REVISED EDITION - Cure Diabetes

About the Book:
THERE IS A CURE FOR DIABETES.

Diabetes has become a seemingly unstoppable national epidemic, affecting more than twenty million Americans. Conventional wisdom calls it incurable, but renowned Dr.
Gabriel Cousens counters that claim with this breakthrough book. There Is a Cure for Diabetes lays out a three-week plan for reversing the negative genetic expression of
diabetes to a physiology of health and well-being. Dr. Cousens’s method, widely tested at his famous Tree of Life centers, is to reset the DNA through green juice fasting and a 100% organic, nutrient-dense, vegan, low-glycemic, low-insulin-scoring, and high mineral diet of living foods in the first twenty-one days.

Both practical and inspirational, the book explains how to abandon the widespread “culture of death”–symbolized by addictive junk food–that fosters diabetes in favor of a more natural, nurturing approach. The program renders insulin and related medicines unnecessary within four days as the blood sugar drops to normal levels; and the diabetic shifts into a non-diabetic physiology within two weeks. The third week focuses on live-food preparation, featuring 100 delicious raw recipes. Dr. Cousens emphasizes regular consultations, monitoring blood chemistries, and emotional support, and includes a one year support program to help maintain a diabetes-free life!

The Healing Synergy in Summary

In summary, a review of the results for reversing diabetes in 120 clients is that in NIDDM Type-2 diabetics, there’s a 61 percent cure rate in three weeks, which means 100 percent of people were off all medication and 61 percent had a blood sugar less than 100.

For IDDM Type-2s, 86 percent were off all medication and 24 percent were off all diabetic medications and had a blood sugar of less than 100 in three weeks. In total, 97 percent of all Type-2s were off all diabetic medication in three weeks. Ten percent of IDDM Type-1 diabetics and 31.4 percent of NIDDM Type-1 diabetics were medication free in three weeks. Sixty-nine percent of NIDDM Type-1 diabetics were able to reduce their medication intake by an average of 70 percent. After the three-week cycle, the percentages of those cured increased for all types of diabetic conditions, the longer patients stayed on the diet. As I’ve attempted to explain, there is a multifaceted, holistic synergy of reasons for these extraordinary results in the 120 people. This basic healing synergy (in order of probable importance) is as follow:

1. The avoidance of all carbohydrates except leafy greens, non-starchy and fibrous vegetables, sprouts, and sea vegetables in the diet. This included the avoidance of all grains, all sorts of sugars, white sugar, white flour, sweets, and sweeteners (except for stevia and birch-tree, natural xylitol). This is a 35–45 percent carbohydrate, slightly ketogenic diet. This moderate-low carbohydrate diet either significantly decreased
and/or seemed to heal both insulin resistance and leptin resistance, which are the two
driving hormonal imbalances in diabetes, and also helped to ameliorate or heal the metabolic syndrome of prediabetic state.

2. The power of a 100 percent live-food, plant-source-only, organic diet in the healing of diabetes

3. An anti-inflammatory live-food diet in decreasing the metabolic para-inflammatory condition. The use of live food decreased the para-inflammation by as much as fivefold in three to four weeks. The use of Culture of Life Intenzyme, which is a high potency proteolytic enzyme to decrease inflammation, peri-ductal scaring, and beta cell scaring and destruction, also aided in healing.

4. Significant weight loss, on the 35–45 percent carbohydrate diet, of an average of slightly more than 18 pounds in 21 days, with some losing up to 25 pounds in 1 week
and 46 pounds in 3 weeks. In JAMA (2007), Stanford research produced the A–Z
weight-loss diet. They showed that a high-fat, moderate-low-carbohydrate diet was superior to the Dean Ornish low-fat diet. These Stanford researchers made a very interesting statement: “Many concerns have been expressed that low-carbohydrate weight loss diet, high in total saturated fats, will adversely affect blood levels and cardiovascular risk. These concerns have not been unsubstantiated in previous weight loss studies.” This is exactly what I found in my study with 120 people. In fact, as I point out in my study, I saw a 24 percent drop in total cholesterol and also a drop in
LDLs by 54 percent. This JAMA 2007 research makes me feel very comfortable that the diet that I’m suggesting to reverse and/or cure Type-2 diabetes also raises HDLs, lowers triglycerides, lowers LDLs, improves circulation, and helps the LDLs in Type-1 diabetes become larger and more fluffy, therefore actually lowering the risk of heart attack and decreasing the risk of developing metabolic syndrome, which is prediabetic syndrome.

5. A plant-source-only diet, as described in Genesis 1:29, itself had an important effect, as highlighted by the 12-study meta-analysis of 1,259,000 people that showed a 35–50 percent smaller risk for vegetarians versus omnivores for developing diabetics.

6. The use of all organic food, which minimizes negative effects of pesticides and herbicides and heavy metals on insulin resistance and pancreas function

7. Moderate exercise

8. In a sense, it’s a sleeper! People need to get adequate sleep. People who had nights without enough sleep, or minimal sleep, had blood sugars go up, even in one night.

There’s correlation between lack of sleep and increased FBS. I noticed it in myself as well. My FBS is usually in the low 80s and increased after several nights of limited hours sleeping by as much as 10 points.

9. The healing effects of meditation

10. Individualizing the diet type and phase type for optimal healing effects and long-term 90-percent compliance. In Phase 1.0, I recommend using approximately 25–45 percent calories from fat, approximately 35–45 percent from carbohydrates, and 10 --
25 percent protein in a live-food, plant-source-only diet (dependent upon individual constitution) for three months of confirmed healing. I then recommend Phase 1.5, an 80–100 percent live-food, plant-source-only maintenance diet with 40–50 percent carbohydrates, including some grains, beans, and low-glycemic fruit but no junk or processed foods, white flour, white sugar, or trans fats.
11. The overall holistic effect of a 25–45-percent fat-intake diet, including a drop in total cholesterol to a safe, cardio-protective, mentally protective level of 159, and a cardio-protective triglyceride count of 82. The use of all fats except for trans fats creates an excellent macronutrient balance for minimizing carbohydrate intake and finding the
best protein intake for repairing and rebuilding the tissues and enzyme replacement. The global long-term risks associated with a low-fat diet far outweigh any theorized and unsubstantiated scientifically potential benefits of a low-fat diet.

12. Loving yourself enough to want to heal yourself and the use of a psycho-spiritual approach to activate this.

As I look at the overall clinical picture in the last 120 patients, my final thoughts are that the Dr. Cousens’s Diabetes Recovery Program—A Holistic Approach has become a way of life in which people feel healthier and happier on every level of their lives. The Dr. Cousens Diabetes Recovery Program—A Holistic Approach gives the most efficacious results ever recorded in the literature at this time. It is my intention to
apply this program to at least two hundred Type-2 diabetics while using much more rigorous monitoring in a full scientific research paradigm. After this, I am considering doing a study with Type-1 diabetics.

The data collected from 120 participants (in this second edition) are certainly more significant than the data collected from 11 participants (in the first edition). I feel that there is enough data and that the issue is important enough, given the pandemic nature of diabetes, to release my results at this time. I do so with an awareness that much more research is needed to validate this theory and the results.

The big question is the human question: Can people sustain themselves in the Culture of Life with a high degree of success? With highly motivated people there is a high success rate, but as this is applied to a pandemic level in many cultures and economic realities, I am looking very closely at support programs that will be desirable and thus successful for all circumstances. This will require a lot of creativity to apply this logical, common-sense breakthrough to national cultures worldwide, as I am now doing in Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Peru, Argentina, and Mexico; with migrant farm workers in the United States; with some Native Americans; and in Israel, to a limited extent. It is one thing to develop a successful health program in a volunteer clinical setting like the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center but something else to create a program that is feasible for all on a national basis.

The Culture of Death and corresponding diet causes diabetes and leads people to a place where they feel at a point of no return once CDDS manifests as Type-2 diabetes
and the negative epigenetic and genetic programs have been activated. The sensible and important awareness is that there is always the potential of a return. Paracelsus said, “No physician can ever say that any disease is incurable. To say so blasphemes God, blasphemes Nature, and depreciates the great architect of Creation. The disease does not exist, regardless of how terrible it may be, for which God has not provided the corresponding cure.”

In this context, the current so-called normal standard American diet is immoderate and detrimental, as it directly contributes to the manifestation of diabetes. Previous “moderate” diets have been shown to ameliorate and control diabetes to a limited degree. The dramatic changes that result from my program do not come as the results of practicing the conventional moderation approach of the Culture of Death, which in essence is a way of making denial seem reasonable in this case. To make this kind of significant change requires a lifestyle and diet that is dramatically and excitingly different, resulting in powerful results in a short period of time. This requires leading a life of love, purpose, meaning, and self-value, and choosing a diet and lifestyle that reflect these values. This is the diet and lifestyle being taught in my program.

The essential question that is asked of participants is, Do you love yourself enough to want to heal; and potentially add 10 to 19 healthy years to your life? The results revealed in this book, for those who have answered this question in the affirmative, show that the conventional paradigm for diabetes—as labeled by the ADA
and most medical schools as incurable—is a self-defeating myth. In all fairness, the conventional paradigm also teaches that proper diet and exercise help slow the progression of this “incurable” disease, but those adhering to the conventional paradigm do not offer the proper diet and intensity to do the job. I have activated a new paradigm that previous research has pointed toward by taking the next logical step, going deeper into the underlying causes by seeing diabetes as a symptom of the Culture of Death.

By the Culture of Death, I am talking about a culture founded on predatory competition in which people are economic commodities. The focus is on wealth for the few versus health for the many. It is a culture of separateness, domination, and resulting exploitation. In this culture, people have lost their soul connection and life purpose. This is connected to the approximate 80 percent obesity rate in diabetics, for as previously stated, there is never enough food for a hungry soul. The Culture of Death spawns a food environment characterized by the heavy marketing of excitotoxin-rich processed junk foods that are high in white sugar, white flour with alloxan, and refined carbohydrates, and the heavy use of cooked animal fats and hydrogenated trans fats, agrochemical-laden foods, and heavy-metal toxicity. These characteristics combine to result in a negative synergy that has precipitated Type-2 diabetes at pandemic levels, compared with its relative rarity before 1940. This is not an accident—the Culture of Death diet is an active and thoughtless Crime Against Wisdom.

The Culture of Life manifests as cooperation, health, harmony, and compassion, combined with production of healthy, natural, organic foods that preserve soil and minimize the pollution of both people and planet. The Culture of Life helps us reconnect to our heart and soul in a way that brings the presence of light, love, and the divine back into the core of our human experience. Instead of a “moderate” diet, the Culture of Life cuisine is a common-sense diet of low-glycemic, moderate-low high-quality carbohydrate, low-insulin-index foods that are organic, high in minerals, hydrating, and live, with no animal, hydrogenated, or trans fats, 25–45 percent high EFA plant-based fats, high fiber, 10–25 percent plant-source protein, and thoughtful food intake.
The healing of diabetes at the pandemic level requires the healing of the ecology of the planet and the consciousness of the people. To heal oneself requires the ability to love oneself enough to have the intention to reconnect with the Culture of Life, which is our birthright. In that way, one performs an act of love for oneself as an individual person and as part of the living planet. This results in the healing of the planet and all species. The healing of diabetes in this context is an act of love, compassion, and consciousness.

MARRIAGE

Unless marriage is built upon the rock of oneness it cannot stand; “Two souls with but a single thought, two hearts that beat as one.”

The poet understood this, for unless man and wife are living the same thoughts (or living in the same thought world), they must inevitably drift apart.

Thought is a tremendous vibratory force and man is drawn to his thought creations.

For example: A man and woman married and were apparently happy. The man became successful and his tastes improved, but the wife still lived in a limited consciousness.

Whenever the man bought anything he went to the best shops and selected what he needed regardless of price.

Whenever the wife went out she haunted the Five and Ten Cent Stores.

He was living (in thought), on Fifth Avenue and her thought world was on Third Avenue.

Eventually the break and separation came.

We see this so often in the cases of rich and successful men who desert their faithful, hardworking wives later in life.

The wife must keep pace with her husband’s taste and ambitions and live in his thought world, for where a man thinketh in his heart there is he.

There is for each person his “other half’ or divine selection.

These two are one in their thought worlds. These are the two “whom God has joined together and no man shall (or can) part asunder.” “The twain shall be made one,” for in the superconscious mind of each is the same Divine Plan.

AFFIRMATION

I give thanks that the marriage made in heaven is now made manifest upon earth.

“The twain shall be made one” now and for all eternity.

Super Power of Spirit Spoken Word

FOREWORD

Soong See Choo teaches Healthy Wealth in Internet for many years. His blogs are well read and in that way he is the means of bringing the message to a considerable number of people.

His blogs have had a wide circulation not only in one nation but worldwide. They seem to have a knack of finding their way to remote and unexpected places in Russia and other parts of the world. Now and again we meet someone who came into Truth through finding a SoongWorld's blog-post in the most improbable location.

One secret of his success is that he is always himself . . . colloquial, informal, friendly, and humorous. He never sought to be literary, conventional, or impressive. For this reason he appealed to thousands who would not have taken the spiritual message through the more conservative and dignified forms, or have been willing to read . . . at least in the beginning . . . the standard metaphysical sources.

He himself is very spiritual, although this was usually hidden behind a matter of fact and carefree treatment of his subject. The technical or academic approach was not for him. He shares understandings by familiar, practical, and everyday examples.

He leaves a collection of notes and memoranda which have been made into the present blog-post. May it have a wide circulation.

WEAPONS YE KNOW NOT OF

"I have weapons ye know not of!; I have ways ye know not of! I have channels ye know not of! Mysterious weapons, mysterious ways, mysterious channels! For God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform." The trouble with most people is that they want to know the way and the channels beforehand. They want to tell Supreme Intelligence just how their prayers should be answered. They do not trust the wisdom and ingenuity of God. They pray, giving Infinite Intelligence definite directions how to work, thereby limiting the Holy One of Israel.

Jesus Christ said: "When ye pray, believe ye have it." What could be more simple or direct? "Become as a little child if you would enter the kingdom." We might paraphrase the scriptures and say, have the expectancy of a little child and your prayers will be answered. A child waits with joyful expectancy for his toys at Christmas. I give the illustration of the little boy who asked for a drum for Christmas. The child does not lie awake at night agonizing over his drum wondering whether he will get it. He goes to bed and sleeps like a top. He jumps out of bed in the morning ready for the happy day before him. He looks with wonder at that which is before him.

The grown-up person spends sleepless nights agonizing over his problem. Instead of a drum, he has spoken for a large sum of money. He can't think of any way it can come, and will it come on time? He will tell you he has perfect faith in God, but, he would like to know more about the channel and how it is to be done. The answer comes, "I have weapons ye know not of." "My ways are ingenious, my methods are sure."

"Trust in me, commit your ways unto me." Committing your ways unto the Lord seems very difficult to most people. It means, of course, to follow intuition, for intuition is the magic path, the beeline to your demonstration. Intuition is a Spiritual faculty above the intellect. It is the "still small voice" commonly called a hunch, which says, "This is the way, walk ye in it." I refer to intuition very often for it is the most important part of Spiritual development. It is Divine Guidance. It is the God within, it is the eye which watches over Israel and never slumbers or sleeps. With it, nothing is unimportant. Acknowledge me in all your ways and I will make plain your path. Remember — despise not the day of small things (of seemingly unimportant events).

It is very difficult for a person who has always followed the reasoning mind, to suddenly follow intuition, especially people who have, what they call, regular habits. They are accustomed to doing the same thing every day at the same time.

Meals like clockwork. They get up at a certain time and go to bed at a certain time. Any deviation upsets them.

We have the power of choice — we may follow the magic path of intuition, or the long and hard road of experience, by following the reasoning mind. By following the superconscious we attain the heights. In the intuition, are the pictures of eternal youth and eternal life, where death itself is overcome. We have the power to impress the subconscious mind with the picture of Eternal youth and Eternal life. The subconscious, being simply power without direction, carries out the idea, and we have our bodies transmuted into the body which can never die. We see this idea partly expressed in the moving picture "The Lost Horizon." Shangrila was a symbolic picture of the "World of the Wondrous," where all conditions are perfect.

There is a Spiritual prototype of your body and affairs. I call it the Divine Design and this Divine Design is a Perfect Idea in your superconscious mind. Most people are far from expressing the Divine Idea of their bodies and affairs. They have stamped the contrary pictures of disease, old age and death upon the subconscious, and it has carefully carried out their orders. Now we must give a new order; "Let me now express the Divine Idea in my mind, body and affairs." If you will impress the subconscious by repeating this statement you will be amazed at the changes which soon take place. You will be bombarded by new ideas and new ideals. A chemical change will take place in your body. Your environment will change for the better, for you are expanding rapidly into the Divine Plan, where all conditions are permanently perfect.

"Lift up your heads, ye gates, and be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of Glory shall come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord (or Law) strong and mighty. The Lord mighty in battle."

Now remember, the Bible is talking about thoughts and states of consciousness. Here is a picture of the Perfect Ideas of the superconscious mind, rushing into your conscious mind. Gates and doors are lifted up, and "The King of Glory comes in." "Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty. The Lord mighty in battle." This King of Glory has weapons ye know not of and puts to flight the army of the aliens (the negative thoughts entrenched in your consciousness for countless ages). These negative thoughts have always defeated the manifestation of your heart's desire. They are the thought forms which you have built up in your subconscious by constantly thinking the same thoughts. You have built up a fixed idea that "Life is hard and filled with disappointments." You will meet these thoughts as concrete experiences in life, for "Out of the imaginations of the heart come the issues of life."

"My ways are ways of pleasantness." We should all build up in consciousness a picture of peace, harmony and beauty and some day it will push itself into visibility. The Divine Idea of your life often flashes across your consciousness as something too good to be true. Very few people fulfill their destinies. Destiny means the place you were destined to fill. We are fully equipped for the Divine Plan of our lives. We are more than equal to every situation. If we could get the realization back of these words doors would fly open and channels be cleared. We could actually hear the hum of Divine activity, for we would be linked with Infinite Intelligence which knows no defeat. Opportunities would come to us from unexpected quarters. Divine activity would operate in and through all our affairs and the Divine Idea would come to pass.

God is Love but God is Law, "If ye love me, keep my commandments" (or laws). Dr. Ernest Wilson told me that his first knowledge of Truth came through reading Emerson's "Concentration." Concentration means loving absorption. We see children lovingly absorbed in their play. We can only be a success in a line which interests us greatly. Great inventors are never bored with their work, or they would not bring forth great inventions. Never try to force a child to be something he does not want to be. He will only prove a failure. The first start toward success is to be glad you are yourself. So many people are bored by themselves. They have no self-reliance, and are always wishing they were someone else.

When I was in London I saw a man on the street selling a new song, it was called, "I'm tickled to death I'm me." I thought that was a wonderful idea—start out by being glad you are yourself. Then you can expand rapidly into the Divine plan of your life where you fulfill your destiny. You may be sure that the Divine plan of your life will give you perfect satisfaction. You will no longer envy anyone. People often become impatient and discouraged. I was inspired by reading in the paper about Omaha, the famous racehorse. The article said, "Omaha has to run a mile before he gets into his stride." There are, no doubt, a lot of Omahas in the world, but they can get into their Spiritual stride, and win the race, in the twinkling of an eye.

"Delight thyself also in the Lord, and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart." Delight thyself in the law and it will give to thee the desires of thine heart. "Delighting yourself in the law" means to enjoy making a demonstration. To enjoy trusting God, means to be happy in following your intuitive leads. Most people say, "Oh dear; I've got to demonstrate money again;" or "Oh dear, my hunches make me so nervous, I haven't the nerve to follow them." People enjoy playing golf and tennis, why can't we enjoy playing the game of life? It is because we are playing with unseen forces. With golf or tennis they have balls they can see and a goal which is visible to the naked eye; but how much more important is this game of life? The goal is the Divine plan of your life where all conditions are permanently perfect.

"In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will make plain thy paths." Every moment we can link with intuition, will give us as definite a lead as a signpost. So many people are leading such complicated lives because they are trying to think things out instead of "intuiting" the way out.

I know a woman who says she has a thorough knowledge of Truth and its application but the minute she has a problem she reasons and weighs and measures the situation. It is never solved. Intuition flies out of the window when reason comes to the door. Intuition is a Spiritual faculty, the superconscious, and never explains itself. There came a voice before me, saying, "This is the way, walk ye in it." Someone asked me if the reasoning mind was ever any good. The reasoning mind must be redeemed. Trust in Spiritual law and "it will be given you."

Your part is to be a good receiver, prepare for your blessing, rejoice and give thanks and it will come to pass.

I have weapons ye know not of, I have ways which will astound you.

The True Power of Water
Healing and Discovering Ourselves
By Masaru Emoto
Translated by: Noriko Hosoyamada

Dear Reader,

I am honored that you have picked up The True Power of Water. In a world of no mistakes, it is not by coincidence that you and I are embarking on this journey. The words and pictures you are about to see will open a new world of possibilities for you -- just as my research has done for me.

In this book you will learn of the unique properties of water and its ability to improve your health and your life. You will see the effect each of us has on water -- not only the water we drink but also the water that makes up 70 percent of the human body and, most importantly, what happens to that water as we interact with each other.

2005 marks the beginning of the United Nations Decade of Water. It is our individual responsibility to learn all we can about water, the most precious resource on our planet, and to help shift the consciousness through our thoughts, through our words and prayers, and through our commitment to respect each other with love and gratitude. May our understanding of water help bring peace to all humankind.

In1986 he established the IHM Corporation in Tokyo. In October of 1992 he received certification from the Open International Universityas a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Subsequently he wasintroduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US andMagnetic Resonance Analysis technology. The quest thus began todiscover the mystery of water. He undertook extensive research of water around the planet not somuch as a scientific researcher but more from the perspective of anoriginal thinker. At length he realized that it was in the frozen crystalform that water showed us its true nature through. He has gainedworldwide acclaim through his groundbreaking research anddiscovery that water is deeply connected to our individual andcollective consciousnessHe is the author of the best-selling books Messages from Water,The Hidden Messages in Water, and The True Power of Water. Power of Word
“Messages from Water” is a photo collection that was originallypublished in 1999. I took photographs of water crystals out of ice tipafter freezing water. The book has gained international recognitionas well as domestic reputation. It introduces many photographs of water crystals of natural water and tap water of all over the world. You can also see some things about which the conventional sciencecannot explain, such as the water crystal photographs of before andafter showing certain words to water to study how the crystalstransformed, and before and after letting water listen to certainmusic to study the crystal transformation. I also did experiment onhow people’s conscious influences water by taking water crystalphotographs. “Messages from Water” has been spreading globally. Ithink it’s because the messages that the photo collection carriessuch as “the importance of language,” “peoples thoughts transmit,”and “conscious changes substances” are appealing. In one of the experiments in the book, I introduced “the power of words and language” by using rice. Many children who learned itsresult did their own experiments in their own ways.Saying “Thank you” and “You fool” to Rice EverydayWhen delivering a presentation on the experiment that we did withthe effects of language on water, one of the audience members toldme that they were very impressed. This person also told me aboutan interesting experiment. This experiment involved placing cookedrice in two identical glass containers. Then he/she talked to the riceeveryday saying “Thank you” to one and “You fool” to the other.He/she did this for one month to see the results. Two elementary

Miraculous Messages from Water
How water reflects our consciousness

Water has a very important message for us. Water is telling us to take a much deeper look at our selves. When we do look at our selves through the mirror of water, the message becomes amazingly, crystal, clear. We know that human life is directly connected to the quality of our water, both within and all around us.

The photographs and information in this article reflect the work of Masaru Emoto, a creative and visionary Japanese researcher. Mr. Emoto has published an important book, "The Message from Water," from the findings of his worldwide research If you have any doubt that your thoughts affect everything in, and around you, the information and photographs that are presented here, taken from the book of his published results, will change your mind and profoundly alter your beliefs, .

From Mr. Emoto's work we are provided with factual evidence, that human vibrational energy, thoughts, words, ideas and music, affect the molecular structure of water, the very same water that comprises over seventy percent of a mature human body and covers the same amount of our planet. Water is the very source of all life on this planet, its quality and integrity are vitally important to all forms of life. The body is very much like a sponge and is composed of trillions of chambers called cells that hold liquid. The quality of our life is directly connected to the quality of our water.

Water is a very malleable substance. Its physical shape easily adapts to whatever environment is present. But its physical appearance is not the only thing that changes; its molecular shape also changes. The energy or vibrations of the environment will change the molecular shape of water. In this sense water not only has the ability to visually reflect the environment but it also molecularly reflects the environment.

Mr. Emoto has been visually documenting these molecular changes in water by means of his photographic techniques. He freezes droplets of water and then examines them under a dark field microscope that has photographic capabilities. His work clearly demonstrates the diversity of the molecular structure of water and the effect of the environment upon the structure of the water.

Snow has been falling on the earth for more than a few million years. Each snowflake, as we have been told, has a very unique shape and structure. By freezing water and taking a photograph of the structure, as Mr. Emoto has done, you get incredible information about the water.

Mr. Emoto has discovered many fascinating differences in the crystalline structures of water from many different sources and different conditions around the planet. Water from pristine mountain streams and springs show the beautifully formed geometric designs in their crystalline patterns. Polluted and toxic water from industrial and populated areas and stagnated water from water pipes and storage dams show definitively distorted and randomly formed crystalline structures.

With the recent popularity in music therapy, Mr. Emoto decided to see what effects music has on the structuring of water. He placed distilled water between two speakers for several hours and then photographed the crystals that formed after the water was frozen.

pictures, but I will never forget hoe deeply I was
touched when I saw this one. Hopefully, we can
live life full of love and gratitude. Appreciation
is Beautiful.

Thank You

These photographs show the incredible reflections of water, as alive and highly responsive to every one of our thoughts and emotions. It is quite clear that water easily takes on the vibrations and energy of its environment, whether toxic and polluted or naturally pristine, either within our selves or surrounding us in others and the environment.

Masaru Emoto's extraordinary work is an awesome display, and powerful tool, that can change our perceptions of ourselves and the world we live in, forever. We now have profound evidence that we can positively heal and transform ourselves and our planet by the thoughts we choose to think and the ways in which we put those thoughts into action.

Emoto’s Water Experiment: The Power of Thoughts

Through the 1990’s, Dr. Masaru Emoto performed a series of experiments observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. Emoto hired photographers to take pictures of water after being exposed to the different variables and subsequently frozen so that they would form crystalline structures. The results were nothing short of remarkable..

After observing these miraculous results, Dr. Emoto went on to type out different words, both positive and negative in nature, and taped them to containers full of water. The results were as follows:
see above photos.

As you can tell, the water stamped with positive words is far more symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing than that stamped with dark, negative phrases. If you are reading this article on this particular website, you probably already knew that positive and negative thinking have a major impact on the surrounding environment. That concept is relatively easy to grasp, but this extremely tangible evidence of it is astounding. If the words and thoughts that come out of us have this effect on water crystals, it’s amazing to think of what kind of effect they have on the people and events that come into our lives.

Oh and by the way, the average human body is 60% water. Ponder that one a while…

Some may say that this could be the work of biased photographers or biased photo selection by Emoto himself.

However, Emoto dispelled this accusation in an interview during which he stated:

This is one of the more difficult areas to clarify. However, from continuing these experiments we have come to the conclusion that the water is reacting to the actual words. For example, for our trip to Europe we tried using the words “thank you” and “you fool” in German. The people on our team who took the actual photographs of the water crystals did not understand the German for “you fool”, and yet we were able to obtain exactly the same kind of results in the different crystal formations based on the words used.

Once a certain vibration is introduced to the water, how long does the water “remember” that crystalline structure?

This will be different depending on the original structure of the water itself. Tap water will lose its memory quickly. We refer to the crystalline structure of water as “clusters.” The smaller the clusters, the longer the water will retain its memory. If there is too much space between the clusters, other information could easily infiltrate this space, making it hard for the clusters to hold the integrity of the information. Other micro-organisms could also enter this space. A tight bonding structure is best for maintaining the integrity of information.

What kind of words would create smaller clusters and what kind of words would create larger clusters?

Slang words like “you fool” destroy clusters. You would not see any crystals in these cases. Negative phrases and words create large clusters or will not form clusters, and positive, beautiful words and phrases create small, tight clusters.

Chapter Two : My Personal Transformation

My Personal Transformation

Nothing exists in our consciousness unless
we allow it to be there.
We have the power to create change -
Anytime we decide to do so.

During the time I was watching my breast cancer and bone tumor patients fight for their survival, I was deeply aware that I, too, was fighting for the survival of my personal integrity.  I was in the midst of a major crossroad that would ultimately affect the direction of my life.  My patients were the catalysts that would create a testing ground for me to either make the choices that would honor my personal truth or cause me to fall in with the mass of followers. I could not be one of those who do not listen to the voice of their conscience, but take the safe road to achieve their goals.

Through my intership at University Hospital, I made long-lasting friendship with other interns.  I would talk with the interns I was closest to about the anticancer drug and how it affected the patients.  I expressed my doubts about the continue use of this 'Devil's Drug' and that I believed I needed to stop giving it to the patients.  We had many discussions about whether these feelings were right or wrong. I shares with them that I felt more like a killer than a doctor.  But time and time again, the answers from the other interns were always the same.  They seemed to echo in unison,
"The hospital professor is very powerful!  If you disagree with him and do not follow his orders and give the anticancer drug to patients as you are instructed, he will become very angry.  You will never be able to receive you Ph.D at this hospital! You will have to go somewhere else."

"We should always obey what is asked of us.  This is the only way we can become doctors and go on for our Ph.D.s.  We cannot argue with what we are told, or we will be fired and lose all hope for our future in the medical field!"

I remembered one story told to me that happened at this hospital. It happened long before I arrived here. There was a doctor on the staff, a good doctor and a kind person.  he was a humanitarian doctor.  He was always concerned for his patients.  He was not like some of the other doctors, only interested in their careers and their own future, such as becoming a professor or making more money for themselves.  He disliked prescribing drugs, even though his professor insisted.  It troubled him to watch his cancer patients suffer from the overuse of drugs, especially the new experimental anticancer drugs.  Instead, he would use alternative therapies  that he believed were safer and more natural.  Because he did not follow his professor's orders, he was fired.

Even though he was a good doctor with a good reputation, he could not find another position because his professor used his influence with other hospitals against the good doctor.  He became so frustrated and disgusted that he quit medicine.

The Japanese medical society is an elite class.  It respects and takes care of doctors from universities with the most reputation and power.  They are the only ones who ever become professors in prestigious hospitals.  Those who graduate and are trained at other, less prestigious universities have a difficult time getting opportunities to practice at prestigious hospitals.  If a doctor is graduate of the same medical school as his medical  superior, he will be treated differently with special favor.

Under the strong power and influence of a professor, hospitals can get doctors to fill their staff in respective hospitals. The president or director of a hospital will go to the professor and request doctors. How they show respect and patronize the professor will determine if they are successful.

Because my family has a long history on medicine and owns a large, successful hospital in Osaka, Japan, other doctors have treated me with jealousy.  When I decided that my patients were being given too much of a dangerous drug and decreased the amount of dose, another doctor would change my order on the patient's chart and raise the dosage without notifying me.

Knowing that I would never be able to respect my professor or the doctors who jumped to his orders, i had to make a career decision before I lost my desire to continue to practice medicine.  Beside turning to fellow interns who were my friends for advice, I turned to my family for advises as well.  I respected the wisdom of my mother, who had tremendous insight and heart. She, without s doubt has had the largest impact in my life.  Her words of wisdom would ring loud and clear within my soul.  Ultimately, it would be her influence that would lead me through my struggle and toward the destiny I did not at the time understand.

The turning point in my life that enabled me to come to terms with my own personal truth were the words I heard her  speak to me when I was only 16 years of age.

My mother said , " What I would like to say to you is that you should never be a 'money' doctor. If you will be a doctor who is focused on money, your life will be short because of resentment. However, if you become a humanitarian doctor, your life will be so full of happiness and you, as well as the people who you help, will be forever grateful."

These are the words my mother said to me on the day my father died.  Because of the untimely death of my father at such a young age, and the circumstances surrounding his death, my mother's words will remain with me forever.

My family's tragedy
1963

What happened to my father?
He was such a healthy person!
I can't believe he is gone today when just yesterday he was so healthy!
Why had we not noticed the situation of his ailing health in time?
Especially since my father was a doctor, why was he not able to tell us that he had not been feeling well?
Why was modern medicine not able to prevent his stroke?

I couldn't believe he was gone.  I feared for our future and wondered if we would ever be able to have a normal life again.

My father died when he was just 42 years old.  he was a very famous surgeon whose specialty was cancer surgery.  He had a tremendous amount of drive and energy. He started and developed the Ohno Hospital in Osaka, Japan into a very renowed institution. He was driven to become the president of the Japan Medical Society.
He was an exceptionally hard worker and never believed in taking a break.  He went to hospital every day to see his patients, even on Saturday and Sunday. The only time he took a day off was on New Year's Day.

His main interest was pancreatic cancer, and he had a research center in the hospital so that he could continue his search for a cure. After he finished his daily schedule of surgery , he would always go to the research center to study until midnight.  There were times he would stay longer if he was performing an animal experiment.  I rarely saw him and I would ask my mother why he wan not home. She answered, "Father has stayed at the research center to finish his experiment."

December 8. 1963, was a cold winter's day with the forecast of snow. I was just 16 years old. that morning  when I woke up,  my father was still home. To see him home at this hour was very strange, because he always left for the hospital very early in the morning.  He was never home for me to see him when I got  ready for school.

"Good morning,, Father!" I said.
He did not answer me immediately because  he was not feeling well.  I wasn't aware at the time that he was in physical  pain , so I ignored his delayed response and didn't think very much of it at that moment.  Seeing him home that winter morning is the last memory I have of seeing my father alive.

As soon as he arrived at the hospital that morning, he asked a nurse to check his blood pressure.  The nurse took his blood pressure and said, " Dr. Ohno! Your blood pressure is dangerously high! Your blood pressure is exceptionally high and the reading is 22/120!  It is impossible for you to perform the surgery  you have scheduled today !"

"Please cancel today's surgery because your own health is in a very serious situation ! Dr. Ohno, I am very concerned that  you will suffer a heart attack or a stroke ! Please stop your plans to operate!"
