Ways to Make Money While You Sleep

11 Ways to Make Money While You Sleep

Is your money making money while you sleep?
Does it sound too good to be true? Since we still live in the age of the interest, it’s not that difficult to earn extra money on the side.

With that in mind, here are ways that you can actually earn money while you sleep.

1. Start a blog.
Perhaps the most popular way to earn a passive income is by launching your own blog. It only takes a couple of minutes to setup and is cheap to start - just purchase your domain name and pay for hosting.

After that, start creating amazing content that people would be interested in reading or sharing. For example, if you’re an accountant that has helped small business owners with their taxes, then that could be your blog. I personally have my invoicing blog to help customers know everything there is to know about invoicing. This draws thousands of signups a month.

Make sure the topics you write about are popular. If you still love your pet rock, I doubt there would be enough people visiting your our site to monetize it. But, you never know.

Once you’ve gained a following, you can start making money from of your blog by:

Earning commissions as an affiliate. This is where you push other people’s products or services on your site. Make sure these products or services are relevant to your blog. For example, that accounting blog could become an affiliate for accounting or invoicing software. Once you find an affiliate partner you’ll be given a unique code so that whenever a visitor clicks that link on your site you’ll earn your commission.

Sell-advertising. If you’re site has the traffic to become an affiliate, then it may also be good enough for advertisers to purchase ads on your site. You may start off small, like making under $20 per ad. But, you may eventually be able to charge triple digits. Again, you site must be quality.

Find sponsors. This is slightly different than just selling ads on your site. Sponsorships may be a one-off piece of sponsored content or permanent logo embedded in your footer.

2. Sell your own information product.
If you’re knowledgeable in a certain area, then you can start creating products, such as eBooks or videos, and selling them on your blog. It may take a lot of work to create and market your products, but once all the leg work is over, you can just set back and collect the proceeds.

3. Earn royalties.
If you’re a talented musician, actor, or author, then you could earn royalties from your work. In other words people will pay you for using your work or creative assets.

If you aren’t talented enough, but still interested in earning royalties, then check out Royalty Exchange. It’s a marketplace where you can buy and sell royalties.

4. Create a membership community.
If you’ve proven yourself to be a authority figure, then you can create a membership community where you pay a monthly fee to receive additional high-quality content and information that’s not available to non-members.

One of my favorite examples is Timothy Sykes who makes more than $100,000 per month in passive income through his membership community which discusses how people can make money in trading penny stocks.

5. Install an autoresponder.
Another common online business model is using autoresponders to sell services, products or memberships. This is where people leave their email address on your site and then they’ll receive an automated email containing the link to download products or quality information you have to offer, as well as follow-up with a series of emails.

You’ll a need service like OptinMonster to make this possible. I also recommend you read this Quick Sprout guide to get started with autoresponders.

6. Flip websites.
If you’ve put in the time and effort in building a website and you have gained a lot of traffic, then you may be able to sell it to an interested party by listing on marketplaces like Flippa. I've bought and sold a lot of sites here and made a lot of money.

7. Sell physical products.
Just like with a blogging site, there are several ways to earn a passive income by selling physical products. Probably one of the best known ways is by selling your old junk on eBay. But even if you don’t have anything left to sell you can start drop shopping. This is where you sell products for a company on eBay or Amazon and they’ll take care of the rest - including shipping.

You can also launch your own eCommerce store by using Shopify. They literally give you everything you need to sell products online from a complete online shop to including buy buttons on your social media channels. 8. Invest in stocks or shares.
When you invest in stocks you become a stakeholder. That entitles you to a share of their profits. Investing in stocks has been a popular way to earn a passive income for years, and thanks to the internet, it’s easier than ever to research and invest in stocks on your own.

Keep in mind that the stocks you invest in can change throughout the various stages of life. For example, I look for investments that can benefit my daughter, such as a CA529 plan that will go towards her college tuition.

9. Peer-to-peer lending.
Companies like LendingClub, Propser, and Harmoney have created a new industry where anyone can become a lender. They will then match you with a consumer who either prefers or has trouble securing a loan from a bank. You can earn a higher interest rates on the loans you issued since you’re dealing directly with the borrower.

10. Rent out property.
Thanks to Airbnb, you can rent out your home while on vacation or your vacation home when not in use. You can also rent out your garage, parking space, or unused office space. It’s a nice supplemental income without really doing anything except placing an ad.

11. Hire a middleman.

This is also known as arbitrage and is basically where you have someone else do the work for you. For example, you could start a dog walking service or web design firm, but outsource the actual dog walking or coding to someone else. You’re much better doing anything except being the middleman who is in charge of marketing these services.

Skills You Can Learn Online for a Lucrative and Productive 2017
Expand your skill sets to be desirable in the job market.

I am so much in love with this era we are in -- an era where there is so much information online for self-development. A focused and determined person can learn many skills online and use them to diversify his or her income. With all the advanced, digital technology in this world, no one should give excuses of not having one or two skills to remain relevant and competitive.

In the days of yore, skill acquisition and dissemination were limited to certain geographical locations because of the low level of technological know-how. However, the advent of sophisticated technology -- which propelled the development of many apps, software and social media -- has made skills and knowledge easily disseminated and accessible.

There are countless websites readily available for you to acquire valuable skills and knowledge for free or with little fee for a productive 2017. These skills are:

1. Web design and development.
Web design and development is a highly sought-after skill. This is because we are in a digital transformation age where every business -- small, medium and large scale -- is extremely interested in showcasing their products and services to the world through their websites.

There are lots of sites that can teach you how to design and develop a website. By acquiring these skills, one is adequately positioned to scramble for millions of small, medium and large scale businesses who are contemplating launching or updating their websites.

2. Statistical data analysis.
Statistical data analysis is another vital skill that is in high demand by companies, entrepreneurs and students. The knowledge of Mini-tab,  Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and E-view, just to name a few, makes a person highly desirable.

As a researcher, I have smiled all the way to the bank numerous times because I have some knowledge of statistical data analytical software. Most students in tertiary institutions need an expert data analyst -- companies too, especially when sophisticated software is needed for forecasting market shares, profit and other vital results that will aid managerial decision making.

You can learn these data analytical tools online, and consult an expert for clarification should you encounter some difficulties trying to grasp the calculations and interpretation of results.

3. Fashion designing.
Humans are always in need of food, clothes and shelter. These are three basic necessities of life. Both rich and poor are in need of clothes. In our contemporary world where fashion is always a trending issue, everybody wants to look classic and beautiful. This has made fashion designers kings and queens in their profession.

There are sites that can teach you how to draw fashion or make fashion sketches, and there are lots of online videos that can teach you make dresses. The beauty of having this skill lies in the way customers flock around fashion designers within few hours of setting up an office.

Fashion designing is synonymous to a football match; there is never a dull moment from the blast of the whistle. What do I mean? Even at the apprentice stage, customers are already flocking around you.

4. Make-up.
Believe it or not, the makeup business is growing at an incredible rate. There are lots of online videos that can teach you the rudiment of make up. An interview with Ifeoma Agu, the CEO of Ivonmelda Makeova, shocked me. She is an expert in hairstyle but felt she needed a makeup skill to enhance her business growth.

However, since she couldn’t afford the training fees, she decided to download lots of YouTube videos on makeup. The rest is history. She is one of the most sought-after makeup artists in her state as a result of her quality service delivery. Remember, she learned this skill for free. You can do same.

5. Business research.
Many people want to venture into business while those who are already in business are seeking other businesses to invest in. Many companies and investors are actually seeking well-researched business ideas to invest in.

As a business researcher, you can work on your own terms. You decide whether to sell your business ideas or become a partner in the businesses. At the end of the day, you will be surprised to see that you are a co-owner of chains of businesses.

Acquiring this skill is not as difficult as you think. I am saying this because most people are indifferent when it comes to research. All you need is to be patient, focus and determined. Read online articles and journals or watch videos on business research. It's also a good idea to consult an expert.

6. Own a blog.
You can actually learn how to create and run a blog online. By systematically following the step-by-step instructions on creating a blog, you'll be acquiring the skill to create more blogs for prospective clients. You can create a blog for your web design and development business, statistical data analysis, fashion designing, makeup and business research businesses.

Vision And Practice of Humanitarian Medicine. #1

Sometimes it takes the efforts of reflecting on the collective experience of many years to make us realize that the moment of defeat was really the beginning of our victory. It is true ; my life has been a succession of many painful experiences.  but as I reflect upon each crisis, I recognize that as I have progressed through every event , there has also been a new part of me that has awakened.  my inner being has always emerged is a positive way, gradually making me a more centered and focused person. And as I have grown and become more balanced and spiritually connected, my life has given rise to a new level of commitment.

This blog is about the times in my life when I had to encounter many struggles in order to gain understanding and have appreciation of the final outcome.  While I report the honours I experienced during my years of practicing medical research the world, I also show how I gradually found a way to answer the cries of despair for my patients and readers. This was not easy. It required that I make a decision that would put me at professional risk and force me to leave my practice.  But  during this process of  change, I learned to become a better human, more concerned about the welfare of my patients and readers, than the rewards of fame and fortune, which, unfortunately, has become modern medicine.

I did not have to take this road.  It would have been easier to follow the program and do what I was told to do by my superiors.  I come from a very prominent family.  I have always  had choices and opportunities.  But  the values given to me by my family led to the decision to take actions, which, though distressing at first, brought me to what I believe is my destiny.  Without the experiences during this journey, I would have never  been receptive to receive and understand the vision that was given to me, a vision that brings hope to anyone seeking a better, longer and fuller life.

During this journey I gained insight and learned to view my life with new understanding.  I found the place where the seeds of knowledge are formed.  I also found answers to how each of  us is able to take some control of how we want to live the rest of our lives.  This is how I received the message , which was to become my vision, a vision that weaves its way throughout the story of my journey.

I believe that there has always been an invisible force/being within me  guiding my direction and encouraging me to discovery my true calling in life.  As I have proceeded through this transformation, there is one principal factor that has continually surfaced and risen to the top.  This factor above all else has captured my awareness and remains today a focus in my life. The factor is contribution , the act of giving  to others , directly from one's heart.  This affects not only the recipients of our gestures, but of equal importance , the essence of our personal being .

I also believe , more than anything else, that my vision to help humanity is derived directly from giving people the awareness of how vitally important contribution is to the soul of the benefactor. My vision has become a vehicle that can assist people to gain an understanding that as they direct their energies to give of themselves with a pure and open heart , they will ultimately fill an emptiness that resides deep within their spiritual center.

My blog encompasses the actual journey I experienced in my own personal search in discovering the importance  of contribution. There is a saying that it is not until someone has lived through a particular experience that they are able to develop empathy that is needed to help others in similar situations. for this i am grateful .

My destiny has taken the shape of my personal contribution to help humanity through the vision , which I call Soongworld ; a mind, body and spirit healing unity and its connection to a philosophy of living with gratitude and respect for nature.  It is based on the wisdom of ancient healing arts, together with sound scientific, medical  breakthrough knowledge.  By practicing and teaching through sharing this Soongworld vision, many people with whom I have had the privilege and contact now enjoy a healthier and fuller life.

Through years of study and experimentation,  I found the significant interrelationship of health and nature , and its impact on the quality of life. The best example is our precious water supply. After you read this blog, you should become more knowledgeable about how and why the quality of the water in our body can be the difference between health and sickness.  you should also understand why it is imperative to redirect our priorities and efforts to take better care of our limited water sources. You will also understand why it is crucial to have the best water possible available for human consumption, so we can enjoy a healthier , longer and fuller life.

In 2008, I started the Healthy Wealthy Blogsite on Water and Health, a non-profit platform, to foster research, education, training, and the dissemination of the information on chronic and aging disorders.  The focus of the work at the Healthy Wealth Blogsite is to study and promote the benefits of the naturally structured water I discovered in the natural world, which has been shown to have a major effect in preventing diseases associated with aging , as well as delaying the ageing process.

Early in my quest, I began to search for ways to stop the suffering of my patients and readers worldwide who had degenerative diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis ; and disease such as hypertension , asthma and diabetes, which needed to be managed with control medications.  i realized that the negative side effects of these drugs medications were creating new set of serious problems, complications, syndromes,  and increasing the body's deterioration.  After further study , I became convinced that the condition of the body's water was related to the way the body continually deteriorated and recovered from disease.

In order to test this theory, I studied and tested many water sources. While I was conducting research in home, I discovered naturally structured water that was being used by prominent practitioners with their own patients suffering from the same diseases.  As I observed and studied these patients, it became obvious and apparent that this water is unique and has therapeutic benefits. To prevent this gift of healing from being exploited, I continue to share globally this good news, and I have made it my life's mission to distribute this very humble water to as many people as I possibly can. I like to thank those who share this blogsite (started since 2008) with others unselfishly.  It is through  making this water cure humanity information available  to people that my vision of a way to a healthier , fuller and longer life will ultimately be made known.

I invite you, respected readers, to accompany me for a while as I reflect upon my life's work and passion.  As you live with me through the experience which I describe in this blog, you should be able to comprehend the essence and the total meaning of my Soongworld vision, which has helped me fulfill my parent's wish that I become a humble humanitarian physician.

How To Manage Your Energy When You Have To Work All Day…

That Post Is Because Of Not Knowing How To Manage Energy Properly.

What you see above, is a common thing that happens to people who need to go through intense periods of work for prolonged periods of time.

Trust me, I’ve been there Erlinda, and I still make $250,000 a month, so don’t worry about it (first of all). Let me teach you how to make it so you can operate in the flow all day and night, when you need to, and how to feel happy, be healthy, and powerful every minute of the day.

These concepts will help you effectively manage your energy:

1.  What’s happening here is completely normal.  The neurotransmitters in your brain are exhausted from over focusing without enough recuperation.  The best way I can explain it without trying to be a scientist, it’s like you are bench pressing every day, with no breaks, you can’t do it.  You need rest.

2.  Your mind can only focus on a single task with complete clarity for 90 minutes.  After 90 minutes, you need a break if you’re doing any intense kind of mental work, for at least 15-30 minutes.  Most people don’t need to do this, because they work boring, repetitive jobs.  Being an entrepreneur is different – it takes a kind of intense mental and spiritual energy that will exhaust in 90 minutes if you’re doing it right.  There is no way around this.

3.  Mental work needs to be balanced out by physical movement.   If you work all day and don’t exercise, your mind will get burned out, and you’ll click refresh on your screen 100 times a day, space out the whole day, and not get any work done if you’re doing intense mental work like you have to do as an entrepreneur.

4.  You can reset the neurotransmitters in your brain in two ways.  You need 8 hours of sleep, or 15-25 minutes of proper meditation.  I’d choose the meditation, unless you only need to work 90 minutes a day, which especially if you’re new, you probably need a bit more.

5.  If you use these concepts to construct a strategy, you can work hard all day and night when you need to, and work LITERALLY the whole day, like you just woke up from a good night’s sleep.

Here’s my personal energy management strategy:

1.  In the morning, I start the day by getting my most important work done.  I don’t need any kind of meditation when I wake up – my mind is fresh.  I get up, drink a bit of coffee, and hammer out a blog post and some emails – the most productive activities that make you the MOST money (for me) are best completed immediately upon awakening.

2.  I break all of my work into 90 minute segments.  The way I do it, is I have an iPad, I downloaded a free stop watch app.  When I start work, I hit ‘start’ on the stop watch.  When it hits 90 minutes, I stop, no matter what I’m in the middle of.

3.  The first thing I do during my 30 minute break, is something physical for 5-10 minutes.  I like Kung Fu, singing, and dancing.  I’m not good at singing, or dancing, but I sure have gotten a lot better!  You’ll be amazed at how good of shape you’ll get into doing this.

4.  Then I do 20-25 minutes of trancendental meditation.   Trancendental meditation is meditation via rythmic chanting.  I also recommend Holosync, although I don’t feel it can reset you as quickly as transcendental meditation can.

The basic strategy is, sit down with your feet flat on the floor, your back straight and upright (don’t lie down, you’ll fall asleep, and you don’t need it) and then chant something in a rythm for the count of four as you breathe out, and chant it for the count of four as you breathe in.

What you chant doesn’t matter, at all.

Sometimes, Christians and other religious groups have a problem with meditation, like you’re connecting with Satan, or something.  That’s ludicrous.  Jesus never said “thou shalt not meditate”.  I didn’t say to chant the name of Satan - the purpose is to reset your neurotransmitters so you can work more efficiently – if you want, you can take a hebrew phrase from the Bible, and chant that, the only thing that is important is that what you’re chanting isn’t something distracting.

For example, I’ve ran into Christians who also meditate, who chant the Hebrew name of Jesus:

“Yeshua Hamashiach”

Or, you could chant the tetragrammation, which is the four hebrew characters that create the name

‘Jehovah’:

“Yod – Hey – Wod – Hey”

( I think)

Or something nonsensical, like:

“Ahem…. Ahem….”

That works.  The word is irrelevant, the rythmic chanting produces an Alpha-Theta state and re-sets your brain.  Something nonsensical will do.  What has been proven, is in 15-20 minutes, your neurotransmitters will re-set like you just got 8 hours of sleep.

(you still need sleep at night)

5.  Work for another 90 minute cycle, and then repeat the pattern.

Anyways, hope that helps!

That’s what I do, even when I don’t work all day and night.  Why?  Because, I always work, even when I  am not working for money.  I’m not rich and free to sit around and be a fat, lazy ass hole.

I’m rich and free, so I can learn cool stuff.  So right now, I’m spending 4-8 hours a day studying spanish, and I do it in 90 minute cycles, using the strategy above.

Ok – I’m off.

In the last 90 minutes, I’ve:

1.  Uploaded a video
2.  Written this blog post
3.  Sent an email to all of my lists
4.  Created a bunch of leads through social media and stirring up some commotion on Facebook.

What did you do?

Ok, my 90 minutes are done.

Now, it’s time for some Kung Fu!

Dear Healthy Wealth regular or first time visitor, Welcome and wish you best of health .

Death – The Ultimate Healing

“No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away.”

Computer Genius, Steve Jobs Died of Pancreatic Cancer – cancer patients can learn from his experience

It seems be the norm, in the face of total hopelessness, there would be someone who would come and offer you some “magical portions” to try. In this article, one writer mentioned that one ray of hope for Steve Jobs would be the new “magic bullets”,  Sutent and Afinitor. I am not sure if cancer patients need to be optimistic at all. These bullets might just turn out to be fatal bullets – to the patient and not the cancer.

Be Aware ....Not Unaware....CANCER CELLS FEED ON

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY',
BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO
TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

 http://theinnozablog.blogspot.sg/2012/11/i-like-to-blog-it-blog-it.html

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and
prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors..

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including
supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys
rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune
system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Cow Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better
alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water.. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

http://theinnozablog.blogspot.sg/2012/11/i-like-to-blog-it-blog-it.html

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.. Recently,Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life. With love.

You can Stay razor-sharp with good....

To simplify complications is the FIRST essential of success. (Click here)

Your diet decide your sharpness?
Yes! you and I can stay razor-sharp with good diet.

Let us remember for good, you'll find it's easier to maintain a keen memory if you make smarter food choices.

1. Experts (you can be one of them) say low levels of B vitamins can mean poor memory and problem-solving skills. So, let's eat spinach, beets, avocados, asparagus, low-fat cheese, fish, poultry, potatoes (not fried), and beans and you'll get plenty of folate,B12,B6 and thiamin.

2. Do not let an iron deficiency impair your mind. Fabulous iron-rich foods like meat, legumes, and green leafy vegetables will help you concentrate and keep you sharp.

WARNING! Using stimulants like coffee, cacao, dark tea to keep alert will have repercussion like increased blood pressure.

Keep cool and sharp with the nature's produce everyday. Our diet can blunt our memory's sharpness.
