Part Six: Important

这种运动允许气能量流到指尖。指尖连接到心脏,当气能反弹回来时,它有助于清洁内脏,循环不良,神经疼痛,背部和关节问题,一般身体疾病,清除能量阻滞,消除体内的问题它可以帮助平息激动的心灵和负面情绪,并加强神经。
平帅宫意味着要注意均匀。
慢下来,逐渐停下来。放松双手,让它们自然地回到身体两侧。

Zhè zhǒng yùndòng yǔnxǔ qì néngliàng liú dào zhǐ jiān. Zhǐ jiān liánjiē dào xīnzàng, dāng qì néng fǎntán huílái shí, tā yǒu zhù yú qīngjié nèizàng, xúnhuán bùliáng, shénjīng téngtòng, bèibù hé guānjié wèntí, yībān shēntǐ jíbìng, qīngchú néngliàng zǔ zhì, xiāochú tǐnèi de wèntí tā kěyǐ bāngzhù píngxí jīdòng de xīnlíng hé fùmiàn qíngxù, bìng jiāqiáng shénjīng.
Píng shuài gōng yìwèizhe yào zhùyì jūnyún.
Màn xiàlái, zhújiàn tíng xiàlái. Fàngsōng shuāngshǒu, ràng tāmen zìrán dì huí dào shēntǐ liǎng cè.
Qǐng zhùyì, dāng nǐ tíng xiàlái shí, jiézòu yě hěn zhòngyào. Yījǔ yīdòng dōu hěn zhòngyào. Zhǔnbèi hé jiéshù shǒushì dōu hěn zhòngyào. Huǎnchōng qū hěn zhòngyào. Màn man zhěnglǐ, bùyào yòng tài dà de lìliàng. Bǎochí fàngsōng, bǎochí wéixiào. Bǎochí pínghéng, tiáozhěng nǐ de hūxī. Shāoshāo duànliàn nǐ de shǒuzhǐ hé tuǐ bù, nǐ huì juédé zhěnggè shēntǐ dōu hěn shūfú.
Yùndòng hòu, hè yībēi wēnshuǐ. Màn man cùjìn qì de xúnhuán hé chúcún de yuánzé.
Měitiān dū yǒu nàixīn hé liànxí píng shuài gōng, nǐ de huíliú huì gǎishàn nǐ de jiànkāng.
Zuìzhōng mùbiāo shì bāngzhù suǒyǒu niánlíng duàn de rén zài xīnlíng hé shēntǐ zhōng yǒngbào yǒnghéng de jiànkāng, cóng'ér chuàngzào yīgè hépíng hé gèng měihǎo de shìjiè.

This movements allows the qi energy to flow to the finger tips. Finger tips are connected to the heart and when the qi energy bounced back, it helps to cleanse the internal organs, poor circulation, nerve pain, back and joint problems, general physical disease, clear energy blocks, rid the body of problems in the process, etc. It can help calm an agitated mind and your negative emotions and strengthen the nerves.
Ping Shuai Gong means to pay attention to evenness.
Slow down and gradually come to a stop. Relax the hands, allow them to return to the sides of your body naturally.
Please note that when you stop, the rhythm is also important. Every move is important. The preparation and the ending gestures are all important. Buffer is important. Finishing slowly, don't use too much force. Remain relax and keep smiling. Keep balanced and adjust your breath. Exercise your fingers and legs a little bit and you will feel very comfortable all over your body. 
After the exercise, drink a glass of warm water. Slowly promote the circulation and storing of qi on it's principles.
Have patience and practice Ping Shuai Gong daily, your returning flow will improve and so will your health.
The ultimate goal is to help people of all ages to embrace an eternal health in both the mind and the body, thus leading to a peaceful and better world.
