Meditate slowly and pray 🙏.

Psalm 37

1 Do not fret because of those who are evil

    or be envious of those who do wrong;

2 for like the grass they will soon wither,

    like green plants they will soon die away.

3 Trust in the Lord and do good;

    dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

4 Take delight in the Lord,

    and he will give you the desires of your heart.

5 Commit your way to the Lord;

    trust in him and he will do this:

6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,

    your vindication like the noonday sun.

7 Be still before the Lord

    and wait patiently for him;

do not fret when people succeed in their ways,

    when they carry out their wicked schemes.

8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;

    do not fret—it leads only to evil.

9 For those who are evil will be destroyed,

    but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;

    though you look for them, they will not be found.

11 But the meek will inherit the land

    and enjoy peace and prosperity.

12 The wicked plot against the righteous

    and gnash their teeth at them;

13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,

    for he knows their day is coming.

14 The wicked draw the sword

    and bend the bow

to bring down the poor and needy,

    to slay those whose ways are upright.

15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts,

    and their bows will be broken.

16 Better the little that the righteous have

    than the wealth of many wicked;

17 for the power of the wicked will be broken,

    but the Lord upholds the righteous.

18 The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care,

    and their inheritance will endure forever.

19 In times of disaster they will not wither;

    in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

20 But the wicked will perish:

    Though the Lord’s enemies are like the flowers of the field,

    they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke.

21 The wicked borrow and do not repay,

    but the righteous give generously;

22 those the Lord blesses will inherit the land,

    but those he curses will be destroyed.

23 The Lord makes firm the steps

    of the one who delights in him;

24 though he may stumble, he will not fall,

    for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

25 I was young and now I am old,

    yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken

    or their children begging bread.

26 They are always generous and lend freely;

    their children will be a blessing.[b]

27 Turn from evil and do good;

    then you will dwell in the land forever.

28 For the Lord loves the just

    and will not forsake his faithful ones.

Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[c];

    the offspring of the wicked will perish.

29 The righteous will inherit the land

    and dwell in it forever.

30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,

    and their tongues speak what is just.

31 The law of their God is in their hearts;

    their feet do not slip.

32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,

    intent on putting them to death;

33 but the Lord will not leave them in the power of the wicked

    or let them be condemned when brought to trial.

34 Hope in the Lord

    and keep his way.

He will exalt you to inherit the land;

    when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man

    flourishing like a luxuriant native tree,

36 but he soon passed away and was no more;

    though I looked for him, he could not be found.

37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright;

    a future awaits those who seek peace.[d]

38 But all sinners will be destroyed;

    there will be no future[e] for the wicked.

39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;

    he is their stronghold in time of trouble.

40 The Lord helps them and delivers them;

    he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,

    because they take refuge in him.

诗篇 37

1 不要为作恶的心怀不平，也不要嫉妒作恶的人。

2 因为他们如草快要枯干，如青菜快要枯干。

3 你当倚靠耶和华而行善，住在地上，享受安稳的草场。

4 你当以耶和华为乐，他就将你心里所求的赐给你。

5 当将你的道路交托耶和华，倚靠他，他就必成就。

6 他必使你的义报如晨光发光，使你的公义如正午的光辉发光。

7 你当默然在耶和华面前，耐性等候他。不要因人所行的顺利，和恶计得逞的心怀不平。

8 当止住怒气，离弃忿怒；

 不要心怀不平，这只会引来灾祸。

9 因为作恶的必被消灭，惟有仰望耶和华的必承受地土。

10 过不了多久，恶人就不再存在；你就是寻找他们，也找不到。

11 谦卑的人必承受地土，享受太平与繁荣。

12 恶人设谋害义人，向他们咬牙切齿；

13 但耶和华必笑恶人，因为他知道他们受报的日子将到。

14 恶人拔刀上弦，要打倒困苦贫穷的人，要杀害行为正直的人。

15 但他们的手必刺穿自己的心，他们的弓必被折断。

16 义人所有的虽少，胜过许多恶人的财富；

 17 因为恶人的势力必被折断，耶和华却扶持义人。

18 完全人必在耶和华面前安度余生，他们的产业必永远长存。

19 在灾祸的日子，他们不枯干；在饥荒的日子，他们必饱足。

20 恶人却要灭亡。耶和华的仇敌好像野地的花，他们必被消灭，如烟焚烧。

21 恶人借贷而不偿还，义人却慷慨施舍。

22 蒙耶和华赐福的，必承受地土；被他咒诅的，必被消灭。

23 耶和华必使喜爱他的人脚步稳当；

24 他虽然失脚，也不至仆倒，因为耶和华用手扶持他。

 25 我从前年幼，现在年老，

却未见过义人被弃，

也未见过他们的儿女讨饭。

26 他们常施舍，乐意借贷；

他们的儿女也必叫人得福。[b]

27 你若离恶行善，

就必永远居在地上。

28 因为耶和华喜爱义人，

必不离弃他的圣民。

作恶的必被灭绝[c]；恶人的后裔必灭亡。

29 义人必承受地土，

永远居在地上。

30 义人的口说出智慧，

他们的舌头说出公平的事。

31 神的律法在他们心里，

他们的脚必不滑跌。

32 恶人埋伏，想要置义人于死地。

 33 但耶和华必不撇下他们落在恶人的手中，也不让他们受审判的时候被定罪。

34 要仰望耶和华，谨守他的道。他必抬举你，使你承受地土；恶人被灭的时候，你必看见。

35 我曾见过一个恶人，一个残暴的人，他像茂盛的本地树一样茂盛，

36 但他很快就消失了，不再存在；我虽然寻找他，却找不到他。

37 要留意完全人，细察正直人；寻求和平的人必有结局。[d]

38 罪人都要灭亡；恶人必没有结局[e]。

39 义人的救恩是从耶和华而来；他在患难的日子作他们的保障。

40 耶和华必帮助他们，搭救他们；

 他救他们脱离恶人，拯救他们，

因为他们投靠他。

1 bùyào wèi zuò'è de xīnhuái bùpíng, yě bùyào jídù zuò'è de rén.

2 Yīnwèi tāmen rú cǎo kuàiyào kūgān, rú qīngcài kuàiyào kūgān.

3 Nǐ dāng yǐkào yēhéhuá ér xíngshàn, zhù zài dìshàng, xiǎngshòu ānwěn de cǎochǎng.

4 Nǐ dāng yǐ yēhéhuá wéi lè, tā jiù jiāng nǐ xīnlǐ suǒ qiú de cì gěi nǐ.

5 Dāng jiāng nǐ de dàolù jiāo tuō yēhéhuá, yǐkào tā, tā jiù bì chéngjiù.

6 Tā bì shǐ nǐ de yì bào rú chénguāng fāguāng, shǐ nǐ de gōng yì rú zhèngwǔ de guānghuī fāguāng.

10 Guò bu le duōjiǔ, èrén jiù bù zài cúnzài; nǐ jiùshì xúnzhǎo tāmen, yě zhǎo bù dào.

11 Qiānbēi de rén bì chéngshòu de tǔ, xiǎngshòu tàipíng yǔ fánróng.

12 Èrén shè móuhài yì rén, xiàng tāmen yǎoyáqièchǐ;

Méditez lentement et priez 🙏.

Psaume 37

1 Ne vous inquiétez pas à cause des méchants

et n'enviez pas ceux qui font le mal ;

2 car ils se dessèchent comme l'herbe,

ils meurent comme les herbes.

3 Confiez-vous en l'Éternel et pratiquez le bien ;

habitez le pays et profitez d'un pâturage sûr.

4 Faites de l'Éternel vos délices,

et il vous accordera ce que votre cœur désire.

5 Recommande ta voie à l'Éternel ;

confie-toi en lui, et il agira ainsi :

6 Il fera briller ta juste récompense comme l'aurore,

ta justice comme le soleil de midi.

7 Demeurez silencieux devant l'Éternel

et attendez-le patiemment ;

ne vous inquiétez pas lorsque les hommes réussissent dans leurs voies,

lorsqu'ils mettent à exécution leurs plans iniques.

8 Abstenez-vous de la colère et détournez-vous de la fureur ; Ne vous inquiétez pas, cela ne mène qu'au mal.

9 Car les méchants seront détruits,

mais ceux qui espèrent en l'Éternel posséderont le pays.

10 Encore un peu de temps, et les méchants ne seront plus ;

même si vous les cherchez, on ne les trouvera pas.

11 Mais les doux posséderont le pays

et jouiront de la paix et de la prospérité.

12 Les méchants complotent contre les justes

et grincent des dents contre eux ;

13 mais l'Éternel se rit des méchants,

car il sait que leur jour vient.

14 Les méchants tirent l'épée

et bandent l'arc

pour abattre le pauvre et le nécessiteux,

pour faire mourir ceux qui sont droits.

15 Mais leurs épées leur transperceront le cœur,

et leurs arcs seront brisés.

16 Mieux vaut le peu du juste

que la richesse de beaucoup de méchants ; 17 Car la force des méchants sera brisée,

mais l'Éternel soutient les justes.

18 Les hommes intègres passent leurs jours sous la protection de l'Éternel,

et leur héritage subsistera à jamais.

19 Au temps du malheur, ils ne se flétriront pas ;

aux jours de famine, ils seront dans l'abondance.

20 Mais les méchants périront.

Si les ennemis de l'Éternel sont comme les fleurs des champs,

ils seront consumés, ils partiront en fumée.

21 Le méchant emprunte et ne rend pas,

mais le juste donne avec libéralité ;

22 Ceux que l'Éternel bénit posséderont le pays,

mais ceux qu'il maudit seront détruits.

23 L'Éternel affermit les pas

de celui qui prend plaisir en lui ;

24 s'il trébuche, il ne tombera pas,

car l'Éternel le soutient de sa main.

 25 J'étais jeune et maintenant je suis vieux,

mais je n'ai jamais vu le juste abandonné

ni ses enfants mendier leur pain.

26Ils sont toujours généreux et prêtent généreusement ;

leurs enfants seront une bénédiction.

27 Détournez-vous du mal et faites le bien ;

alors vous habiterez le pays pour toujours.

28Car l'Éternel aime les justes

et n'abandonnera pas ses fidèles.

Les malfaiteurs seront entièrement détruits ;

la descendance des méchants périra.

29Les justes posséderont le pays

et y habiteront pour toujours.

30La bouche des justes exprime la sagesse,

et leur langue exprime la justice.

31La loi de leur Dieu est dans leur cœur ;

leurs pieds ne chancellent pas.

32Les méchants guettent les justes,

pour les faire mourir ; 33 Mais le Seigneur ne les abandonnera pas à la puissance des méchants, ni ne les condamnera devant le tribunal.

34 Espère en le Seigneur et garde sa voie. Il t'élèvera pour que tu possèdes le pays ;

quand les méchants seront détruits, tu le verras.

35 J'ai vu un homme méchant et cruel,

florissant comme un arbre indigène luxuriant,

36 mais il a vite disparu et n'était plus ;

je l'ai cherché, mais je ne l'ai pas trouvé.

37 Considérez l'intégrité, observez l'intégrité ;

un avenir est réservé à ceux qui recherchent la paix.

38 Mais tous les pécheurs seront détruits ;

il n'y aura pas d'avenir pour les méchants.

39 Le salut des justeyyugQqs vient du Seigneur ;

il est leur refuge au temps de la détresse.

40 Le Seigneur les aide et les délivre ; Il les délivre des méchants et les sauve, car ils se réfugient en lui.
