FALSE APPENDICITIS PAIN

A severe pain can sometimes appear on the right lower abdominal region. It can mimic an inflammation of the appendix and present some similarity to the pain of early appendicitis. Other distinguishing characteristics are not seen - there is no rise in body temperature, no guarding and renderness in the abdominal wall, and no feeling of nausea.
