Vision Problems solved

Follow this time-honored exercises you maintain strong eyesight into old age. The people perish without visions.

For dry eyes, soak a soft cloth in warm to nearly-hot water. Wring out the cloth and apply it over the eyes. The warmth unclogs the tear ducts and coaxes the eyes to lubricate naturally. Drink enough plain water daily.

To help overcome dry eyes and increase circulation in the sluggish area around your eyes, follow this quick daily, self-help eye massage. Each day, with the pad of your index finger or the knuckle of your thumb, press the eye muscle points above and below the eye socket area. Then with pads of thumbs,press closed eyelids for ten seconds.

This simple eye movements exercise also improve your powers of memory and concentration.
1.Stare at the tip of your nose.
2.Using a finger or a pencil, focus your eyes on something near.
3.Focus your eyes on the far horizon.
4.Place on open book or a printed notice several feet from you. Gradually,over time, increase the distance so that you can read it from far away. After a time, many people cab read a notice from the back of a large room.
5.With both eyes, look up to the far right. Look diagonally down to the far left.
6.With both eyes, look up to the far left. Look diagonally down to the far right.

This particular eye exercise is to keep your eye muscles strong and supple.
Roll both your eyes in an upward half-circle from the left to right.
Next, roll both your eyes in an upward half-circle from right to left.
Then make a downward half-circle from left to right, then from right to left.
With a week to several weeks, you can combine all the half-circles into one smooth, full circle motion. Repeat at least once a day.

Nutrition for eye is to drink fresh pressed carrot juice once every alternate day.
