Eat pineapple to cure arthritis.

Pineapple can cure joint pain.

Eating fresh pineapple greatly affects arthritis. Bromelain, the enzyme in pineapple, lessen the pain of swelling in soft tissues.
Each day, eat several pieces of cut fresh pineapple.

Basically your body is in water deficits for a long time already when you are experiencing joints pain. Increase water intake daily . Every one kilogram of your present body weight need at least 31.42 ml of plain water.
