Chapter 1: Introduction
You have three legal documents filed in heaven right now. Three, not metaphorical, actual documents with your name on them, signed and sealed.
And I am going to tell you what most believers never discover. Most of you have never even opened them. Think about that.
You own something you do not know you own. You have authority you are not using. You have a position you are not living from.
This gap is real. I know what it feels like.
That space between knowing something intellectually and actually living it.
You know, you are supposed to be seated with Christ. You have heard it in church, read it in scripture, maybe even believed it.
But when you pray, when you face a problem, when the enemy whispers lies, you are still acting like a beggar. Still asking God for something He already gave you.
That is not weakness. That is not lack of faith.
That is ignorance of your own legal status.
And here is what most people miss. There is something written into spiritual law that most churches never teach.
Three documents, three legal realities.
Once you understand what they are, everything shifts. Not your circumstances overnight. Your consciousness immediately.
When your consciousness shifts about who you really are, when you know it in your spirit, everything else follows.
Your prayers change. Your declarations change. Your entire relationship with God shifts.
The reason you do not feel powerful is not because you are not powerful. It is because you do not know what you are supposed to know.
You are trying to access a legal reality you have never read the documents for.
So here is what I will show you today. These three documents, what they say, why the church lost this teaching, and how to activate what is already legally yours.
This is practical. This affects the authority you carry in every conversation, every declaration, every moment.
Chapter 2: Understanding Your Legal Reality
But here is what most believers do not understand. Most believers live in what I call the gap. And the gap is this. You have a legal position, you do not have a consciousness of.
Let me explain. There is a difference between your actual status in heaven and your awareness of that status.
Your actual spiritual position is fixed. It does not change based on how you feel. It does not fluctuate based on your performance.
It does not depend on whether you are having a good day or a bad day.
Your legal position in Christ is absolute. It is established. It is seated. But your consciousness of that position, that changes constantly. That fluctuates.
Some days you wake up and you feel powerful. You feel like you can do anything. You feel like you own your authority. Other days you wake up and 3:05 you feel small. You feel powerless. You feel like you are begging again. And here is what most churches get wrong.
They teach you the position, but they never teach you how to shift your consciousness into alignment with it. So you end up believing two things at once.
You intellectually believe you are seated with Christ, but practically, emotionally, spiritually, you are stil acting like an orphan. You are still begging. That is the gap.
And that gap is what creates every single prayer where you are hoping instead of knowing.
Every declaration where you are uncertain instead of sure. Every moment where you should be enforcing authority but you are asking permission instead.
The scripture is clear on this.
Ephesians 2:6 says this. God raised us up together and seated us together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Seated. Present tense. Not going to sit you down. Not will sit you down. Seated right now in the heavenly places in Christ. You are there.
That is your legal position. But most believers have never accessed the consciousness that matches that position.
There is a hidden man inside you. The scripture calls him the hidden man of the heart. This is not your body. This is not your thoughts. This is your recreated spirit, your real self.
The part of you that was born again, that was transformed, that was remade with God's nature inside you.
That hidden man, he knows his position.
He understands his authority. He is not confused. He is seated.
He already owns what we are about to talk about. But you, your everyday consciousness, most of the time you are operating from the flesh, from your five senses, from what you can see and feel and touch and measure. You are operating from doubt because doubt is safe. Doubt means you do not have to risk anything.
Doubt means if things do not work out, you have an excuse. But your hidden man of the heart is operating from a completely different reality.
He is operating from revelation knowledge.
He knows what is true whether he can see it or not. He knows his authority whether it feels powerful or not.
So here is what we need to understand.
You have three legal documents filed in the spiritual realm.
Three pieces of your inheritance. Three aspects of your authority that belong to you right now.
Your identity, your position, your ownership.
And each one of these is recorded in heaven. Each one is absolute.
Each one is waiting for you to activate it.
The first document is about who you actually are. Not who you are trying to become, who you actually are right now.
The second document is about where you actually sit, your position in the heavenly realm, your authority and access.
And the third document is about what you actually own, your inheritance, what belongs to you as a son or daughter 6:27 of God. Most believers never understand these three things. They know about them vaguely. They heard a sermon once, but
6:35 they have never actually owned these truths. They have never let these documents become their foundation. And
6:42 that is why the gap stays open. That is why you keep praying like a beggar even though you are legally a son. That is
why you keep asking for permission even though you legally have authority.
And that is why I want to walk you through these three documents. Not as theology, as legal reality, not as something you are trying to become, as something you already are.
Chapter 3: Document 1: Identity
So let me show you the first one. The first document is about who you actually are.
Not who you think you are, not who you are trying to become, who you actually legally fundamentally are right now.
Not who you think you are, not who you are trying to become, but who you actually legally, fundamentally are right now.
And the scripture that covers this is crystal clear. 2 Corinthians 5:17.
Let me read this to you exactly as it is written. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Stop right there.
Do you understand what that verse is saying?
You are not an improved version of the old you. You are not the old man with some upgrades. You are not the same person with a little bit of God's nature sprinkled on top.
You are a new creation, completely new, brand new, a species that never existed before.
Think about that language. New creation, not renewed creation, not improved creation.
New from scratch, different DNA, different essence, different nature.
Most believers spend their entire lives trying to improve the old man instead of recognizing that the old man is completely and utterly dead. You are trying to fix something that is not fixable because it is not supposed to be fixed. It is supposed to be replaced.
And God did not just repair you. He recreated you. He killed off the old identity completely and made you into something entirely new with His nature running through your spirit.
This is not theology. This is your legal reality.
This is document number one.
When you became a believer, when you accepted Christ, something happened in the spirit realm that most churches never teach you about. Heaven filed a document.
Your old identity filed away, closed, finished.
Your new identity created, activated, sealed.
You are a new creation.
And that is your fundamental legal standing. That is the bottom line of who you are. Not who you
