The Blessing Of God's Dewdrops.
Shén lùzhū de zhùfú.
The prior evening the leaves on the tender plants were drooping from intense heat and lack of rain. But in the morning the plants were straight and fresh, and each leaf was adorned with sparkling drops of dew. During the night, the cooling air caused moisture to condense into dewdrops, refreshing the wilted vegetation.
Qián yītiān wǎnshàng, yòumiáo shàng de yèzi yīn kùshǔ hé quē yǔ ér xiàchuí. Dàn dàole zǎochén, zhíwù yòu zhí yòu xīnxiān, měi yīpiàn yèzi shàng dū guàzhe jīngyíng tītòu de lùzhū. Yèjiān, liángshuǎng de kōngqì shǐ shuǐfèn níngjié chéng lùzhū, shǐ kūwěi de zhíbèi huànrányīxīn.
Genesis 2:5-6: Now no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth, nor had any plant of the field sprouted; for the LORD God had not yet sent rain upon the earth, and there was no man to cultivate the ground. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
Chuàng shì jì 2:5-6 Nà shí, tiánjiān de cǎomù hái méiyǒu chūxiàn zài dìshàng, tiánjiān de càishū yě méiyǒu fāyá; yīnwèi yēhéhuá shén hái méiyǒu jiàngyǔ zài dìshàng, yě méiyǒu rén gēngdì. Dàn yǒuyī céng bó wù cóng dì shàngshēng qǐ, zīrùnle zhěnggè dìmiàn.
This is a picture of what the Lord would do for His people. God said, “I will be like the dew to Israel” (Hosea 14:5).
Zhè shì zhǔ huì wèi tā zi mín suǒ zuò de yī fú túhuà. Shén shuō:“Wǒ yào xiàng gānlù gěi yǐsèliè rén”(hé xī ā shū 14:5).
When our spirits droop, when we are burdened by a load of cares, or when we are carrying the guilt of sin, the Lord offers His mercy and grace to be like refreshing dew to our souls.
Dāng wǒmen de jīngshén wěimí bùzhèn shí, dāng wǒmen bèi gè zhǒng guàlǜ suǒ tuōlèi, huò dāng wǒmen bèifù zuìniè shí, zhǔ jiù huì cì xià tā de liánmǐn hé ēndiǎn, xiàng qīngxīn de lùshuǐ yīyàng zīrùn wǒmen de línghún.
Just as the dew appears in the quiet of the night to moisten the plants, so too the refreshing dew of God’s forgiveness, comfort, and strength comes in the quiet times of prayer and meditation on His Word:
Luke 18:1 , The Parable of the Persistent Widow:
And he (Jesus) told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.
Ephesians 6:17-18,
and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
(Psalm 1:1-2: Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in the law of the Lord,
and on his law he meditates day and night.)
2 Timothy 2:15, Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.
Zhèngrú lùshuǐ zài yèwǎn de jìjìng zhòng chūxiàn zīrùn zhíwù yīyàng, shàngdì kuānshù, ānwèi hé lìliàng de qīngxīn lùshuǐ yě huì chūxiàn zài ānjìng de qídǎo hé mò xiǎng tā de huàyǔ zhòng:
Lù jiā fúyīn 18:1, Shǒuguǎ guǎfù de bǐyù:
Tā (yēsū) gěi tāmen jiǎngle yīgè bǐyù, dàyì shì tāmen yīnggāi jīngcháng qídǎo, bùyào huīxīn.
Yǐ fú suǒ shū 6:17-18,
Bìng dài shàng jiù ēn de tóukuī hé shènglíng de bǎojiàn, shènglíng jiùshì shén de dào, zài shènglíng lǐ shí shíkè kè qídǎo, duōfāng kěnqiú. Wèi cǐ, yào yǐ yīqiè héngxīn jǐngxǐng, wèi zhòng shèng tú qíqiú,
也不坐亵慢人的座位;
(shīpiān 1:1-2: Rén yǒufúle
shéi bù cóng èrén de jìmóu,
yě bù fáng'ài zuìrén,
yě bù zuòxiè màn rén de zuòwèi;
wéi xǐ'ài yēhéhuá de lǜ fǎ,
tā rìyè mò xiǎng tā de lǜ fǎ.)
2 Tí mó tài qián shū 2:15, Jǐn nǐ zuìdà de nǔlì zài shàngdì miànqián zhǎnshì zìjǐ zuòwéi yīgè bèi rènkě de rén, yīgè bù xūyào gǎndào xiūchǐ de gōngrén, zhèngquè de chǔlǐ zhēnlǐ de huàyǔ.
Our spirits desperately need the daily refreshment of God’s dewdrops ( Hosea 14:5-9,
I will be like the dew to Israel;
he shall blossom like the lily;
he shall take root like the trees of Lebanon;
his shoots shall spread out;
his beauty shall be like the olive,
and his fragrance like Lebanon.
They shall return and dwell beneath my shadow;
they shall flourish like the grain;
they shall blossom like the vine;
their fame shall be like the wine of Lebanon.
O Ephraim, what have I to do with idols?
It is I who answer and look after you.
I am like an evergreen cypress;
from me comes your fruit.
Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;
whoever is discerning, let him know them;
for the ways of the Lord are right,
and the upright walk in them,
but transgressors stumble in them.)
我要像以色列的甘露;
他会像百合花一样绽放;
他必像黎巴嫩的树一样扎根;
他的枝条要展开;
他们将返回并居住在我的阴影之下;
他们必像五谷一样茂盛;
他们要像葡萄树一样开花;
我如常青的柏树;
谁有智慧,就让他明白这些事;
谁有明辨,就让他知道;
