Grade A receive 5.5 months + $5000
Grade B1 receive 5.0 months + $4500
Grade B2 receive 4.5 months + $4000
Grade C1 receive 4.0 months + $3500
Grade C2 receive 3.8 months + $3000
Grade C3 receive 3.5 months + $3000
Grade C4 receive 3.0 months + $2500

The fact is bonus is late payment for job well done by the worker.
