一路走来

徐枫灿有着怎样的经历？

从十多万学子中脱颖而出

她如愿成为飞行学员

徐枫灿出生于1999年

她从小热爱运动

还对动画片中的飞行员充满好奇

2017年6月，高考结束后

一条招飞的短信

让她的人生有了新的方向

“‘飞行员’三个字就像落水的石头一样

顷刻在我心灵上激起了层层波澜”

她觉得机会来了

“是时候为一直所热爱和向往的

天空搏一把了”

徐枫灿报了名

面对极其严苛的选拔条件

她一路过关斩将

从全国超12万高中毕业生中

脱颖而出

进入陆军航空兵学院学习

她在校成绩优异

是陆军首个“初放单飞”女飞行员

入学即入伍

在成为真正的

陆航女飞行员的路上

徐枫灿和战友们经历了重重考验

学校里，她不光要学习

上百门理论课程

还要进行各种特殊课目的训练

徐枫灿也曾被繁重的基础课目

压得喘不过气来

甚至有过想放弃的时候

每当这时，她总是告诉自己

“再挺挺就好了

现在吃的苦

都是给未来铺的路”

4年的学习

徐枫灿的成绩一直靠前

2020年首次单飞考核

按照技术排名

她第一个上场

成为陆军首个初放单飞的女飞行员

毕业时

她又以满分的成绩通过了考核

被分配至南部战区陆军第75集团军某旅

入列就飞直-20

她不停磨砺飞行技术

入列后

徐枫灿成了直-20飞行员

“一起步就开上了最新型”

据了解，直-20系统复杂

对操作的精细度要求高

需要飞行员胆大心细、高度专注

第一次飞行

她就克服高原气流影响

及时修正参数偏差

成功完成了飞行课目

徐枫灿说

“相比于内心的喜悦

我更专注于

徐枫灿还开始在新机型直-10开展训练
