Here are some steps you can take to prepare and drink the HADO water.
1.Buy some mineral water. If you can find some in a glass container, that's best. The plastic containers leach plasticizers into the water that pollute it. Tap water is hard to purify because the chlorine seems to affect the structure even after the chlorine evaporates according to Dr. Emoto's research.
2.Keep a gallon or two of mineral water in front of a music source where you can play purifying water music. In Dr. Emoto's two books, you can find out the names of various symphonies and songs that produce great crystals. Some of these musical sources of HADO include Beethoven's Ninth, John Lennon's Imagine, and Amazing Grace.
3.Prepare a HADO bottle of water. This process if highly individual.
Start with a clear glass jar. One that holds about a quart is fine. Peel off any labels and clean the outside of the jar.
Cut out small pieces of paper (about 3" by 5").
Write messages on the pieces of paper.
One message should be "Love and Gratitude".
If you have some illness or pain you want to go away, another message can be "[Name of pain or illness] Has Gone".
A third message should be "The eternal power of the universe has gathered itself to create a world with true and grand harmony".
I also suggest you put a message on another sheet of paper with the name of your religion.
Tape these messages onto the outside of the container so that they face inward towards the water.
Put them in different places on the outside so that no message obscures any other message in facing the water inside.
Keep this HADO jar full of mineral water that has been in front of your speakers that have been vibrating with high HADO music.
Keep the water away from microwaves, televisions, computers and cell phones. All of those energy sources harm the structure of water as shown in Dr. Emoto's photographs.
4.Drink as often as possible from the HADO jar and refill it. Drink the amount of water that's healthy for you. But try to get as much of that water as possible from this jar. You can carry some of the water with you when you are away from your water source.
5.Be thankful as you drink the water.
Dr. Emoto's experiments suggest that you will further purify the water if you say or think the following thoughts as you drink the water:
"We love you, water."
"Thank you, water."
"We will take care of you, water."
Also thank God and the Angels for the water and ask them to bless it as you drink it.
Notice any changes that occur after you begin drinking HADO water and eating high HADO foods.
You may notice no changes . . . or you may notice quite a few. Finding some improvement is essential to seeing whether this approach is for you.

The Japanese researcher in question is Dr. Masaru Emoto, chief of the Hado institute in Tokyo. He is the author of many books concerning the phenomenon of ' Hado'. The two ideograms comprising this expression Hado (pronounced hadou to rhyme with shadow) literally mean "wave" and "move". This following definition is how Dr. Emoto himself describes the phenomenon, which led him to a series of remarkable discoveries pertaining to the nature of water. Hado: The intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter. The smallest unit of energy. Its basis is the energy of human consciousness.
A rapid understanding of Hado quickly spread throughout Japan as Dr. Emoto's theory gained ground. The word subsequently became part of daily language. "The Hado of this place is really low. Let's leave." "That person has a really powerful Hado." "Let's change the Hado of this environment." Conversational pieces such as this now abound in Japan and it is largely due to his revolutionary photographs of water crystals under high magnification. Frozen crystals of water? Yes, like this..

This is not just any crystallized molecule of water however. What has put Dr. Emoto at the forefront of the Hado phenomenon is his proof that thoughts and feelings affect PHYSICAL reality. By producing different Hado through written and spoken words, as well as music and literally presenting it to the SAME water samples, the water appears to "change its expression". The exquisite beauty of the above crystal of frozen tap water is clearly the result of Hado being projected at it. The expression of human gratitude (arigatou) is thus immediately reflected in water. Well, if this appears to be the case then let's see what other 'expressions' water may have...
Hado in Action
The theory of Hado postulates that, since all phenomena is at heart resonating energy, by changing the vibration we change the substance. Conventional science in general still does not support this notion. Yet quantum physics and in particular the 'observer effect' (of Heisenberg's uncertainty principle) clearly suggests we do alter our environment. Dr. Emoto and his supporters successfully carried out a dramatic demonstration of Hado in action on the shores of Lake Biwa, in the Kansai area of West Japan. The following information is taken from Vol. 2 of "The Message from Water"
Water condition before Hado activated
On the 25th of July 1999 at 04:30 in the morning 350 people gathered and offered their words, facing Lake Biwa. Praying with us at that time was the then 97 year old creator of the " Great declaration", Mr. Nobuo Shioya. The result of that was an incredible success that truly surprised us, the public at large. Concerning the outcome of that, here is how Mr. Shiotani described it in his book 'Jizairyoku 2' (Self sustaining power 2) published by Sunmark Press on September 25, 2000:
The largest lake in our land, the 'water jar' for the whole Kansai district, Lake Biwa in Shiga prefecture is an example without exception of horrendous pollution, with foul smelling and dirty water. No longer can we see the beautiful lake shore or the stock of ditch reeds there. Instead, every summer the surface of the lake is covered with a foreign species of aquatic plant called 'kokanada' algae which then putrefies.
It spreads a foul odor around the area, and so for over twenty years the prefecture has been carrying out a large scale operation to weed it out.
However, last year (1999) during that summer only, for some reason this aquatic plant hardly emerged at all, and there were no complaints made to the city office as it is usually swamped with during a normal year. It was reported in the newspapers that none of the parties concerned could ascertain the cause of this and that they were all shaking their heads over it.
Naturally that would be the case when 'something that was there is no more', as in the phenomenon which occurred on the surface of Lake Biwa. This 'miracle' too can be be explained I think through the power of thought. It's a fact that, as one of the ringleaders of this happening, nobody else but me could know that. In that year an event was held to clean up the waters of Lake Biwa by a group
mainly involved in researching Hado.
If the waters of Biwa were to become clean, an old saying had it that all of Japan's water would be purified, and so this congregation of people was there to use the power of Hado and Kotodama (the spirit of words) to try to do just that. I was also invited there and so headed for a hotel by the lake side where I gave a lecture on the method of 'right mind and breath control'. Then on the next morning sometime, about three hundred participants assembled on the lake shore. With myself in the middle we faced the lake's surface and as the rising sun came up before us we chanted the 'Great Declaration': "The eternal power of the universe has gathered itself to create a world with true and grand harmony"

The 'Great Declaration' as it literally says, by utilizing the limitless energy filling the universe, is a powerful statement to actualize world peace. These are words that can be clearly stated strongly as an established fact. By vocalizing this, the power of Kotodama, infused with the eternal energy of the universe, spreads to surrounding things and penetrates them, giving people world peace to begin with, many wishes fulfilled and happiness. That most powerful notion in words is also a statement that boosts that notion into actualization most strongly.
After cheering in chorus, I quickly excused myself and , being an old man, returned to the hotel. That happened last year in July. And then came
this: "Every summer on Lake Biwa the foreign species of algae called kokanada, which almost covers the lake as it flourishes abnormally, is
practically out of sight this year. In a normal year, the complaints of foul odor which come in to Shiga prefecture have been nil this year, and the amount of algae cleaned up by the prefecture is a mere pittance." It was a month later at the end of August when this was reported in the press.

However, if that was not a mysterious phenomenon it is still not something without a cause. Our thoughts that were sent out imbued with the great declaration curbed the emergence of an aquatic plant which was the source of a foul odour, and transformed the surface of the lake into a clean state. Our thoughts, requesting harmony and stability for all things through the 'great declaration' were transmitted clearly to grass and water, changing their qualities and purifying nature's pollution although many people do not realize it, there you have a clear causal relationship existing.In this fashion, it is not only human minds but also all life forms in this world containing all things and phenomena, including substances in nature like water which respond to our human thoughts. They accept those thoughts and it changes their condition and quality.
One month and two days from that day on August 27th the Kyoto Shinbun newspaper, an influential local newspaper company, was surprised and
very much pleased. This year complaints about the water in Lake Biwa have decreased. They say that the spread of the water algae condition has improved and that the foul odour has disappeared.

Energetically powerful water

A number of methods exist for photographing energy fields. Among them is Kirlian photography. This method uses high frequency electron streams to photograph the invisible energy fields radiating from all living/organic things. Super-hydrating water
Most tap water and bottled water is composed of large water conglomerates which are too large to move freely into the cells. This water must be reorganized within the body in order to penetrate the cells. However, the smaller molecular structure of hexagonal water allows for faster transit through cellular membranes. This has been verified using Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). Donald Mayfield, NMD, DOM, uses BIA and a variety of other methods to access the level of health in his patients. According to Dr. Mayfield, there is no question that hexagonally-structured water provides more rapid hydration.

Water has Structure

What is Indigo Water?
We've worked with children who had various learning disabilities and over the years came to the same conclusion as Dr. Makoto Shichida, world renowned founder of over 350 Preschool Child Academies in Japan who teach the importance of right brain stimulation.
Each side of the brain has its own unique and special abilities. The right side of the brain is intuitive, while the left side of the brain is logical. Mr. Lloy has been long interested in meditation and a practitioner of TM meditation (*1).
(*1) The meditation method systematized by Indian physicist, Mahalisi Mahesh Yogi. They meditate chanting individual mantras given by an instructor in their heart. It's also called "super meditation".
Starting from prototype coil
Mr. Lloy started receiving information about how to make coil 35 years ago. Sometimes inspiration came to him during his meditation, sometimes visions appeared in his dreams. This information from invisible world led him to a prototype coil, which was made with copper wire wound tightly.
At first, he did not really understand what he was making this coil for. However, he came to understand how these coils affect people's conscious mind as he tested the coils.
One day a group practicing TM meditation in Germany invited him to Germany . They operated the coils in their laboratory and examined how the coils affect the human brain wave, as measured by using various measuring devices. As a result, they witnessed various phenomenon; not only changes in brain waves but also a levitation phenomenon among study subjects.
The special wave generated from the coil he made is generally called Scalarwave. This Scalarwave is able to vertically vibrate the electromagnetic wave that is used for sending and receiving light, radio or TV waves, which usually vibrates horizontally.
He is currently trying to use this technology of Scalarwave to “enhance and purify human consciousness.” He considers his technology to be a “sacred gift” given by an invisible world, for the evolution of humankind.
What is a genuine Scalarwave?
Mr. Lloy asserts that only his coils generate real Scalarwave. In general, when making the coils it is necessary to use copper wires that have the same number of windings both right-handed and left-handed in order to generate the Scalarwave. This right-handed and left-handed coil winding creates a magnetic field in which both parts cancel each other out and thus creates a zero magnetic field as a result. This type of coil is generally called a cadusious coil (*2). (*2) Cadusious or caduceus means a cane with two snakes winding in spirals. It is also called Hermes cane and a symbol of medicine and peace. However, according to him this cadusious coil is not enough to generate a genuine Scalarwave. He attaches three cadusious coils vertically as shown in figure 1. Attaching three coils creates contact points of -/- and +/+ between coils.
Moreover, it creates a cross interaction of -/+ occurs between ends. These synergistic effects produce a genuine zero magnetic field that generates a genuine Scalarwave.
The important point here is to attach three coils, not two, since two coils are not enough. Two elements simply produce dualism while three produces a sacred trinity structure.
What is Scalarwave in the first place?
Then what is Scalarwave in the first place? Generally speaking, Scalarwave is a boundary line between the third dimension and the fourth dimension. He, however, asserts that this account does not actually get to the nature of the Scalarwave.
According to him, the Scalarwave is the world existing on the boundary between the manifested world and the non-manifested world. All dimensions including the third dimension, the fourth dimension and the fifth dimension indicate the manifested world.
On the contrary, the genuine Scalarwave indicates the place of contact point between the non-manifested world, and this world includes all possibilities, or “emptiness” in Buddhist words, and the manifested world includes all shape, and is the world of "color."
"Creation" means creating “a manifested place” from “a non-manifested place” using pure thoughts. Prajna shinkyoo defines this world as: "Every form in reality is empty, and emptiness is the true form" and the Scalarwave is related to this type of essential and fundamental aspect of the universe. Thus, it could be said that: "The Scalarwave is the key to creating."
To be more accurate, the Scalarwave exists anytime and anywhere, although it has been said that it is something that occurs. More precisely, using Mr. Lloy's coils enable you to access to the Scalarwave.
Mr. Lloy's system to transcribe the water wave
The complete hardware used to transcribe wave information into water is shown in figure 2.
How to coil the wire is also an important point. Hexagonal coil is the best to transcribe information into water while there are other possible shapes such as a triangle, a square and a pentagon.
In addition to this particular shape, he sets up a circular disc curved with atypical design on the bottom of the coil. This circular disc is made from a basal plate of print to create electric circuit, and the design expresses the essential quality of creation in the universe.
Figure 2 shows the water in the bottle, this is the special water used to transcribe waves.
He makes concentrate solution of our product, “Indigo Water.” When producing water in a large quantity, a bigger stainless steel container is used, unlike what's pictured in Figure 2, and the Scalarwave is released from coils set up in six different positions.
How to make "Indigo Water"
The following shows the simple instructions to make Mr. Lloy's hexagonal structured water.
First, you structuralize the water by transcribing the appropriate information of the number of vibrations through the coils and into the water. This structuralizing of the water enables the water to penetrate easily into cells and tissues of the human body. How much water penetrates into cells can be measured using a relatively simple apparatus.
The result for the experiment shows the amount of water inside of the cells has increased by 2.1 litters 10 minutes after taking 200 milliliters of this structured water; that is to say, 10 times of the amount of water you took penetrated into your cells. That means Mr. Lloy's structured water has ability to take a huge amount of water existing outside of the cells in the first place and help this water penetrate into the inside of the cells.
The amount of water in cells also increases when drinking distilled water also, however the amount of water increased inside of cells is almost the same as the amount of water you drink. On the other hand, the amount of water in cells decreases when you drink tap water.
This result tells us that there is marked "hydrated action" in structured water. It is therefore possible to purify our body through drinking structured water, which rinses out unnecessary inorganic minerals and toxic substances found inside of your cells.
In addition to these structuring processes, "Indigo Water" has had a frequency of vibration added to it corresponding with five noble gases: Helium, Neon, Argon, Krypton and Xenon.
According to Mr. Lloy, these noble gases represent a set of elements on the left side of the periodical table. In addition, these noble gases relate closely to human conscious.
Stamping hado information with the Scalarwave process is possibly done through the process of imprinting the particular vibration frequency found in these noble gases through the coils as waves, and then into the water.
Also, the frequencies of Titanium, Germanium, a pair of Calcium and Selenium, and a pair of Manganese and Copper are imprinted into water. To do this, these minerals are mixed with highly pure silicon dioxide and clay, and then sintered to make a ceramic board. After placing this ceramic board into the water, the element-specific frequency information is imprinted as Scalarwave into the water through the coils, just as happens with the noble gases.
Imprinting of hado as Scalarwave means to change the basic molecular structure in a substance at a cosmic creation level.
