God said: "Don't look for a job."

God said: "Don't look for a job." And when he said that he wasn't speaking to your ears, he was speaking to your spirit. Because deep inside, you already know it. Deep inside, something in you has always known that you were not born to chase survival. You were born to build.  You were not placed on this earth to be a slave to a paycheck. God did not shape you in your mother's womb just to have you beg another man for your bread. He anointed you with purpose, with power and with vision. You are not just flesh and bones. You are his creation. You are his child. You were made for more. So, why are you out here begging for permission to live. Why are you looking around for someone to validate your value. That job you are chasing might give you a little money, but it will never give you meaning. That paycheck might pay the rent but it will never unlock your calling. God said,"Don't look for a job." Because he already gave you a gift. He already planted something inside of you that's meant to be poured out into the world. But you've been too distracted to notice. Too distracted by fear. Too distracted by pressure. Too distracted by what everyone else is doing. You've been trained to believe that safety is found in a salary, that stability is found in a title. But that is not faith. That is not trust. That is not obedience. That is bondage. And whom the son sets free, is free indeed. You are not a worker, you are a warrior. You are not a servant to this world, you are a servant of the most high God. And the moment you start chasing jobs is the moment you start asking man to provide what only God can provide. The job was never supposed to be your source. God is your source. He is Jehovah Jireh, your provider. He didn't say "I will provide when the job opens up." He said "I wil provide all your needs according to my riches and glory." He didn't say "Wait on man." He said "Wait on the Lord." And when you wait on him, you don't sit idle. You move in faith. You build you plant. You act. You step out on the water even when the storm is raging. Because if you trust him, he'l make a way in the wilderness. If you follow him, he'll open doors no man can shut. God said, "Don't look for a job", not because work is evil. But because you were made for higher work. Kingdom work. Eternal work. Work that leaves a mark. Work that feeds the hungry. Heals the broken. Builds the next generation. Sets the captives free. But if all you do is show up to a cubicle and punch a clock, you'l never step into the field he prepared for you. You'll never reap the harvest he promised you. You'll never see the miracles he assigned to your hands. Your hands were not created for paperwork. Your hands were created to lift others. To anoint. To sew. To serve. You were made in his image and he's not sitting behind a desk. He's moving mountains. He's splitting seas. He's raising the dead. And he called you to do greater things. But how can you do greater things when you're stuck behind fear. How can you do greater things when you're clinging to the comfortable. God didn't call you to comfort. He called you to courage. To walk by faith not by sight. That job you're waiting on might feel safe but it's a trap. If it keeps you from your assignment, it's a cage. If it keeps you from your call. God said, "Don't look for a job", because he wants you to look within you. Look at the gift he gave you. Look at the fire he placed in your belly. Look at the ideas that won't let you sleep. That vision that haunts you in the middle of the night. That is not just a dream. That is direction. That is divine. That is purpose. Calling you but you've been ignoring it because it doesn't come with a 401. But you've been hiding under the shadow of comfort. Under the shadow of expectations. Under the shadow of lies. And God is saying "Come out!" Come out of the cave. Come out of the small thinking. Come out of the survival mode. You were made for impact. You were made to dominion. You were made to own, to create, to reign. He gave you dominion over the earth, not to be a worker in the field. But to be a steward of the field. To plant vineyards, you didn't beg for. To harvest blessings, you didn't toil for. You were born with something sacred planted inside of you. Something too great to be contained by someone else's rules, policies, or company handbook. And that something is your divine calling. It is not a career path you stumble into. It is a divine assignment you were born for. But the world doesn't want you to know that. The world wants you to believe you need their validation to be valuable. It trains you to look outside of yourself for meaning. It trains you to seek approval to fit in. To shrink your vision until it fits in a job description. But God didn't make you in his image, so you could shrink. He made you to shine. To lead. To shift atmospheres. To leave a mark. Your calling is not something you earn. It is something you already carry. It's been in you since before you took your first breath. That restlessness you feel. That's your soul crying out for purpose. That's your spirit trying to remind you that you were created for more. You see jobs will come and go. Companies rise and fall. But your calling stands. Your calling is eternal. Your calling is tied to people. People waiting for your voice, your message, your service, your breakthrough. Someone out there is praying for what God put in you. But if you spend your life chasing jobs, chasing promotions, chasing  safety, you may never deliver what you were sent here to release. And that is what the enemy wants. He wants you distracted. He wants you drained. He wants you working just hard enough to forget you were made for more. But hear this. God did not place you here to fit in. God placed you here to fulfill. Fulfill his vision. Fulfill your purpose. Fulfill your assignment. And when you walk in your calling, everything shifts. You don't beg anymore. You don't chase anymore. You attract. You influence. You create. You build. Your calling is not about what's trending. It is about what is timeless. It is not about job security. It is about sole responsibility. There is something only you can do. Something only you can carry. Something God trusted you with. So, why would you trade that for a paycheck. Why would you trade eternal impact for temporary security. Let the world chase titles. Let the world chase money. But you chase purpose. You chase obedience. You chase the voice of God. Because when you follow him, you don't need to chase  opportunities. They find you. They follow you. They recognize the oil on your life. That is the difference between a job and a calling. A job uses your hands. A calling uses your whole being. A job gives you tasks. A calling gives you purpose. A job might pay your bills. But your calling, it pays generations. It is time to stop chasing what was never meant to hold you. It is time to rise into what was meant to be fulfilled through you. The world is waiting on you to answer the call. Not tomorrow. Not when it is comfortable. Right now because that is what you were created for. Stop asking man for what only God can provide. You are wearing yourself out trying to get people to give you what they were never designed to carry. You are  exhausting your spirit chasing approval. Chasing validation. Chasing opportunities from people who can't even see the fullness of what God put inside you. They can't see your anointing. They do not recognize your assignment. They were not there when God spoke over your life. So, why are you begging them to open doors they do not even have the keys to. Why are you shrinking your vision just to fit into their comfort zone. Man is limited. Man will fail. Man will forget. But God is faithful. God is your source. God is your way maker. He is the one who formed you, who called you, who sustained you. And the moment you place your faith in man, you step out of alignment with heaven. That is why it feels like nothing works. That is why you keep hitting walls. Because you are trying to force something to  happen in your own strength when God is saying "Be still and know that l am God." You've been chasing people who don't have the capacity to carry you. You have been chasing systems that were not designed to sustain you. But God is saying, "Come back to me. I am your source. I am your strength. I am your provider." The job is not your provider. Your boss is not your provider. Your clients are not your provider. Only God is your provider. And when you truly believe that you stop living in fear. You stop panicking when things fall apart. Because you know that your provision is not tied to the world. It is tied to the word God said, "I will supply all your needs according to my riches and glory." Not according to your resume. Not according to your status. According to his riches and his supply never runs dry. But we keep going back to broken cisterns. Trying to draw water from empty wells. We try to impress people so they will like us, help us, promote us. But man can only give what man has and what you need is supernatural. What you need is divine. You need peace that surpasses understanding, joy that does not come from circumstance, strength that does not break under pressure, direction that does not depend on opinions. And that only comes from God. When you ask man for , get people to believe in. You believe in yourself the way God believes in you. Stop trying to convince others to invest in your dream. Invest your faith in the one who gave you the dream. God does not need a committee to bless you. He does not need permission to elevate you. When God says it's time, nothing can stop it. Not man. Not fear. Not rejection. But you have got to stop placing your hope in flesh. Flesh is temporary. Flesh is flawed. But God is eternal, perfect and true. So, go back to the source. Cry out to him. Lean on him. Trust him like never before because he is the only one who can fill the void. He is the only one who knows what you truly need. He is the only one who won't fail you. And when you stop asking man for what only God can provide, you step into a new level of peace, power, and provision. You stop striving and start soaring. You stop begging and start building because you finally understand who your Heavenly Father is. And that he has already made a way. You carry something greater than a resume. You carry an anointing. A resume lists what you've done, but your anointing reveals who you were born to be. A resume can open doors in the natural but anointing moves mountains in the spiritual. And too many people are walking around trying to convince others they're qualified when God already said "I called you." God does not anoint paper, he anoints people. He does not care about bullet points or job titles. He cares about obedience, character, and surrender. Your anointing is not based on university degrees or experience. It is based on the fire inside you that was placed there by heaven itself. When you walk into a room, you're not walking in with just credentials. You are walking in with authority. The kind of authority that shifts atmospheres. That silences fear. That breaks chains. That is what the anointing does. It is invisible but undeniable. You do not have to announce it. People feel it. They sense something different about you. That is because when you're anointed, you don't just speak. You pierce. You don't just work, you transform. They can't touch what God has covered. They can deny your qualifications but they cannot deny your anointing because your anointing did not come from man. It came from the throne room of heaven. And what heaven ordains, no man can undo. That oil on your life is the reason you made it through things that should have destroyed you. It is the reason you walked through fire and came out with more faith. More power. More wisdom. The anointing kept you. The anointing taught you. The anointing elevated you when no one else believed in you. And now, it is time to stop minimizing what you carry. Stop shrinking to fit into spaces that were never built for your power. Stop trying to explain yourself to people who can't comprehend the  assignment on your life. You don't need everyone to understand you. You need to walk in the truth that you are chosen, covered and sent. There is a divine mission on your life. there is a calling that reaches beyond job titles and into kingdom territory. You were not created to be average. You were created to be anointed and that anointing comes with responsibility. It is not for show. It is for service. It is not about spotlight. It is about surrender. Because when you are  truly anointed, you understand it's not about you. It is about what God wants to do through you. He gave you that oil to break chains. To set captives free. To speak life. To carry light in dark places. And wherever you go, the anointing goes with you. It goes into meetings. It goes into interviews. It goes into difficult conversations, silent battles, and   unspoken prayers. It is your unseen weapon. Your divine advantage. So, stop chasing validation. Stop worrying about who's hiring, who's watching or who's opening doors. Start trusting the One who gave you the oil. Because when he is for you, it does not matter who overlooks you. You are not just another applicant. You are anointed. You are not just a name on paper. You are chosen and when the time is right, what you carry will speak louder than any resume ever could. Comfort is the enemy of calling. It whispers lies to your potential and change you to the familiar. Comfort tells you to stay where it's safe even when God is calling you into the unknown. And it convinces you that settling is better than stretching, that staying in the boat is better than walking on water. But nothing God ever called great started in comfort. Moses had to confront Pharaoh. Esther had to risk her life. David had to fight giants. And Jesus had to carry a cross. Your calling will never be fulfilled inside the walls of comfort. Because comfort does not require faith. Comfort does not challenge you to grow. It does not push you to pray. It does not force you to depend on God. It allows you to exist but it never allows you to expand. And the enemy loves when you're comfortable. Because comfortable people don't change the world. Comfortable  people do not shake kingdoms or break generational chains. They live quiet lives of routine never realizing that greatness is one uncomfortable decision away. That dream in your heart. That fire that keeps waking you up at night. It is not meant to be nurtured in safety. It is meant to be forged in fire. Your calling will stretch you, confront your fears and demand your faith. It will take you places. Your resume can't places your logic, does not understand and that is the point. If it made sense, it wouldn't require surrender. If it felt safe, it wouldn't be supernatural. God will always call you into something that forces you to rely on him. Not your comfort zone, that place you're clinging to, just because it is predictable is the very thing that might be killing your growth. Yes, it pays the bills. Yes, it is familiar. But is it your assignment. Is it your purpose. Are you thriving or just surviving. You were not created to stay in shallow water. You were made to launch into the deep. But to do that, you have got to let go of the dock. Let go of people who only support the version of you that stays small. Let go of routines that numb your spirit. Let go of excuses that mask your fear. God did not bring you this far to keep you comfortable. He brought you here to transform you. To stretch your faith. To prepare you for something greater. And the road to greater is never paved in ease. It is paved in obedience. Sometimes that obedience will look like walking away from what looks good but isn't God. Sometimes it look like saying "yes" when everything in you wants to say "no". But when you push past comfort, you step into purpose. When you say "yes" to the uncomfortable, you say "yes" to God's favor, God's provision, and God's power. That is where miracles happen not in the safe places but in the surrendered places. The moment you stop letting comfort dictate your choices is the moment you start living with divine momentum. Everything God has for you is on the other side of your comfort zone. Your healing. Your breakthrough. Your impact. It is all waiting for you to move, to take the step to trust the call. So, do not settle. Do not sit in the easy chair of routine while your calling goes unanswered. Get up. Move forward. Embrace the discomfort because that is where transformation begins. You were not made to coast. You were made to conquer. And if you are feeling the tension between comfort and calling, it means God is pulling you higher. Let him. Because where he is taking you, comfort can't come. Only courage. Only faith.  Don't chase crumbs when God has prepared a kingdom. You were never meant to beg for the bare minimum to live on leftovers or to survive off of scraps. Tossed by people who barely see your worth. You are a child of the most high God, not an orphan in the streets of doubt and desperation. Yet, and too many people are living like they have no inheritance. They settling for toxic relationships, dead-end jobs, shallow friendships and surface level of faith. All because they have forgotten who they are and what God promised. Crumbs come from desperation. But the kingdom of heaven is reserved for sons and daughters who know they belong. You do not have to fight for what is already yours. You do not have to manipulate, beg, or chase people to recognize what heaven already confirmed. God does not need man's permission to bless you. He does not require anyone's validation to fulfill the promise over your life. He is not asking others if you are qualified when he called you. He already factored in your flaws, your failures, and your fears. And still he chose you. Still he prepared a table in the presence of your enemies. But you can't sit at that table, if you are still crawling under it picking up crumbs and calling them provision. You can't walk in your destiny if you are still camped out in places where you are tolerated but not celebrated. The world will offer you crumbs, temporary comfort, shallow approval, fleeting attention, but God offers you His kingdom. That is identity. That is purpose. That is overflow. That is peace. That makes no sense and favor. That can't be explained but here is the truth. You can't claim the kingdom while clinging to crumbs. You can't move forward while looking backward. You can't receive more when your hands are still full of what is less. At some point, you got to decide. That you are done settling. That you are done chasing what does not feed your spirit. That you are done entertaining places, people, and patterns that God already told you to walk away from. Because when you keep going back to crumbs, it shows God you do not trust what he has prepared. It shows you are still trying to control what only he can complete. But God does not give according to your fear. He gives according to his glory. He gives in abundance, in fullness, in overflow and you do not have to compete for it. You just have to align with it. That means saying "no" to what looks good. In order to wait for what is God. That means trusting the process even when the table is not in sight. Because just like Joseph went from prison to palace. And David went from fields to throne. Your story is not over just because it started small. The crumbs are never the end of the story. They are just a test. Before the feast, will you trust God. When it looks like nothing, will you hold on. When you are tired of waiting, will you believe that something greater is still ahead. Even when everyone else is settling. That is where the difference lies. In the waiting. In the surrender. In the refusal to chase crumbs when you know you were born for more. God does not tease his children. He prepares them. He stretches them. He shapes them into the kind of vessel that can carry what he is about to pour out. So, do not lose heart. Do not lose focus. Do not bow to the pressure of crumbs. Lift your head. Straighten your back and walk like you have got a seat in the kingdom. Because you do. And when you stop chasing the crumbs of this world, you start walking into the feast of his purpose. You stop living in lack and step into legacy. You stop surviving and start thriving. Because what God has for you is not small. It is royal. It is sacred. And it is already follow it's not just a comforting phrase. It is a divine order. A spiritual law. A principle that unlocks heaven's flow in your life. When you put God first, you do not have to chase things. They begin to chase you. Peace begins to find you. Opportunities begin to locate you. Doors begin to open that no man can shut. But the problem is we have been conditioned to seek everything but God. We seek money. We seek recognition. We seek status. Waiting , seek God first and everything else will be added to you. Relationships, influence, hoping that once we get those things then we'll have time for God. But it never works that way. Because what you place first, determines what rules over your life. And when you put anything before God, you invite confusion, chaos, and emptiness into places that were meant to be filled with clarity, order, and divine purpose. God is not a last resort. He is the foundation. He is the source. He is the center that everything else is supposed to revolve around. If you try to build your life around anything else, it will crumble. If you try to make decisions without his wisdom, you'll keep finding yourself stuck in cycles. You were never meant to repeat. But when you seek God first, not second, not when you have time, not after you try everything else. When you put God first, everything else begins to fall into divine alignment. Your mind calms. Your spirit strengthens. Your vision clears. You start to understand that what you were chasing was not what you needed. It was a distraction from what really mattered. And what matters most is not what you have. But who you have. When you have God, you have access to everything. Peace that can't be stolen. Joy that does not fade. Provision that does not dry up. And favor that man can't explain. God is not withholding blessings from you. He is waiting for you to prioritize him above the blessings. Because the blessings without the One who blesses will always leave you empty. But when you have him, you lack nothing. The key is focus. Where is your focus? Are your eyes locked on the storm or the Savior? Are you chasing things or chasing him? Are you seeking applause or seeking his voice? The world tells you to grind   hustle and go after everything. But the kingdom of God says "Be still and know." It says "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." It says "Delight   yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart." The order matters. Seek him first, then everything else follows. Do not worry about the timing. Do not worry about now. It'II happen. Your job is to seek, trust, obey. His job is to provide, lead, fulfill. And he is faithful every single time. You won't always understand the route. You won't always see the fruit right away. But God is never late. He is working while you are worshiping Him. He is aligning things behind the scenes that you have not even prayed for yet. But it all begins with seeking him not just with your lips but with your life. Making God the first voice you listen to. Making God the center of your plans. Giving God your "yes" before you even know the full assignment. Because when you give God your first, he'll take care of the rest. So you do not have to manipulate what God has already promised. You do not have to force what heaven has already ordained. Just keep seeking him. Keep loving him. Keep walking with him and you watch how everything else starts to find you. At the right time. In the right way with the kind of peace that only comes when God is always your first priority and source in life journey.  You can thank God , amen.
