Huntington’s disease

These data suggest that small globular aggregates of similar dimensions are widely formed irrespective of the primary structure and the molecular size of the original protein in mammalian cells.

Huntington’s disease is a progressive neuro-degenerative disorder caused by a polyglutamine repeat expansion in the first exon of the huntingtin (Htt) protein.
