Does water therapy alone cleanse acne and pimples?

Hi Rebecca, I’m not sure, but I would think so. Water in the morning helps me to get a clear skin for sure. :)

Do we need little intake of salt before drinking water

You can add salt in your water, but that is a different therapy. In this therapy just water is advised. However, I drink lemon water in the morning and switch later on to normal water.

Hi,
I’m a racing cyclist and it’s important for me to hydrate, so waiting for hours after breakfast before taking in more fluids seems counter intuitive. Can you explain a way there may be around this?
Steve

Hi Stephen,
You could drink more fluids to get started or wake up earlier to drink the fluids so you can have breakfast and go out to cycle.
Hope this helps! :)

Hello!
Firstly, thanks for your articles. I just found this site and I’m already loving it haha
Quick question, could this method be done with lemon water instead of normal water or what would you suggest to mix these two morning routines?

Hi Joseph,
Thank you! This water therapy is with water alone. You can do this for a period and then switch to the normal lemon water in the morning again.
Hope this helps!

I am 62 and started the Japanese water treatment today, 8/20/16. At 60 yrs of age I began to noticed significant aches, general fatigue(naps may become my norm) and mood flux. I am a former punter with the NFL that didn’t suffer many injuries but enough to spend years trying it all.
Now I’ve stopped alcohol, accepting what I cannot change and reading good material like yours is the right pattern. (Stopping alcohol changed my moods and sleep patterns for the better.) I will report back after 30 days my findings on the Japanese water treatment. Stand by.

Is this can help to lose weight? And is this okay for a breastfeeding mum?

Hi Beth,
Yes, it can but it depends on many more different factors. Loosing weight comes down to what you don’t eat, how active you are and if your hormones are balanced for example. Since you’re breastfeeding I would not recommend a diet or anything to lose weight quickly (a lot) since breast feeding on its own takes a lot from the mother. But I don’t know anything about how you eat and live so please consider this as a general advice. You can always email me if you need more help.
Warm regards,
Bianca

Hi Daniel,
That’s good to hear.
I would recommend to stick to the recommended amount of liters per day for this therapy.
How much water you can drink per day depends on how much you weight, and how active you are. Normally around 1900 ml per day.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Bianca

I’ve been following this procedure- the Japanese Water Therapy since 2011. It does good to my health, I proved it to myself thus I recommend it to all my friends specially those who are suffering from dysmenorrhea and gastric problem. The mentioned complaint were my problems before. Amazingly, I didn’t suffer from it anymore. I used to brought always with me at work Aluminum hydroxide and the likes for my gastritis. Thanks to my old work mate’s fb friend who shared Japanese Water Therapy so then I followed it. This therapy is really true. Thanks for sharing them Bianca!!
Have a healthy life guys!! It’s a matter of commitment to yourself.. Good luck!!

Hi Florence,
To be honest, I’m not sure and I think the amounts of water should be very much reduced for their weight/length.

Ten Remedies for Rehydrating the Body.

Overview : The best means of hydrating the average adult body is to drink one half gallon (2 liters) or more of plain water a day. This simple hygienic measure is the aim of the first #1 remedy.

The nine other ( #2 to #9 ) proposed remedies are more therapeutic in nature.

The purpose of the two (#2 and #3) re-hydration remedies is very rapid hydration of the body. They are specifically indicated for people who have a long standing habit of not drinking enough water for their own body weight.

The pure water remedy (#4) also hydrates the body, but its primary purpose is detoxification. It combines different natural methods for effectively eliminating toxins.

The exclusive purpose of the two ( #5 and #6 ) dry-wet remedies is detoxification. They do not specifically hydrate the body, but they are quite useful, and they are relevant with regard to the physiological mechanisms connected with thirst .

These are followed by two ( #7 and #8 ) remedies that combine hydration with remineralization. In the first (#7 remedy) , the judicious choice of water brings into the body the mineral or minerals it is missing and therefore addresses its deficiencies. The second (#8 remedy) , with the help of alkaline waters (rich in alkaline minerals), contributes to the deacidification of the body, to restore the proper acid-alkaline balance. “Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.”

The last two ( #9 and #10 )remedies concern hydration with respect to two specific fields ; sport (#9) and beauty care (#10).

These ten different (#1 to #10) remedies are within the ability of everyone to follow. Their purpose, their mode of action, and the specifics of their practice are explained so that every reader can understand how they work and how to follow them successfully.
The indications are always general and broad, however.  Consequently, visitor-readers should use their good sense in applying and adapting them remedies to their own specific situations and the possibilities of the moment.
Some remedies may not be advisable for people with certain health conditions. It is best to consult a qualified health  care professional before beginning. See the individual remedies for specific contraindications.

#1 REMEDY :  HYDRATION REMEDY.

The objective of this #1 remedy is to provide the body with the water it needs on a daily basis so that its tissues are always properly hydrated.  It is not really a remedy in the true sense of the term, but a measure of standard hygiene to be followed on a permanent basis.

Method.
Normal hydration of the body requires that an average adult drink around a half-gallon (2 liters) of water in divided doses over the course of the day or waking hours.

How It Works.
With regular ingestion of a sufficient amount of water throughout the day/ waking hours , the liquid surrendered by the blood to produce the digestive juices, sweat, urine, and so on is always replaced immediately , and the extracellular fluid is not required to cede (give up) its water to the bloodstream. If it must do so occasionally (when one does not drink enough water), however, its proper volume is quickly and easily restored.

As the two higher body levels ( blood and extracellular fluid) are always well supplied with water , the cells are only rarely called on to give up their fluids. They will never be dehydrated but will always be filled and surrounded by a good supply of water, which is a requirement of good health.

Water Used.
Mineral water, spring water , or tap water (leave tap water in a water pitcher overnight to let the chlorine to escape).

Dosage.
To reach the desired amount of at least one half-gallon (2 liters) of water a day, the number of times you drink depends on the volume ingested each time you drink. The number of drinks is obviously higher if you drink only a little at a time.
To space out the times you drink water during the day, follow or adapt yourself the sample schedule below that shows the most common times when drinks are consumed. It lists nine dosage times, meaning that the amount drunk each time should be a little more than 7 ounces (210 ml or 2.1 deciliters) , a quantity most average adults would have no trouble drinking in one sitting.

TIMETABLE
At waking ( 6 AM )

At breakfast ( 7 AM )

At the start of the work day ( 9 AM )

At the end of the morning ( 11 AM )

At lunch (noon)

Mid afternoon ( 3 PM )

End of the work day ( 5 PM )

At the evening meal ( 7 PM )

Night ( 9 PM )

Duration.
As this is a method of hygiene and not a therapy, this "remedy " can be followed on a long-term basis.
