Two Pearls To Enrich Your Thoughts:

You need to prevent thirst to lose weight. When you wait to get thirsty to drink water, you get confused and think you are actually hungry, even if you ate your meal only two or three hours ago. When you are fully hydrated, the constructive effect of food will last, and it will be a long time before you're hungry again. Real hunger will only be trigger when the body energy level is very low. You should quench your thirst with water ; manufactured and taste-enhanced beverages that are sweetened to make them marketable defeat the real purpose and turn off the fat-burning enzymes in your body.

* Do know that when you feel thirsty, your body is already 2% dehydrated.

When you reduce your food intake and increase your water intake to lose weight, supplement your diet with vitamins and minerals. You must make sure you do not become deficient in those minerals, which you would normally get from your food. Also, be sure to use unrefined salt from the ocean or old salt mines in the mountains -- not the regular table salt that is stripped of its companion minerals.  I use pink color mountain salt from Nepal. Real salt and mineral cravings force you to overeat.

*For every one kilogram of body weight, use 1/4 teaspoon of salt in your daily diet.
*For every one kilogram of body weight, you should drink 31.42 ml of plain water within 24 hours.
