Avocado can do you good, baby.

Avocado Nutrition Structure/Function Statements
Avocados contain 81 micrograms of the carotenoid lutein, which some studies suggest may help maintain healthy eyes.

Avocados are included in Fruits & Veggies-More Matters™ consumer educational program to promote increased consumption of fruits and vegetables for good health.

Avocados contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds that can contribute to the nutrient quality of your diet.

Avocados, due to their mono and polyunsaturated fat content, are a healthy substitution for foods rich in saturated fat.
One-fifth of a medium avocado (1 oz) has 50 calories and contributes nearly 20 vitamins and minerals making it a good nutrient choice.

Avocados contain 76 milligrams beta-sitosterol in a 3-oz serving of avocado. Beta-sitosterol is a natural plant sterol which may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Avocados and Babies
The avocado's smooth, creamy consistency makes it one of the first fresh fruits a baby can enjoy. Sodium- and cholesterol- free, avocados contain valuable nutrients including 8% of the recommended Daily Value (DV) for folate; 4% DV for fiber and potassium, 4% DV for vitamin E; and 2% DV for iron. A serving of avocado also contains 81 micrograms of the carotenoid lutein and 19 micrograms of beta-carotene. Per serving, avocados have 3.5 grams of unsaturated fats, which are known to be important for normal growth and development of the central nervous system and brain.

Avocados Nutrient Profile:
One-fifth of a medium avocado, or about one ounce, has 50 calories and contributes nearly 20 beneficial nutrients to the diet.
Avocados contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are thought to help prevent many chronic diseases.
Avocados contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, including 4% of the recommended Daily Value (DV) for vitamin E, 4% vitamin C, 8% folate, 4% fiber, 2% iron, 4% potassium, with 81 micrograms of lutein and 19 micrograms of beta-carotene.
Avocados act as a "nutrient booster" by enabling the body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients, such as alpha- and beta-carotene as well as lutein, in foods that are eaten with the fruit.

Avocados and Heart Disease:
Avocados can help consumers meet the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association, which are to eat a diet that is low to moderate in fat. The fats should be primarily unsaturated and low in saturated fat and cholesterol. The avocado is virtually the only fruit that has monounsaturated fat.
Avocados help assist consumers in meeting a major dietary goal of reducing saturated fat in the diet, when they are consumed in place of saturated-fat containing foods.

Avocado and Weight Loss/Maintenance:
When used instead of other fats, avocados contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients and can be part of a calorie-reduced diet.
Avocados can be a satisfying addition to a calorie-reduced diet, when they are eaten in lieu of other fats.
When enjoyed in place of other fats, avocados can be a satisfying addition to a calorie-controlled diet.

Spread and Dip Nutritional Comparison for Fresh Avocados:
Fresh avocado on sandwiches and toast or substituted as a spread in place of many other popular foods may help reduce dietary intake of calories, fat, saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol.

Want to reduce your cholesterol intake? Try fresh avocado on sandwiches and toast or substitute as a spread in place of many other popular foods to reduce your intake of cholesterol, calories, fat, saturated fat, and sodium.
Looking for a twist on spreads and dips? A 1-ounce serving of fresh avocados contain 0mg of cholesterol, 0mg of sodium, 0.5g saturated fat. See the chart below for examples of how fresh avocados are a great substitute on sandwiches, toast or substituted as a spread in place of many other popular foods.
Try fresh avocado on sandwiches and toast in place of many other popular foods to reduce your intake of cholesterol, calories, fat, saturated fat, and sodium.

Nutritional values are for the item listed only; not as consumed with other foods or ingredients.
Avocados and Lutein:
Avocados are a good way to get more lutein in the diet. An ounce of avocado contains 81 micrograms of lutein. Lutein has been shown to be concentrated in the macula of the eye, and research suggests that it may help maintain healthy eyesight as we age.
Lutein is a natural antioxidant that may help maintain eye health as we get older. By adding avocado to foods like salads, salsa, soups or sandwiches you can get more of the phytonutrient lutein in your diet.

Dr Charlie Teo, from Channel 7's Last Chance Surgery, says it's better to avoid electro-magnetic radiation

Surgeon warns of electromagnetic radiation

Global study: Mobile cancer link
Mobiles: How much radiation is there?

BRAIN cancer surgeon Charlie Teo has urged people to put mobile phones on loudspeaker, move clock radios to the foot of the bed and wait until microwaves have finished beeping before opening them.

The controversial Sydney specialist told a Melbourne fundraiser that although the jury was still out on mobile phones and other forms of electromagnetic radiation, we should not take risks.
"Even though the jury's not in, just to err on the side of safety I would try and limit the amount of electromagnetic radiation that you're exposed to," he said.

"The American government, for example, recommend that all electrical appliances should be put at the foot of the bed and not the head of the bed.

"Electric blankets should be turned off before you get in bed and definitely wait for those five beeps before you open the microwave.

"With the mobile phone I encourage you to put it on loudspeaker and step outside rather than sticking it up to your brain."

Dr Teo, who tackles tumours other surgeons deem inoperable, said some hair dyes, particularly red, could also cause brain cancer in people with a predisposition.

"The body needs some genetic predisposition. The hair dye, the mobile phone, they're just catalysts but you probably need some sort of genetic aberration to get the cancer in the first place," he said.

Fast cancers

Dr Teo, who stars in Channel Seven's Last Chance Surgery, was in Melbourne last week for the Blackwood8 fundraiser at Croydon golf club.

The group was founded by family and friends of Sally White, a patient of Dr Teo's whose outlook has improved dramatically.

Dr Teo said while breast cancer doubled its cell numbers in weeks or months, the quickest brain cancers took just 16 hours.

No age group was immune and the incidence of brain tumours was growing.

"It's increasing in frequency both in this country and developing countries and it used to be ranked out of the top 10 but it's just joined the top 10 most common cancers," he said.

Recent studies have raised alarm bells about mobile phones.

An unreleased World Health Organisation study reportedly found "a significantly increased risk" of some brain tumours related to use of mobile phones for 10 years or more.

A Suleyman Demirel University study in Turkey also found wearing a mobile phone on your belt may lead to decreased bone density in an area of the pelvis commonly used for bone grafts.
Dr Teo said there had been some advancements in treating tumours, like microwave therapy and putting chemotherapy directly into a tumour. A healthy diet, meditation and positive thought could also be beneficial.

"We believe that they probably boost the immune system," he said.

Dr Teo's tips to reduce brain tumour risks

- Get eight hours sleep a night and eat well to boost your immune system
- Keep electrical appliances like clock radios at the foot of the bed
- Turn electric blankets off before retiring
- Put mobile phones on hands-free
- Wait until the microwave finishes beeping before opening it

I think this is just about the best advise I've heard: in the absence of concrete evidence either way, err on the side of caution. I'd be interested to hear Charlie's view on wireless internet connections, that are now just about everywhere. Are they potentially dangerous, or are they a completeley different type of thing?

Mobile phones, as with any radio wave transmitting device, should be labelled "minimun exposure is prudent".. but they never will; users quote 'convenience' as the #1 reason for using wireless, and that's just pure laziness.

No one has the answers, but the decision is simple. You either follow the thought pattern below: Avoid pesticides (Eat Organic) Don't use microwaves Try meditate Avoid Sodium Laureth Sulfate Avoid food preservatives Do not eat margarine Filter your water very well. and so on... If you believe it, follow it, like I do. If you don't believe it, then keep using microwaves and doing what you do. Cancer may be just a roll of the dice.? Who knows? Not me.

Agree with neurodoc. Charlie i admire your work but be part of the scientific solution, not just the vocal one. I appreciate the connection but no-one is able to categorically prove the connection, nor make the effort to do so. Literature searches don't save lives research does. The beeps mean that the thing has finished. If it was dangerous to open the door there would be locks on them until you hit a "stop button. Hair colouring use a colour and peroxide. The enter the hair-dead tissue by the way- and stay there. Doomsayers have littered the Internet with unfounded pseudoscience. Red dyes is another one. There is more risk from getting diesal on your hand at the servo, yet none of you wear gloves to fill up.

U r right Steve - it is so easy to dismiss advice because there is always a greedy lawyer and ppl crying that they didn't know... Ppl are still trying it with cigarettes! And watching gluttonous eaters and boozers cry that the heart disease crept up on them or their kidneys just failed, no warning. I had a clock radio near my bed and didn't link it to the difficulty in breathing and palpitations I got when trying to sleep... One day I unplugged it while cleaning and forgot to plug it back in... Night one - no palpitations... I left it out. One day out of interest I plugged it back in...you guessed it, the problems came back... If one device can disrupt my heart in such a way, imagine 9 hours a night, 365 days of the year....

He is a neurosurgeon and a very good one too. But he is not a researcher into the cause of brain tumours and he - at least in this article - does not validate his comments with evidence. Technical gadgets are frightening to people who don't understand how they work. And a neurosurgoen like Dr Teo, who enjoys a very popular status certainly can add to such anxiety. Hairdryers create an electromagnetic field which is amongst the strongest if not the strongest of all house hold appliances. However they have been around forever, people grew up with them ( putting them close to their head, just like mobile phones) and think they understand how they work. Therefor they must be much safer than mobile phones or other more modern stuff.

The moniker "Controversial specialist" is the most accurate statement in this article. For some rational perspective on risk taking Dr Teo rides a motorcycle. Note also that microwaves travel at the speed of light, so one would have to open the door very fast indeed if the microwaves were still "diffusing". Accepting that Dr Teo may have been quoted out of context, I suggest Dr Teo studies the evidence before he speaks on electromagnetic radiation to lay people, and while he is at it allow himself to become involved in existing academic peer review and clinical governance programs. This will be important for optimal patient outcomes.

The government won't have to worry about young ones of today living a long while with all these modern cons. I guess that is why my mum is still alive at 92 because she did not have all these thing s when she was young. Oh and by the way she is still dying her hair blond not red. I do believe it is in the genes. Good luck everyone as I think that is what you need these days and lots of it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't seriously believe people are so stupid as to believe there is "residual radiation" in a microwave after it stops. It's electro-magnetic radiation that propagates at (300,000 kms/sec) LIGHT SPEED! It's like saying there is still "residual" light in a room 1-5 seconds after you flick the light-switch!

We have an early 80s microwave that has no '5 beep warning' all it has is a bell when the dial reaches 0 minutes. I never wait for that bell because most of the time I only want to heat something for less than a minute, so I just open the door mid-heating session. Is that bad for me?

Perhaps waiting for the 5 microwave beeps is a way to delay close proximity to components within the microwave that may still be emitting radiation in the initial moments after the heating/cooking process has stopped. Red hair dye might sound stupid, but then again I'm no brain surgeon - this guys is, so I'm more inclined to listen than ingore. Lucky for me I'm a Ranga.

Its not until you've had cancer that you really sit up and take notice of these stories. The problem with defining what causes cancer is that there are so many environmental factors at play, its hard to prove any one of them might have an influence above the rest. If a promient brain surgeon says don't use red hair dye or use your mobile phone too much, its because he wants to see less people get the disease. He's not getting sponsored by anyone to say these things.

Red of Sydney - hair dyes have been implicated in a number of different cancers, particularly bladder and brain, with those who use permanent dyes frequently (10 times a year) at a high risk of developing bladder cancer. There are plenty of research articles to back this up.

The beeps indicate that there is still residual microwave radiation inside. Opening the door before the beeps finish doesn't give enough time for the residual radiation to diffuse.

Can someone please explain what the five beeps on the microwave means? I assumed that it was simply an audible signal that the timer had finished. Surely when the power turns off i.e. the microwave stops cooking and therefore there is no issue? Can some technical person please answer this question?

Water Cure and Mammography Debate

When I discovered that water is a better natural medication for a host of disease conditions than anything the drug industry has to offer, I wrote the book Your Body's Many Cries for Water for the public. Because the relevant authorities (which I had approached) don't want to disseminate this simple discovery to the public. I just left them to their own agendas and carry on this personal crusade to make known this discovery of water-cure many diseases, for free.

The Mammography Debate, Part II

Sunday, 29 November 2009

Last week we began a discussion of the new USPSTF recommendations on breast cancer screening. We conclude, with references, this week.

Barbara Brenner of the San Francisco-based group, Breast Cancer Action (BCA), is one of the rare leaders who has come out in support of the USPSTF recommendations. She says that the new recommendations would simply bring the US in line with most European countries, and hailed the USPSTF panel's results. A BCA spokesperson told me that they have been deluged with comments from their members, not all of them supportive. (Note: I am a scientific advisor to Breast Cancer Action.) A lot of people are really upset by the loss of security that mammography provides.

Brenner raises the point that some patients, who have been led to believe that mammography is a safe and effective way of reducing their risk of cancer, will see this as an attack on themselves, or at least a threatened reduction in their healthcare coverage. This is particularly so with women whose tumors were first discovered via mammograms or breast self-examination (BSE). Yet Brenner comments:

"Some people will be upset because their breast cancer was found on a mammogram that would not have happened under the new guidelines. Some people will be confused because they don't understand what the downsides could possibly be to the early detection of breast cancer. It's very difficult for people to ignore their personal situations in thinking about what should happen as a matter of policy. But emerging science tells us that we need to try to do that if we're going to get to the best place in terms of both reducing deaths from breast cancer and minimizing the harms that occur when we do mammography screening."

Patients - including those who may feel they have benefited from BSE or mammography-need to reflect that all medical procedures carry risks as well as benefits. So what is the potential harm of near-universal screening mammography? Brenner highlights four problem areas:

1. False negative results: These occur when a mammogram indicates that a woman is without cancer, yet it is actually present. (This is what happened to New York Times author Gail Collins, as she reported in a recent column on the controversy.)

2. False positives results: The mammogram indicates a problem, yet a subsequent biopsy (tissue sample) shows that there is no cancer present. A big relief-but the whole experience results in fear, stress, expense, and physical and emotional scarring.

3. Mammography involves x-rays and x-rays have been called the "complete carcinogen," because they can both initiate and promote cancer growth. A few years ago, researchers at Columbia University wrote: "There is evidence that low energy X rays as used in mammographic screening produce an increased biological risk per unit dose relative to higher energy photons. At low doses, the increased risk appears to be of a factor of 2….For older women, the benefit is still likely to outweigh the radiation risk. For women less than 50 years of age, however, this increase in the estimated radiation risk might indicate a somewhat later age than currently suggested, by about 5 to10 years, at which to recommend commencement of routine breast screening" (Brenner 2002).

4. Overdiagnosis of "pseudo-malignancies," i.e., the discovery of non-malignant abnormalities that would never progress to outright cancer. Finding pseudo-malignancies swells the ranks of "cancer survivors," swelling the ranks and coffers of various non-profit agencies. Adding pseudo-malignancies to real cancers also has the side effect of improving the alleged "cure rate" of the disease. That's because almost all of these people will be "cured" (albeit of a disease that they did not really have). But without mammograms these people would never have known they had a non-consequential slight abnormality. My favorite author on the topic is H. Gilbert Welch, MD, MPH, Professor of Medicine and Community and Family Medicine, Dartmouth Medical School, and author of Should I Be Tested for Cancer? Maybe Not, and Here's Why

In the past, the National Cancer Institute (NCI), the American Cancer Society (ACS), and the American College of Radiology (ACR) all recommended annual mammography for all women over the age of 40. The statistic that was most commonly quoted is that by detecting breast cancer early, before it has become large enough to be clinically apparent as an obvious lump in the breast, mammography reduces the mortality rate from breast cancer by 20 to 30 percent. So fixed has this statistic become in the minds of women, the medical profession and the media that by repetition alone it has now attained the status of unimpeachable fact. A closer examination of the data yields a somewhat less certain picture. The benefits of mammography are much smaller than we've been led to believe.

Professor Samuel Epstein, MD, professor emeritus of Environmental and Occupational Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Public Health, and Chairman of the Cancer Prevention Coalition has tirelessly drawn attention to the radiation risks of screening mammography, has pointed out that sobering fact that over a period of 10 years, a pre-menopausal woman undergoing annual mammograms receives almost half the dose of radiation that was measurable within a mile of the Hiroshima bomb epicenter. (Note: I am a board member of the CPC.)

I too have been a long-time skeptic on the benefits of routine mammography. In my book The Cancer Industry (published as the Cancer Syndrome in 1980) I wrote critically about this mass screening program. I thought it would do more harm than good. In particular, I wrote about the work of John Bailar, MD, editor of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, and his early and vociferous opposition to the mammography program.

A few months ago I also published a Special Report on Mammography, Biopsy and the Detection of Breast Cancer. Here is what Joel Evans, MD, founder and director of The Center for Women's Health, Darien, CT, and assistant clinical professor, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University, New York said about my report:

"Ralph Moss has written a scholarly and frightening treatise that is a 'must read' for both the general public and all health professionals. It has the capacity to transform our approach to breast cancer screening and diagnosis. It is a remarkable gift to the women of the world."

We are now offering this report for $9.95, half the usual price. To order our special mammography report, please click here.

Our children need enough water and salt daily to grow healthy.

http://theinnozablog.blogspot.com/2009/04/beat-hfmd-with-water-cure-again.html

Bali:crafted sea salt

From Wave to Crystal Grain

The process of making hand crafted sea salt.
The production of premium sea salt takes time and attention to detail.

Each small batch of sea salt requires weeks of hard panning and grading to produce the perfect grain.

Our quality is a testimonial to the artisan nature of this age-old craft.

Black sand beaches are raked smooth with handmade tools of bamboo and palm.

Copper vessels sprinkle seawater over the waiting beds. The seed of sea salt has been planted.

The equatorial sun vakes the sand into crisp flakes which are harvested in the cool of the evening. In the flakes of sand the salt had been preserved through evaporation.

Fresh water is poured over the black sand to create a pure and natural brine.

The brine is filtered and left to evaporate in traditional palm wood tables.

The resulting grains of salt are then rebrined and evaporated to ensure pure white sea salt of the highest quality.

Water cured my asthma.

Water cured N.B of asthma.

I will write you a formal letter but I wanted to thank you for your water cure. I have suffered with asthma for the last five years and have tried many natural ways to get rid of it or at least to get improvement. I have needed the inhaler at least two times per day and would wake up wheezing pretty near every morning. I did your cure for two weeks but still drank green tea ( I love my caffeine ); it did not work. I quit tea last Sunday and the asthma cleared up immediately. I only need the inhaler for hard exercise (ju jitsu class), and I wake up with no wheezing and no need for medication. I even put the water cure on our website, as I am so impressed even at this early time. I know you are onto something.

Thank you, and I am telling all of my family.
Thank you,
N.B.

Andrew J. Bauman saved by water-cure

Real life testimony on Water Cure Protocol.

Note: Unlike all the other letters which have been edited only for their names to protect people from excessive calls, I use Andrew's full name in the letter that follows to leave no doubt that such a person does exist. He lives in New York and is now studying Chinese medicine. Andrew Bauman's history of illness is unique in the way it illustrates the sequence of physiological events that take place when the human body becomes persistently dehydrated. When you read his letter, you will begin to realize the connection between so many "disease conditions" and gradually establishing dehydration, and more importantly, the emerging connection of major health issues to one another.

In him, the dehydration of early childhood revealed itself in the form of allergies and proceeded to manifest as diabetes, asthma, immune suppression and repeated infections, vascular disease, and eventually cutaneous B-cell lymphoma. In the established trends of modern medicine, Andrew had to go from one doctor to another and one hospital to another for the symptomatic treatment of his various health problems. Ultimately, his treatment included being X-ray -roasted and he sustained extensive burns. Until he refused further treatment, they, the doctors, continue his X-ray -roasting to kill his cancer cells. Fortunately he realized that he would more readily die from his treatment protocol than from his variety of health problems.

About two week ago (April 2003), I received an elated call from Andrew. He has just undergone extensive examination and investigation to see if he is still cancer-free. He got a clean bill of health. His "traditional" doctors were flummoxed and wanted to know how he had done it. Apparently, it is unheard of for his kind of lymphoma not to recur in six years. He proceeded to explain to them the water cure protocol!
Here is the detailed history of his dehydration diseases.

Let me also explain the reason why Andrew was contracting so many infections. Histamine is the primary water regulator of the human body. It is also a primary immune system regulator. But when histamine gets engaged in water regulation of the human body, it automatically suppresses the immune system at the bone marrow level of activity. It has to do it; otherwise dehydration would constantly cause immune system flare-up. This is the natural design of the human body to conserve the immune system for serious infections and not waste its resources when the human body is dehydrated.

His diseases: Lymphoma; Allergies; Asthma; Diabetes; Immune System Suppression; Diabetic Neuropathy:

(Letter dated,March 2003)(It was a long letter. You may like to print out for reference later)

My name is Andrew J.Bauman,IV, and I am 42 years young, yet at age 34 I felt and looked like I was at least 44! Most of my life has been spent battling illness and disease, whereas now I celebrate each moment of each day with a renewed vigor and vitality. I used to be chronically dehydrated and now I know better.

I was born on October 29, 1956, in Taylor, PA, in a small hospital near Scranton in Northeast Pennsylvania. My parents lovingly cared for me -- including having me vaccinated. I was reared on infant formula and later cereal, juices, and a small amount of water when I would cry from colic. After my first polio vaccine, I became
mysteriously paralyzed from the waist down. Specialists were puzzled, yet diagnosed "Aborted Polio." It left as suddenly as it appeared. When I received a booster dose of the vaccine at around age 5 in first grade, the paralysis returned. Months of hospitalization and bed rest resulted in my gaining weight. I mostly ate my meals and had visitors, drank soda and some water now and then -- and once again the paralysis disappeared.

When I began third grade -- around eight years old -- my allergic afflictions and symptoms had begun. I had problems with frequent dry coughs. I began experiencing some difficulties with breathing, itchy and watery eyes, and fatigue when I was around fresh-cut lawns from springtime until autumn. When I was a junior in high school, I experienced blackouts from allergies. Sometime around 1979, I saw a specialist who did testing and diagnosed me with allergies and asthma. I was approximately 23 years old. I was treated with allergy shots and inhalers. The treatments just seemed to make things worse. My lips were always dry and cracked. At that time of my life I was drinking about 2 to 4 cups of coffee per day along with a few glasses of soda and some tea and alcohol. I would have an occasional glass of water during the day. The allergies and asthma stayed with me until 1996 when my water intake was up to about two to three quarts a day. I no longer struggle with allergies or asthma.

My problems with diabetes began at age 14. I was diagnosed as an insulin-dependent or "juvenile diabetic." It was then that I began drinking diet beverages including those with caffeine. My water intake at that time was still only around 2 to 4 glasses a day and I was drinking tea and started drinking coffee. The diabetes resulted in many hospitalizations over the years. By the mid 1980s I had problems with diabetic neuropathy that was causing my legs to swell. I was scheduled to have dye injected into my legs to perform a diagnostic scan after a Doppler radar study showed some apparent blockages in the veins on my legs. The dye injections caused my veins to burst, which made the swelling worse. I was then diagnosed with "venous insufficiency." In 1994, I was told that my legs would probably have to be amputated within a year or so.

While attempting to get on a diabetic insulin supply trial, the initial examination revealed that the retinas in my eyes had grown blood vessels that were bleeding (diabetic retinopathy). I began receiving a series of laser surgeries over the next 15 years to attempt to seal the leaky vessels and to attempt to prevent any new vessel growth. This reduced my peripheral and night vision. In 1992, I developed an enlarged yet benign prostate gland and my kidneys began showing signs of deterioration. In 1993, I began experiencing some potency difficulties. In 1994, I began seeing a natural or homeopathic physician who, besides treating me with alternative medicine, advised me to increase my water intake. My intake of insulin was around 95 units of insulin daily.

In 1976, many immune system problems began developing. I graduated from high school in 1974 and went away to college. In 1976, I got a job as a mental health worker while going to school. I met my wife and while dating, working full time, and going to school part time, I developed "Infectious Mononucleosis." My wife and I were married in 1977, and I continued to struggle with many infections and illnesses as well losing my job in 1978.
In 1979, during one of my then frequent hospital stays, I was diagnosed with "mono" again! The doctors insisted that I shouldn't have it again and began consulting with specialists. I received an influenza vaccine and was discharged; only to be readmitted one day later with a fever of 106*F. I was undergoing many tests, however nothing much was showing up at that time. After many tests for severe abdominal pain, I was told that I grew a second spleen that was attached to my spleen and that the second one was also functioning. That year I was visiting someone, and drank unpasteurized milk and ended up in the hospital again with a bacterial infection of the intestinal tract. "Brucellosis and Proteus----ox-19" was the diagnosis and I was on yet more antibiotics.

During 1980 or 1981, I developed another case of "mono" and was admitted to the hospital again; diabetic control problems were a constant battle for me. An infectious disease specialist discovered that a number of special antibodies were related to the problems my allergies and asthma, as well as frequent infections.

The 1980s were filled with many hospitalizations, illnesses, job losses and stress-related problems. It was then that I was diagnosed with allergies to penicillin and tetracycline, began developing hypertension, was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, lymphoid hyperplasia (over-stressed immune system), arthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia, and gastroparesis or acid reflux problems, and bowel problems. I also developed a benign tumor on the left flank of my back. I developed a nodule on my thyroid area and was diagnosed with lead, cadmium and aluminium poisoning, which were also found in a landfill I lived near. I was overweight and developed sleep apnea. Tests showed that I stopped breathing over 300 times in a six-hour period and had "narcolepsy." I could fall asleep in a short of time. I had surgery to attempt to correct the sleep apnea, and I wore a tracheotomy tube in my neck to help me breath at night, and slept with a breathing machine to keep my airway open. During the 80s I still drank a few glasses of water, yet consumed large amounts of coffee, saccharine and eventually NutraSweet. In 1987, I was declared "disabled"!

In 1992, at 36 years old, I looked and felt like I was in my late forties and felt worse than I looked. I began using natural supplements with vitamins, herbs, and other natural medical techniques. The natural doctor's advice was to increase my water consumption and decrease my caffeine intake as well. I had lost the feeling in my feet, was always tired and achy, depressed and had little hope.

I began to drink more water and reduced my caffeine intake somewhat and by 1995, I began to feel and look much better. Yet I was still only consuming a quart and a half daily, and not flushing all the caffeine out of my system nor was I using sea salt.

In September of 1995 that lump on my left flank turned red, and began itching and enlarging. My family physician removed it and sent it away for study. In October, I was diagnosed with cutaneous B-cell lymphoma. Twenty-six new tumors had grown on my back where there was one and I was sent to a major hospital where I was told that lymphatic cancer on the skin surface was rare and that not much research was done yet on it. I went for a gallium test and it revealed that my entire body surface glowed positive for cancer cells. The flank of my back was brighter white or "hyper-positive," as was the middle of my chest where two melanomas were previously removed. I was advised to receive localized radiation and as tumors appeared we would radiate them too or I could travel to Philadelphia and have my entire body surface radiated. They began to radiate my back, which began giving me third-degree burns. I refused total body radiation and midway through my radiation my homeopathic physician began using a natural cleansing therapy. The cancer specialist had advised me to try anything and to "pull out all the stops as well as to get my affairs in order." I increased my water consumption and took supplements and natural treatments.

In November of 1995, while traveling in search of an answer, I had to buy tires for my car. At the auto parts store where I was looking for tires, I was introduced to Bob Butts who exposed me to your water cure program and advised me to stick to it very seriously to get cured. I now began to seriously increase my water intake but was still leery of increasing salt intake due to the traditional medical contra-indications for its perceived high blood pressure problems. Later, I learned of the error of that thinking and began to increase my salt intake too. In March of "1996" I went for another gallium scan, which revealed that there was not a single sign of cancer glowing positive on my entire body. Doctors thought that there was an error in the gallium scan, but my homeopath and I knew that I was healing. Drinking more water, reducing caffeine, and change in dietary habits, natural medicine and faith had brought me home. I acknowledge God's presence in me and remember the scripture, "I am the living waters." He called you and me "the salt of the earth," and tells us that we are "one in spirit."

Since then I've been constantly improving in my health. I no longer have two spleens, but one that is normal in size and function. Now I lick sea salt off my palm in the morning before my first glass of water and use salt liberally. I drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day and take some supplements as well as eating a lot of whole grains, and fresh fruits and vegetables. My waist used to be a size 40 inch and now is a size 36 inch, I weighed 249 pounds, now I weigh 210 and have solid muscle mass. My complexion and appearance are those of a man in his early thirties and my potency of a man in his twenties. My ankles are no longer swollen and new pulses, yes, new pulses have developed where once they were dead. I no longer take any medications for all those problems, whereas I used to be on at least 15 prescriptions at a time. My insulin needs are down from 95 units a day to 35-45 units a day. I no longer suffer with "chronic infections" or fatigue -- I sleep 6-8 hours a day instead of 12-14. It is rare for me to take antibiotics, whereas I seemed to be constantly taking them before. I don't have allergies or asthma or gastroparesis (acid reflux) any more. I no longer suffer from arthritis, bursitis, or bowel problems. At the time of my last stress test, my doctor who is younger than I am told me that I was in better shape than he was. The high blood pressure is constantly improving. No more thyroid nodule, I sleep better and no more heavy metal toxicity. I have a new lease on life.

My prayers have been answered. God led me to a natural way to heal my body, my mind and my spirit. I am living a new life now with a balance of water, salt, minerals, supplements, good nutrition and continued improvements in my quality of life. I am truly blessed.

You have my permission to use this letter in any way you think will help spread the news of the medicinal value of water in medical treatment procedures.

Water cured my alcoholism, pain, hypertension, compacted bowels, alligator skin

How water cured incurable diseases (real life testimonies series)
If you have not read the Book "Water cures: Drugs Kill" by F.Batmanghelidj M.D, try to do so. I ensure you will benefit 100% and get healthier again. Share with your friends and families.

Testimony from M.K. (Alcohol; Pain; Hypertension; Compacted Bowels; Alligator Skin.)

My life changed after two months on the "Water Cure." As the result of an accident on Oct.5,1954, I suffered a broken back, dislocated shoulder, dislocated knees, a smashed foot and a fractured skull. I've had severe pain and discomfort ever since. I was taking Lasix, a diuretic for edema of both legs. i also took Atenolol and Lisinopril for high blood pressure and was told to use no salt. I was a heavy consumer if alcohol most of my life. It got to where I was drinking one or two six-packs of beer each day and sometimes as much as a full case. I prayed to God to help me stop drinking.

I first heard about the "Water Cure" on Positive press on the Air. My wife and daughter went to Cee-Kay Auto and spake to Bob Butts about the "Water Cure." I sat in the car. It wasn't easy for me to come in. I read the literature and it made sense to me, so I tried the "Water Cure." The day I started drinking a gallon of water a day while using sea salt liberally, I quit drinking alcohol. I've had no desire for any since, even when in the company pf others drinking alcohol. My pain is diminished to the point that I don't park my car in handicap spots. I am now off all pain medication. The edema in my ankles disappeared in two days. In two weeks my blood pressure returned to normal and I've been off the medication since. Before going on medication my pressure was 166 over 126. On medication it would be about 156 over 83. After drinking water with sea salt, now it is 141 over 78. My energy also greatly improved. It's incredible how much my life changed for the better in just two months.

I recommended the "Water Cure" to my daughter Kelly, who was suffering from compacted bowels. In five days she was restored to health. Her complexion also greatly improved. She had very severe blemishes and skin texture that was so bad it resembled alligator hide. It returned to almost normal in five days. She now feels like a million dollars. Feel free to share my success with your listeners and readers. You may use my name, address and telephone.
Sincerely, M.K.

Water cured mt knee injury, medial meniscus tear.

How Water Cured Incurable Dis-Eases.

Knee Injury; Medial Meniscus Tear:

I thoroughly enjoyed your Wilkes-Barre seminar and commented to my friend that it was the most interesting evening I had experienced in a long time. During the question and answer period, I explained to you my experience with a knee injury, but with this letter I hope to bring more detail and my reasoning in the matter.

On October 7, 1993, while running playing tennis, I injured my left knee; I heard a pop and squish and could no longer bend the knee.
Fortunately I did not fall to the ground. I was able to hang onto the net between the courts. Because of the pain, I painfully hobbled to my car and drove to my chiropractor thinking he might be able to help. He worked on the knee for more than an hour with ultrasound and I still felt no improvement. Once again, it was excruciating to get and out my car, but I did manage and finally arrived home at about 8:30 that evening. I hobbled up to bed and took Excedrin for the pain and tried sleeping without much success.

The next morning it was even more painful so my husband drove me to the knee center in Wilkes-Barre for an examination and what we thought would be arthroscopic surgery. Dr.Cooper referred me to the MRI Center for diagnosis and they reported that I had a bucket handle tear of the lateral meniscus. Dr.Cooper suggested that surgery should be a last resort because of the delivery of complications possible. He suggested that I stay off my feet as much as possible, but could go to work and do light things around the house.

As long as I kept the left knee straight, I didn't experience intense pain, but I limped for months. I went up and down stairs one step at a time for months. I returned to limited tennis playing about three months later but was unable to run. After playing tennis, I had to wrap my knee in an ice wrap for half an hour because of the pain. The doctor prescribed two weeks of physical therapy that helped some. After about four months, I began to get the courage to try running during tennis. I could do most activities, but frequently when I ran I would get a sharp pain at the side of my knee. Thank God the body knows instinctively how to help itself and if I would raise my left foot up to my knee four or five times the pain would go away. At that point , I felt fortunate that I had found something to ease what I felt would be chronic knee pain.

My therapy continued for all of 1994 and in January 1995, I read an article in the Metro about the therapeutic effects of water. I purchased "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" book and it made sense to me. On page 45 you show a well-hydrated and a dehydrated joint comparison, and even though I was drinking close to two quarts of water a day, I reasoned that my knee pain was probably because the knee cartilage was not sufficiently hydrated because it was thinner and somewhat brittle, it had a tendency to get caught between the bones during certain knee motion. It was at that time that I decided to increased water intake to three quarts a day. After several weeks of the increased water intake, I was able to run again. I can even squats without any pain, and it is wonderful to play a vigorous game of tennis with no fear of pain, thanks only to your Water Cure.

I very much believe that water, proper nutrition, exercise, fresh air, a positive altruistic attitude and the nutrient of natural daylight and sunlight are the most effective therapies for good health and best of all, they are free; and the only side effects are a sense of accomplishment and well being.

Thanks for your help and hope this letter will be helpful to others.
Sincerely, E.D.

A Miracle Did Happen. Thank God.

latest newsletter: No: 77 - A Miracle Did Happen.

I received an email from HB of Indonesia on 9 October 2009. Later, HB wrote another email in response to my questions. These two emailed are merged and edited mildly for clarity and easy reading. I have tried to retain the original writing as much as possible.

Dear Prof. Chris,

Thank you very much for your newsletter. It is very important to build up my spirit. Regarding chemotherapy and radiotherapy it is very hard to know the truth.

I was diagnosed with mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The treatment I would undergo were surgery and radiation, at least thirty times.

I underwent a major operation – radical neck resection, in November 2008. The cancer was at the base of my tongue but it had already spread to the lymph nodes. All these were removed. The doctor said it was already a stage four cancer.

Public Appeal to Netizens

Hi again,

I wanted to follow up on the email I sent you last week about a partnership we are very proud of here at The Fresh Air Fund. This past summer OneSight reached out to us and helped over 3000 Fresh Air children by making sure that every child who needed the gift of sight was screened. The Fresh Air Fund is so happy OneSight and their traveling optical clinic are able to help at Fresh Air camps and we want to share it with everyone. I was hoping you could post a mention on Healthy Wealth or a tweet to alert your readers and followers to this worthy cause. I've created a new social media microsite which explains everything:

http://freshairvision.org

By supporting The Fresh Air Fund we are able to partner with Onesight to provide free eye exams and eyewear to the children who need them each year. Please let me know if you are able to post or have any questions.

Thanks so much,

Sara

Healthy Wealth blogger appeal that all and every child be reminded to drink one's personal water quota sufficiently daily. Every 90 minute drink at least 10% of one's personal water quota, which is 32.53 (mL) multiply by one's personal body weight (in kilogram). And ensure proportional sea-salt of 1/4 teaspoon for every 1250ml water intake, daily. Avoid all dehydrating products such as coffee, colas, caffeine, alcohol , and canned drinks.

For eye sight recovery: drink one glass (250ml) of fresh carrot juice every alternate day.

AWAKE, MY HEART

Awake, my heart, in joyful lays
To God who blesses all your days.
God's lovingkindness crown you
With daily mercies rich and free.

Awake, to worship with the morn,
And consecrate the day new-born.
Again at eve in prayer be found,
As shadows curtain earth around.

Awake, your watchful vigils keep!
For some neglect and idly sleep.
Lift up to God, in sacred tryst,
Your priestly ministry in Christ.

Awake, His all-wise will to see
In all that God assigns for you.
Whatever God's providence permits
Designs for you fresh benefits.

Awake to trust and love and serve,
For can God's mercies less deserve?
Till yonder, perfected in love,
Your heart awakes in heaven above.

factual versus over-promised when it comes to screening. The advantages to screening have been exaggerated"

Discord on Mammography Roils the ACS, Part Two
Sunday, 01 November 2009

Last week I began a discussion of the discord at the American Cancer Society (ACS) over its recommendations for screening mammography. I conclude, with references, this week.

The American organization that has been most firmly associated with screening mammography is the ACS. Apparently, the JAMA article momentarily tipped the scale in the debate against mammography. Although the ACS gives lip service to evidence-based medicine, in this case the evidence tilts away from mammography and towards skepticism. The new ACS chief medical officer, Otis W. Brawley, MD, told the Times, he was ready to embrace the factual approach. "I'm admitting that American medicine has over-promised when it comes to screening. The advantages to screening have been exaggerated" (Kolata 2009).

Dr. Brawley is a well-regarded medical oncologist who took over the top administrative position at the ACS two years ago. It took a lot of courage for him to try to adjust ACS's positions to the facts on the ground. Before coming to ACS, Dr. Brawley had expressed personal reservations about cancer screening, especially the use of the PSA test for prostate cancer. In 2000, he told a patients' Web site:

"I have never had a PSA and do not desire one. I have had relatives with the disease. I just do not believe it saves that many lives.... I am aware of 23 different organizations of experts in screening around the world who have considered the question and all have chosen not to make the blanket statement that screening saves lives and men should be screened. Most actually recommend men not get the test because it is not proven effective" (www.psa-rising.com).

So, if anything, Dr. Brawley could be considered a skeptic regarding cancer screening. But he also told the Times, "We don't want people to panic" over the new mammography position. But apparently the idea of scaling back mammography did lead to panic within ACS. Less than a day after publication of the Times article, the ACS put out a press release: "American Cancer Society Stands By Its Screening Guidelines."

Stands by its guidelines? How was that possible, when just hours before its medical director had directly contradicted those guidelines? Were they attempting to deny the accuracy of the Times report? One day it is revising its guidelines, and the next day standing by them? Here is an excerpt from the press release. Read it carefully:

"Today's New York Times...indicates that the American Cancer Society is changing its guidance on cancer screening to emphasize the risk of over-treatment from screening for breast, prostate, and other cancers. While the advantages of screening for some cancers have been overstated, there are advantages, especially in the case of breast, colon and cervical cancers. Mammography is effective - mammograms work and women should continue get them."

Notice that the press release does not say that the Times article was wrong or that Dr. Brawley had been misquoted. It simply falls back on the time worn argument that "mammograms work." It claims that breast is like colon and cervical cancer, not like discredited prostate cancer screening. It thus totally ignores the powerful arguments of Welch, Esserman and many others. It cites some studies of its own "proving" that mammography is effective, but just ignores the more recent and (in my opinion) more powerful arguments in JAMA and elsewhere.

Notice too how the ACS release associates mammography with colon and cervical cancer screening, rather than with prostate cancer screening. That is convenient, because there is little debate over the efficacy of colonoscopies for colon cancer or Pap smear (and HPV virus) screening for cervical cancer. The whole point of the recent JAMA article, however, was that mammography more closely resembles the faulty PSA screening program in its failure to significantly increase actual survival.

Although the ACS has now backtracked, I suspect that this reversal is only temporary. Dr. Brawley's previous skepticism about screening is well known. As long as he remains medical officer, he will probably push for clarity on this question. The mammography recommendations are now looking like the fringe position, while the position of the erstwhile skeptics has become mainstream. ACS cannot hold back this trend and sooner or later, it will have to modify its outdated position. That will be a victory for evidence-based medicine.

I hope, however, that ACS will make this revision in the context of a sweeping public review of its method of debating scientific issues, including its high-handed tendency to crush opponents, rather than engage in reasonable dialogue. For instance, we have seen in the past how ACS abandoned its notorious 'quackbuster' position regarding complementary and alternative medicine without making a clean sweep of its disgraceful history in that regard. ACS should admit that it (and not "American medicine" in general) was mainly responsible for the mammography recommendation and for various reasons got that wrong, long after many others had pointed out its errors. This may hurt in the short run, but it would be incredibly salutary for the long-term health of the organization. Or would such honesty be asking too much from a multi-billion organization?

OUR REPORT ON MAMMOGRAPHY

We have a special 36-page report on "Mammography, Biopsy and the Detection of Breast Cancer." Here is what one reviewer, Samuel Epstein, MD, professor emeritus of Environmental and Occupational Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Public Health, said about this report:

"A characteristically thoughtful and incisive work that not only exposes the very real dangers of breast cancer screening...but also lays bare the astonishing lack of scientific evidence underpinning current screening recommendations. This is an outstanding and important work by an outstanding and important author."

Eat Cool Cucumber solve problems.

The Amazing Cucumber:This information was in The New York Times several weeks ago as part of their "Spotlight on the Home" series that highlighted creative and fanciful ways to solve common problems.

1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

2. Feeling tired in the afternoon, put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B Vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that quick pick-me-up that can last for hours.

3. Tired of your bathroom mirror fogging up after a shower? Try rubbing a cucumber slice along the mirror, it will eliminate the fog and provide a soothing, spa-like fragrance.

4. Are grubs and slugs ruining your planting beds? Place a few slices in a small pie tin and your garden will be free of pests all season long. The chemicals in the cucumber react with the aluminum to give off a scent undetectable to humans but drive garden pests crazy and make them flee the area.

5. Looking for a fast and easy way to remove cellulite before going out or to the pool? Try rubbing a slice or two of cucumbers along your problem area for a few minutes, the phytochemicals in the cucumber cause the collagen in your skin to tighten, firming up the outer layer and reducing the visibility of cellulite. Works great on wrinkles too!!!

6. Want to avoid a hangover or terrible headache? Eat a few cucumber slices before going to bed and wake up refreshed and headache free. Cucumbers contain enough sugar, B vitamins and electrolytes to replenish essential nutrients the body lost, keeping everything in equilibrium, avoiding both a hangover and headache!!

7. Looking to fight off that afternoon or evening snacking binge? Cucumbers have been used for centuries and often used by European trappers, traders and explores for quick meals to thwart off starvation.

8. Have an important meeting or job interview and you realize that you don't have enough time to polish your shoes? Rub a freshly cut cucumber over the shoe, its chemicals will provide a quick and durable shine that not only looks great but also
repels water.

9. Out of WD 40 and need to fix a squeaky hinge? Take a cucumber slice and rub it along the problematic hinge, and voila, the squeak is gone!

10. Stressed out and don't have time for massage, facial or visit to the spa? Cut up an entire cucumber and place it in a boiling pot of water, the chemicals and nutrients from the cucumber with react with the boiling water and be released in the steam, creating a soothing, relaxing aroma that has been shown the reduce stress in new mothers and college students during final exams.

11. Just finish a business lunch and realize you don't have gum or mints? Take a slice of cucumber and press it to the roof of your mouth with your tongue for 30 seconds to eliminate bad breath, the phytochemcials will kill the bacteria in your mouth responsible for causing bad breath.

12. Looking for a 'green' way to clean your faucets, sinks or stainless steel? Take a slice of cucumber and rub it on the surface you want to clean, not only will it remove years of tarnish and bring back the shine, but is won't leave streaks and won't harm you fingers or fingernails while you clean.

13. Using a pen and made a mistake? Take the outside of the cucumber and slowly use it to erase the pen writing, also works great on crayons and markers that the kids have used to decorate the walls!!

All the above is possible due to the water inside the cucumber. Again nature prove water cure many issues.

water and salt can prevent nausea.

Salt Prevents Nausea:
I have always been a water drinker, and sometimes I've been made fun of for it, but I didn't always drink 8-10 glasses a day. When I was growing up, the other kids would drink pop almost every day, but I was allowed to only on occasion. Back in the late 50s I started caring for older folk that were to be on salt-free diets. Thinking it would be better for me, I went on one too. In November of 1993 I got your book Your Body's Many Cries for Water, and I started to drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. Your suggestion of drinking two(2) glasses at a time helps. A month later I was nauseated with emesis. Then I started to put one-quarter teaspoon of salt in the water each day, and I must say I noticed a great improvement in how I feel.

It has been over five years since I had a cold. Thank you for your efforts.
Healthfully yours,
I.J.C.

Swine Flu issues.

Swine Flu Vaccine: To Vaccinate Or Not To Vaccinate?
By far, the most frequent question I am asked is, “Do you think I should get the flu vaccine?” Of course, the question in present time refers to the swine flu (H1N1) vaccine. The CDC is recommending five target groups of individuals to be vaccinated including: pregnant women, persons who live with or provide care for infants aged <6 months—24 years, children and young adults aged 6 months to 24 years, persons aged 25-64 years who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza related complications, as well as health care personnel. Most people that have become ill with this strain of influenza have been between the ages of 5-24. The vaccine is expected to be released by mid-October.
The regular flu vaccine is not very effective at preventing the flu for those most vulnerable to flu-related complications—the elderly. In fact, the higher rate of immunization against the flu has never resulted in a decline of mortality from the flu. What about children under 2 years old? There is absolutely no evidence that the flu vaccine gives this age group any protection against the flu. In fact, the flu vaccine has never been shown to prevent either hospitalizations or death from the flu.
The regular seasonal flu vaccine, like other vaccines, contains contaminants such as mercury which can damage the neurological tissue including the brain. Although mercury has been removed from some vaccines, it has not been removed from the seasonal flu vaccine. I have seen patients who were in good health one day, received a flu vaccine and found their health in a decline. I say, it is not worth it, especially for the swine flu. The present-day swine flu has been shown to cause a mild strain of flu.
This new swine flu vaccine also contains an adjuvant known as squalene. Squalene has been shown to cause autoimmune disorders in animals that are injected with it. In humans, it has also been shown to be associated with an increased rate of autoimmune disorders. There has been little research on injecting squalene in humans. Squalene-containing immunizations were given to Gulf War soldiers in the first Gulf War. There were reports of many soldiers suffering from neurological disorders such as ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).
Furthermore, this swine flu vaccine has been fast-tracked by Big Pharma and the U.S. government. There are no safety studies being properly performed. The safety studies will be performed after-the-fact—after the population has been vaccinated. In other words, those that are injected will be guinea pigs for this vaccine.
I say there is no reason to receive the flu shot. Prevention is best achieved by eating better, maintaining proper hygiene, and taking correct nutrients. Vitamins A, C and D as well as iodine are incredibly helpful substances to prevent one’s risk of becoming ill from the flu. And, if you become ill from the flu, increasing your doses of these nutrients has been very effective. Also, my clinical experience has shown that Lauricidin, (containing the fatty acid monolauren) a great antiviral product. I suggest taking 1 scoop twice per day from fall until spring. This product is available at my office—www.centerforholisticmedicine.com.
Finally, it is best to do your research and make an educated decision about whether the flu vaccine is the right thing to do for you and your family.
I believe that once you do your own research, you are bound to come to the same conclusions about the flu vaccine that I have reached.
More information about the swine flu vaccine will be published in my October newsletter (Dr. Brownstein’s Natural Way to Health). This newsletter can be obtained from www.brownsteinhealth.com/3reports.

Should we avoid people who have had the swine flu vaccine? Would those who get the vaccine become carriers and increase the spread of the swine flu?

No. People who get the vaccine should not be at any increased risk to spread the illness.

You are recommending Vit D, which one? D or D3? and how many IU's? Thanks!

I only recommend Vitamin D3 which is the natural version produced in the body. For maintenance, I generally recommend 2,000-6,000IU/day. For illness, I suggest taking 10-50,000IU/day for 2-5 days. It is important to have your vitamin D levels checked before and after a period of supplementing Vitamin D. The most absorbable form of vitamin D is Bio-D Mulsion Forte from Biotics research. This is available at my office: www.centerforholisticmedicine.com.
