SO JESUS CHRIST IS A HEALER,

 SAY THIS FOR

🟢 BODY

🟢 MIND

🟢 HEART HEALING

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."- Psalm 147, verse 3

Before we pray, let's first take a moment to listen to God's Word, and then we'll pray together.

* Healing is not just something Jesus does. Healing is part of who He is. When you call on His name, you are calling on the living Christ-the One who has always had compassion for the broken, the hurting, and the weary.

In this prayer and reflection, you'll be reminded that God's healing reaches further than the body. Yes, the Lord can touch sickness, pain, and weakness-but He also heals the places people cannot see: the heavy heart, the anxious mind, the wounded memories, and the tired soul.

✅ Healing for your body

✅ Healing for your mind and thoughts

✅ Healing for your heart and emotions

✅ Healing for what life tried to damage inside you

Even John the Baptist needed reassurance in a hard season, and Jesus answered him with mercy in action. That means you're not disqualified because you're struggling. You're not rejected because you're tired. And you don't have to hide your questions from God.

Some healing happens quickly. Some healing happens slowly. And sometimes healing starts with strength and grace that carries you while God restores you from the inside out. Either way, Jesus has not changed, and your pain matters to Him.

Let's pray together - asking the Lord to heal you completely, to restore your peace, to quiet anxious thoughts, and to help you trust His timing even while you wait.

SO JESUS CHRIST IS A HEALER,

🙏🏽 Father, I praise you for who you are.

You know the places where I feel strong and you also know the places where I feel tired, confused or worn down.

Today I come to you with a sincere heart because I need healing and I believe you still heal.

Lord, I bring my whole life before you.

I bring my body, my thoughts, my emotions, my memories, and the hidden wounds I rarely talk about.

l also lift up every person who is reading and listening right now.

Even as I pray for myself, I ask you to meet them too, right where they are.

Some of us need healing in the body.

Some of us need healing in the heart because grief has been heavy.

Some of us need healing in the mind because fear, anxiety, and painful thoughts have become too loud.

King Jesus, let your healing power flow through every part of our lives.

Your word gives me confidence because it points me back to the Cross on Calvary

It reminds me that you did not ignore human suffering.

You stepped into it and carried it.

First Peter 2 verse 24 says, He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds, you have been healed.

Thank you, Lord Jesus.

You carried my sin so I could be forgiven.

You carried my shame so l could be free.

You carried what I deserved so I could receive mercy.

You paid theprice l could never pay.

When I look at the cross  , I see love.

I see grace that reaches me even when I feel weak.

And because of what you have done, I come to you with hope.

I trust that healing is not impossible for you.

Father, I ask you to heal my body. Touch the areas that hurt, the areas that feel weak and the areas that doctors may not fully understand.

If healing comes through a miracle, I give you praise.

If healing comes through treatment and time, I still give you praise because all wisdom and help are under your authority.

Teach me to stay faithful in the process.

Keep me from despair when the answer feels slow.

Keep me steady when I feel discouraged.

l also ask you to heal my heart.

Lord, there are wounds that time has not erased.

There are hurtful words I still remember.

There are painful losses I still carry.

There are disappointments I have tried to bury, but they still affect me.

Heal what is broken inside me.

Heal the places where I have learned to protect myself instead of trusting you.

Heal my ability to love again with purity and peace.

Your word says in Psalm 34 :17-19, "¹⁷When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.

¹⁸The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.

¹⁹Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. Lord,"

I hold on to this promise.

You hear me when I cry.

You do not turn away when I feel crushed.

You come near and you rescue.

So l ask you to deliver me from every trouble that has been pressing on my life.

Deliver me from fear that steals my sleep.

Deliver me from heaviness that drains my joy.

Deliver me from cycles I cannot break on my own.

Deliver me from anything that keeps me from living with a clean heart and steady faith.

Father, I ask you to heal my mind, cleanse my thoughts, calm the inner noise.

Where there has been confusion, you bring clarity.

Where there has been panic, you bring peace.

Where there has been tormenting memories, you bring restoration.

Where there has been self-hatred, you replace it with the truth of your love.

Teach me to take my thoughts back under the lordship of Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:5 says, "We take every thought captive to obey Christ.

Help me practice that, Lord.

When harmful thoughts rise, remind me that I do not have to agree with them.

When lies try to settle in my heart, remind me that your truth is stronger.

When my mind feels tired, fill me with your peace.

Lord, sometimes I look fine on the outside, but inside I feel like l am fighting a battle.

I confess that I cannot win this battle by my own strength.

I need you to restore peace within me.

Put me back together in every place where life has chipped away at my hope.

Let your presence wash over my soul and renew me.

Your word shows me that you care about the deepest kind of pain, too.

Psalm 147:3. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

So heal me there, Lord.

Heal the hidden places.

Heal the tender places.

Heal the places l avoid because they hurt too much to touch.

Teach me that l am safe with you.

Teach me that I can bring my full story into your light.

Romans 8 :28. ~ For those who love God, all things work together for good.

Hold me to that truth, Lord.

When I do not understand, help me trust your heart.

When I feel weak, remind me that your grace is enough.

2 Corinthians 12:9. ~ My grace is sufficient for you. For my power is made perfect in weakness.

Father, let your grace carry me today.

Let your strength rise in me when mine feels small

Teach me to pray with faith, to rest with trust, and to keep walking with you even before I see the full answer.

Lord Jesus, I believe that healing is already beginning in my body, heart, and mind.

I receive your peace and restoring touch.

I receive your comfort and strength.

Let your name be honoured through my life, through my healing, and through the way I respond while I wait.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray.

Amen.

Respected reader, if this prayer has touched your heart, please say amen as a sign of faith. I pray that every blessing in this prayer is now upon you in the name of Jesus Christ.
