Hi soong, Roslan had to go thru a slipdisk operation after contemplating about doing it for almost a year... It was doctors negligence that during ops, the doctors didn't take care of the breathing apparatus that left him without oxygen for more than 10 mins ... Even though he was stable after they revive him, the Doctors still went thru with the ops....only when he didn't wake up after the ops and went into fitting many2 times after the ops, they diagnose him as brain damage .. Or so called hypoxic encyclopathy....now he is still in a coma state... Jemputlah kerumah whenever you are in KL .

Neck Pain and the Effects of Aging
Neck pain and symptoms caused by cervical (neck) spine disorders are common problems as we age. Half of the population will have evidence of degenerative (wear and tear) changes in their cervical spine by the age of fifty years. These changes happen because the intervertebral discs that act as shock absorbers between the vertebral bodies of the cervical spine wear out as we grow older. As the intervertebral discs wear out, they begin to collapse, or prolapse, and become less flexible.
There are many instances where non-surgical care for cervical disorders is preferable to surgery in many instances, non-surgical treatment can provide good to excellent results in many patients. Some examples of non-operative treatment include activity modification (adherence to good posture, avoidance of smoking ), non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy, acupuncture, ahttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifnd epidural or nerve root block.
Decisions about surgery should be made after careful consideration of the potential benefits of the surgery compared to the risks of the surgery, and the chance that the operation will relieve your pain. For example, if your MRI shows a prolapsed cervical disc that is pushing on a specific nerve , and the physical examination confirms this, then you will probably benefit from removal of the disc and decompression of the nerve.

Let us lobby together and ask the doctors and scientists in medicine to begin the evaluation of the statements dictated by the new paradigm (solvent) that recognizes the regulatory and reactive hydrolytic functions of water in the human body.
If we are to prevent decompesation and/or achieve relief from pain of disc displacement, we have to make sure that our body is optimally hydrated so that water can leave the main circulatory systems and hydrate (service) the disc core ; also, that the front angle of the intervertebral spaces is kept widely open, until corrective restitution to the physical properties and position of the disc have taken place : How do we do this? Simple body bending exercises and regulated water intake. And correct salinity, daily.
