Let Psalm 103 be your anthem, everyday.

 Let Psalm 103 be your anthem today. Bless the Lord, oh my soul and all that is within me bless his holy name.

Psalm 103 (Of David)

¹Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.

²Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—

³who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,

⁴who redeems your life from the pit   and crowns you with love and compassion,

⁵who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

⁶The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.

⁷He made known his ways to Moses,   his deeds to the people of Israel:

⁸The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.

⁹He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;

¹⁰he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.

¹¹For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him;

¹²as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

¹³As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him;

¹⁴for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.

¹⁵The life of mortals is like grass, they flourish like a flower of the field;

¹⁶the wind blows over it and it is gone,   and its place remembers it no more.

¹⁷But from everlasting to everlasting   the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—

¹⁸with those who keep his covenant   and remember to obey his precepts.

¹⁹The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.

²⁰Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.

²¹Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.

²²Praise the Lord, all his works   everywhere in his dominion.

Praise the Lord, all my soul.

 Now let's take a moment to pray  together.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, today I choose to praise you with all that I am. You are holy. You are faithful beyond  comprehension. Your love is deeper than the oceans, higher than the skies and wider than anything my heart could ever grasp. You are good  always. You are kind in ways I don't always see and merciful in ways I can't explain. You, Lord Jesus are the one who forgives my sins, every single one. The ones l've confessed a thousand times and the ones I still carry in silence. You don't just glance at my past. You wash it clean. You remove my guilt and call me yours. And that kind of forgiveness is a gift I will never take for granted. You heal my heart when it's broken in places that even I don't understand. You mend wounds I've carried quietly for years. You restore what I thought was too far gone and when the weight of pain feels too heavy. You don't shame me. You lift me up. You remind me that healing is possible because you are the healer. You rescue me from the dark places when I've been stuck in shame, trapped in fear or lost in confusion. You step into the pit with me and pull me out. You place my feet on solid ground and even when I've messed up. Even when I've run in the wrong direction. You never gave up on me. You came looking for me. You called my name and you welcomed me home. You wrapped me in your love. The love that does not change with my emotions or shift with my circumstances. You cover me in kindness when l expect punishment. You pour out compassion when I've grown cold. Your patience calms me. Your presence steadies me. Your grace keeps holding me together when I feel like falling apart. You fill my life with blessings. Blessings l often take for granted. The breath in my lungs. The roof over my head. The food on my table. The quiet moments. The second chances. The strength to keep going when I thought | couldn't take one more step. All of it is a gift from you. And when l'm weary. When life feels too heavy, when I feel like giving  up, you come and renew my strength like an eagle rising on the wind. You lift me above the storm. You give me perspective when l'm caught in the  fog. You remind me that I am not walking alone. Thank you for life. Lord Jesus, thank you for another day, another chance to know you more deeply. Thank you for waking me up this morning and covering me through the night. Thank you for walking with me through seasons I didn't think l'd survive, even when I don't understand the why or the when. I trust that you are still working. You are always moving in ways I can't yet see. And because I know your heart, I can trust your hands. Your word says, "As high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is your love for those who fear you. As far as the east is from the west, so far have you removed our sins from us." That truth is overwhelming. That kind of love, that relentless, measureless, undeserved love humbles me. I know I don't deserve it. I know I could never earn it, but you give it anyway. Freely, fully, faithfully. And while l can never repay you, l can give you what you ask for. My praise, my worship, my heart, my gratitude. So I lift my voice to say "Thank you". Thank you, Lord Jesus, for loving me the way you do. I will praise you when life feels easy. I will praise you when the road feels long. I will praise you when the blessings  overflow. And I will praise you when I am holding on by a thread because you are always worthy. So today, Lord Jesus, I give you all that I am. Let my heart be a sanctuary of worship. Let my words be filled with kindness and truth. Let my actions reflect the love you've shown me. Let my life, every breath of it be a living offering to you. I ask for your covering over me and over my family. Wrap us in your protection. Surround us like a shield. Let no weapon formed against us prosper. Let every scheme of the enemy fall powerless at your feet. I apply the precious blood of Jesus over my home, over every doorway, every wall, every window. Let this place be filled with peace. Let your presence dwell here  richly. Let your angels stand guard night and day. Lord Jesus, keep my eyes on you. Help me to stay fixed on what truly matters. Don't let me be pulled away by fear or  frustration. Don't let me chase after temporary things that won't last. Keep me grounded in truth. Keep me rooted in love. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. I don't want to live on empty. I want to  overflow.  I want to worship you in spirit and in truth. From a heart that's not divided. From a life that's  surrendered. Let my thoughts be pleasing to you. Let my choices honor you. Let my life glorify you. Let my words bring you joy. Help me walk closely with you. Teach me to obey even when it's difficult. Teach me to trust when the answers aren't clear and when I feel tired. When I feel worn out, whisper to my soul again. Bless the Lord oh my soul. So now, I speak to my soul, bless the Lord oh my soul. Let my hands bless him. Let my voice bless him. Let my heart bless him. Let my entire being rise in worship. You alone Lord Jesus Christ are worthy. You alone deserve all the glory. Thank you for being near. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for hearing this prayer. In your beautiful name l pray. Amen.
