Tinnitus isn't a disease

All noise is sound, but not all sound is noise.
Ringing, buzzing, hissing, chirping - the noise in your head can drive you to distraction, especially if you suffer from tinnitus.

How it works: Tinnitus is not disease. It is a collection of symptoms with several possible causes including reduced blood flow in your inner ear. Your inner ear contain tiny cells shaped like hairs that turn sound vibrations into electrical impulse. The pulses travel to your brain, which interprets them as sound.
These hair cells need a nutrient rich supply of blood to stay healthy. Too little blood moving through your inner ear means the cells become sick and die.

Damaged hair cells simply do not work as well as healthy ones. They short-circuit and begin sending constant, nonsense signals to your brain, even when there is no sound from outside, like night time. Your brain picks that up as a ring. That's how we heat it. Increasing the blood flow in your inner ear m heal these hairs. If you can improve the blood supply, then perhaps you can improve your health.
Ensure your water quota is met on daily basis. Every 1 kilogram of body weight , you need to drink at least 32.53 ml of plain water, per day. Just multiply your present body weight to find your daily quota of water needed each day. Use 1/4 teaspoon of sea-salt for every 1250 ml water used. Remember, water deficiency on daily basis can compound stress level inside your body organs and environment, thus manifest many dehydration symptoms which the medical mainstream just add up new jargon (like tinnitus) into their long list of symptoms. Solve the "cause" (body dehydration), you solve many symptoms naturally. In short your body is CRYING for water!

Blood also regulates pH (acidic-alkaline balance) body temperature and the water content of cells. Blood test cannot show your body is undergoing dehydration, so save your money from the "quack"-doctors. I know they are licensed to practice. Ask them about water-metabolism in human body and about solvent protocol.

Tip: you can try ginkgo. It improves your blood circulation by dilating, or widening, blood vessels and keeping blood-platelets from forming clots. 240 mg of ginkgo twice a day for 4 months . If it has not been effective after 4 months, it is probably not going to be. If your condition improve, gradually lowering your dosage to find out exactly how much you need. When your ringing returns, increase your dosage again just enough to treat your symptoms.
Take care - combining ginkgo with other blood-thinning drugs, such as heparin or warfarin, could lead to excessive bleeding. Tell your doctors you take this herb ginkgo so they avoid prescribing medicines that interact with it.

CLEVER WAYS to silence symptoms.
Head noise just annoys some people. For other people, it destroys their lives. Before tinnitus drives you crazy, and suffering unknowingly anymore, seek help and try this tip.

1.Just relax. Stress worsen tinnitus, which in turn makes you more anxious. Break the stress cycle. Drink a glass of water, every 90 minutes, and  take an easy stroll .

2.Avoid total quietness surrounding.Use soft music to mask your symptom. Background noise may be used to your advantage.

It is never too late or too early to revise and be wise again for the rest of our journey.......

Use Water-cure.
Rather be thankful for the timely warning, and do something about it.

Drink at least 10% of your own daily water-quota (32.53 ml multiply by your present body weight(kg), every 90 minutes. Use 1/4 teaspoon of sea-salt in your daily diet, for every 1250 ml water drank.

Pain is a sign/signal produced by dehydration in the human body. Pain may be common but it is not normal.

To simplify complications is the FIRST essential of success.
