The Natural Body Bio-Cycles.
What are these Bio(life) cycles? Most people are not even aware that they exist right in themselves. The Human's ability to deal with food relies on the EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING of three regular daily cycles.
These cycles are based on rather obvious functions of the human body. To put it simplest terms, on a daily basis we take in food (Appropriation), we absorb and use some of that food (Assimilation), and we get rid of what we don't use (Elimination).
Although each of these three functions is always going on to some extent, each is MORE INTENSE during certain hours of the day.
12noon to 8 P.M. ---APPROPRIATION (eating and digestion)
8 P.M. to 4 A.M. ---ASSIMILATION (absorption and use )
4 A.M. to 12 noon ---ELIMINATION (of body wastes and food debris)
Our body cycles can become apparent to us if we simply witness our bodies in action.
Obviously, during our waking hours we eat (Appropriate) , and if we put off eating, our hunger tends to heighten as the day goes on .
All natural fresh produce comes with the correct amount of water-content which enable these three processes to be accomplished without developing any stress to the body, unless we start to cook or further process it chemically which we see in our food-chain technology.
More and more people are gaining unhealthy excess body weight because the water-content in the meals are not the correct ration with the amount intake overtime.
