行动之前先祷告。
面对绝境，要像约沙法一样祷告。

Have you ever faced something that felt too big for you?
A problem too complex… a fear too strong… a situation too hopeless?
In this moment, we journey through the powerful story of King Jehoshaphat—when an entire nation stood on the edge of destruction, and yet, chose to fall to their knees instead of fight with their fists.
This is a reminder for anyone who feels overwhelmed today:
✅ You don’t have to have it all figured out
✅ You don’t have to fight every battle alone
✅ God still hears, still answers, and still fights for His people
Sometimes the most powerful move isn’t to push harder—but to surrender deeper.
Not by might. Not by strategy. But by prayer and fasting. By putting our eyes back on the One who never loses a battle.
Let’s pray together—asking God to fill us with bold trust, to cover our homes in peace, and to fight for us in ways we cannot fight for ourselves.

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for being my refuge and my rescue. When the weight of life presses in and my heart feels overwhelmed, you are the one I can run to. You never turn me away. You never say I am too much or too broken. You always welcome me with open arms.
In Psalms 5, verses 11 and 12, you remind me. "Let all who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them sing for joy. Spread your protection over them that those who love your name may exalt in you .
For you bless the righteous, oh Lord.
But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. Surely, LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.
And so I ask today, Lord, wrap me in your protection.
Let your protection be a mighty shield that surrounds my home, my mind, my family and my future.
Let your favour go before me and stand behind me.
May I walk with the quiet confidence of one who knows they are held by God .
When I'm afraid, remind me where to run .
Teach me to seek You first, not last.
Help me to resist the temptation to fix things on my own or chase after temporary answers.
The world offers many distractions and quick fixes, but none of them can quiet my soul like You do.
In Your presence , there is fullness of joy.
Lord, if the enemies dare to gather against me, if spiritual forces rise up to steal my peace , divide my home, distract my mind, or destroy what You are building , let me not tremble.
Remind me who You are. Remind me of Psalm 110, verse 1, where You declare, "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool."
The enemy never has the last word
You do, Lord.
You are the One who reigns above every enemy.
You are the One who flights my battles for me, for Your name sake.
And still , Lord, I ask for strength that flows from abiding in You.
Give me the strength to stand in faith, when everything around me calls for fear.
You give the courage to pray and fast, when the battle runs deeper than what I can see.
There are some battles in life that cannot be fought in the flesh. 人生中有些战斗无法用肉体去打。
There are struggles, addictions, fear and strongholds that do not break with noise, but can be broken with silence, with surrender, with humility before You.
You teach me the discipline of spiritual warfare to draw near to You with undivided heart.
Lord, help me understand the sacred power of fasting.
You help me not to treat fasting like a religious ritual but as a holy offering to You. A way to say, "God, I need You more than I need anything else."
Let me fast not just with my mouth , but You let me do fasting before You with my heart.
You let me use these moments of fasting to feed my spirit with Your Word, to drink deeply from the well that never runs dry. "
As Matthew 4, verse 4, says, " Man shall not live by (physical) bread alone, but (live) by every word that proceed from the mouth of God."
Your Word us my sustenance.
Your Word nourishes me.
Your Word brings clarity when my confusion clouds my mind.
Your Word speaks truth when the enemy whispers lies.
Father, let Your Word be the food I hunger for.
Let Your Word be the voice I follow.
Today, Lord, I boldly declare what You have already spoken .
"No weapon formed against me shall prosper."
That is a promise. I take my stand on Your Word.
Even when I walk through dark valleys , even when I feel surrounded on every side, I will not be afraid, because You Jesus Christ , are with me.
You never leave me. You never sleep.
You are the good Shepherd, and You prepare a banquet table before me in the presence of my enemies . And that table is not a place of fear , but it is a place of fellowship divine , of peace, or provisions.
Lord Jesus Christ, your word is a lamp 🪔 to my feet, and a light to my path.
Your Word never changes. It never returns to You void. It speaks into every situation. Past, present, and future.
And it always leads me home to You.
Even when people fail me, even when circumstances collapse, even when all seems lost, Your Promises Remain Forever, Steadfast, Unshakeable,True.
"The message of the cross (of Jesus Christ) is foolishness to those who are perishing. But to us who are being saved, it is the power of God. "
And Lord, I cling to that power , today.
I cling to the cross of Jesus Christ as the very foundation of my hope.
It was at the cross of Jesus, that my battles were won.
It was at the cross of Jesus Christ that shame lost its power over me.
It was at the cross of Jesus Christ that lve spoke louder than fear.
Lord Jesus Christ, Your Blood is my Covering.
Your grace is my song. Your love is my strength. And your name, oh, Jesus, you name is my banner in every battle.
You let your Word stay alive within me.
Let your Word burn like fire within my bones.
When fear whispers, let your truth roar.
When the world shouts lies , let your Spirit whisper wisdom.
When I don't know what to do next, may my very first step always be towards You.
I bless You today, Lord.
I glorify your name .
You are faithful.
You are sovereign.
You are strong.
And best of all, you are near me.
Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ, for your covering, for your presence, and for your peace.
In your mighty and victorious name, Jesus, I pray and received.

提醒我你是谁。提醒我诗篇110篇1节，你在那里宣告：“你坐在我的右边，等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳。”
仇敌永远无法得胜。
主啊，你才是最终的赢家。
你是胜过一切仇敌的那一位。
你为我的名，为我争战。
主啊，我仍然祈求那从住在你里面而来的力量。
当周围的一切都令人恐惧时，求你赐给我力量，使我能凭信心站立。
你赐予我力量。 当争战比我所能看到的更深时，我拥有祷告和禁食的勇气。
人生中有些争战无法用肉体去打。
有些挣扎、成瘾、恐惧和坚固的营垒，不会因喧嚣而破灭，唯有默默无声、全然降服、谦卑地来到你面前才能打破。
你教导我属灵争战的操练，使我全心全意地亲近你。
主啊，求你帮助我明白禁食的神圣力量。
求你帮助我不要把禁食当作宗教仪式，而是当作献给你的圣洁祭品。这是一种表达“神啊，我比任何事物都更需要你”的方式。
愿我不仅用口禁食，更要用心在你面前禁食。
愿我利用这些禁食的时刻，用你的话语滋养我的灵，畅饮那永不干涸的泉源。
正如马太福音4章4节所说：“人不可……” “人活着，不单靠食物，乃靠神口里所出的一切话。”
你的话语是我的食粮。
你的话语滋养我。
当我的困惑蒙蔽了我的心智时，你的话语带来清晰的指引。
当仇敌低语谎言时，你的话语宣告真理。
父啊，愿你的话语成为我渴慕的灵粮。
愿你的话语成为我跟随的指引。
主啊，今天我大胆宣告你已应许的话语。
“凡为攻击我而造的武器都必不奏效。”
这是你的应许。我信靠你的话语。
即使我走过黑暗的幽谷，即使我感到四面楚歌，我也不害怕，因为你，耶稣基督，与我同在。
你永不离弃我。你永不沉睡。
你是好牧人，在我敌人面前，你为我摆设筵席。那筵席不是恐惧之地，而是神圣团契、平安和供应之地。
主耶稣基督，你的话语是我脚前的灯，是我路上的光。
你的话语永不改变，永不徒然返回。它适用于过去、现在和未来的每一种境况。
它总是引领我回到你身边。
即使人背弃我，即使环境崩溃，即使一切看似失去，你的应许也永远长存，坚定不移，真实可靠。
“十字架的道理，在那灭亡的人为愚拙；在我们得救的人，却为神的大能。”
主啊，今天，我紧紧抓住这大能。
我紧紧抓住耶稣基督的十字架，它是我盼望的根基。
在耶稣的十字架前，我得胜了。
在耶稣基督的十字架前，羞耻失去了对我的权势。
在耶稣基督的十字架前，爱胜过了恐惧。
主耶稣基督，你的宝血遮盖了我。
你的恩典是我的歌，你的爱是我的力量。你的名，哦，耶稣，你的名是我在每一场战斗中的旗帜。
你让你的话语在我里面活起来。
愿你的话语如火在我骨中燃烧。
当恐惧低语时，愿你的真理发出怒吼。
当世界喧嚣谎言时，愿你的灵轻声赐予智慧。
当我不知所措时，愿我迈出的第一步永远是走向你。
主啊，我今天赞美你。
我荣耀你的名。
你是信实的。
你是至高主宰。
你是大能的。
最重要的是，你与我同在。
主耶稣基督，感谢你的遮盖、你的同在和你的平安。
奉你大能得胜的名，耶稣，我祷告并领受。
