You Can Live a Long Life?

Yes, you can live a longevity with vitality and healthy quality life too.

Asking for help can be difficult and may seem disloyal for care givers.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness; it is more an awareness that problems can seldom be solved alone.

It is very important to maintain contact with friends and make the effort to get out regularly. Growing older is inevitable, but poor health in old age is not inevitable.

WE can learn from the financial "credit-crisis" which is around the world today. Longevity with vitality and healthy quality life is not simply about extending life for you to have the breath to blow out the candles or be strong enough to cut the birthday cake, but is concerned with delaying the onset of premature aging and increasing the number of vital, disease-free years that you can expect to enjoy with us. When your health is well, then your wealth is well; when your health is dwelt your wealth-credit will swell too.

This is also a matter of economic survival as well. Worldwide, we see people spend over trillion dollars on medical care each year, much of it devoted to crisis intervention and chronic care of an elderly population rife with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's disease, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions associated with aging. As we continue to grow older and age as a population, we run the risk of "breaking the bank."

By taking the alternative basic and simple approach - using natural strategies to maintain health as the first-thing-first principle in living and working throughout life and prevent illness before it occurs - we could potentially save billions of dollars ,cash , not credit-points, in health-care costs every year.

Conventional medicine generally offers drug (or toxic) treatments or surgery once an illness has happened and does little to prevent or reverse health problems. IN ADDITION, these conventional approaches often introduce serious side effects.

We must recognize that body illness do not have one cause, but multiple factors that together overload your body systems. Looking at illness and health in this way makes for more effective treatment than the single-cause focus of conventional medicine. Healing these underlying causes leading to premature aging brings lasting relief and renewed vitality, not a simple masking of symptoms.

This is the simple basic principle of alternative medicine and the reason why it succeeds where many conventional medicine often fails in treatment of chronic disease.
