as a hard, painless lump in one breast. Although breast cancer is rare under the age of thirty and very uncommon before the age of forty, the disease must at least be considered in any woman with a persistent breast lump.

If I detect a lump in my breast, could it be cancer

Breast lumps are among the most common complaints of women who visit gynaecologists. Whenever women feel their breasts, they are paranoid that they will discover a lump. It is probably because of this fear they feel they have detected a lump in their breasts every time they feel them. That can only mean one thing - the dreaded C word - cancer.

Three conditions must be distinguished in women with breast lumps: fibrocystic disease, fibroadenoma, and breast cancer.

a) Fibrocystic Disease:
Women with fibrocystic disease may feel many tiny cysts when they examine their breasts, and a consistency of lumpiness or doughiness.

b) Fibroadenoma:
Fibroadenomas are solitary, firm, mobile, benign tumors commonly found in young women in their twenties.

c) Breast cancer:
Breast cancer often presents itself as a hard, painless lump in one breast.

Is breast cancer common

Studies have shown the frequency of breast cancer in women is on the rise, partly due to the increased awareness of the disease and its diagnosis. It has also been seen that one in every eight women (or 12% of the women) will develop breast cancer.

What are the risk factors associated with breast cancer

Highest risk factors

History of breast cancer in a close relative (mother or sister).Compare the diet.

History of breast biopsy showing atypical cell growth

Other Risk Factors

First pregnancy after age 30, or no children
History of breast cancer in a distant relative (maternal aunt or grandmother)
Menstrual periods before age 12
History of fibrocystic breast disease
Obesity or a high-fat diet
Menopause after age 50

Should I be worried about breast cancer

Breast cancer has accounted for over 17% of deaths in women. Depending on its severity, there are five stages of breast cancer.

In stage I, where the lump cannot be felt but can be diagnosed by a mammogram, the 5-year survival rate is 95%.

In stage II, where the malignant lump has not spread to the lymph nodes under the arm but has remained localized to one breast and is smaller than 2 cm, the 5-year survival rate is 85%.

In stage III, where the growth of the lumps is 2-5 cm and the lumps have not spread to the lymph nodes, the 5-year survival rate is 66%.

In stage IV, where the growth of the lumps is over 5 cm or the lumps have grown into the skin, the distant lymph nodes or into the chest wall, the 5-year survival rate is 41%.

In stage V, where the malignancy has spread to other parts of the body, the 5-year survival rate is 10% Persons at risk for breast cancer.
