COOKED FOODS?

Fruit juices (fresh, not packaged) are the cleansers of the human system, but the fruit should be ripe. A ripe apple a day will keep the disease away, if we also eat plenty of other raw food. Fruits in sufficient variety will furnish your body with all carbohydrates and sugar that it needs.

We are now living in the Nuclear Age, and to slow ourselves down by eating much cooked food creates a physical and mental conflict within us which is a handicap blocking the streamline of our existence, naturally.

Vegetables juices are the builders and regenerators of the human body. Vegetables (in raw form) contain all the amino acids, minerals, salts, enzymes, and vitamins needed by our human body, provided that they are used fresh, raw, and without preservatives, and that they have been properly extracted from the fresh raw vegetables.

In our final analysis, raw food is the nourishment intended for human beings. However, not everyone is able to change suddenly the lifelong habit of eating foods mostly or totally cooked and devitalized, and in their place eat only raw foods. Such a sudden change may cause disturbances which the individual may not be able to understand, but which, nevertheless, may be entirely beneficial.

It is never too late or too early to revise and be wise again for the rest of our journey.......

Use Water-cure. Rather be thankful for the timely warning, and do something about it.

Drink at least 10% of your own daily water-quota (31.42 ml multiply by your present body weight(kg), every 90 minutes. Use 1/4 teaspoon of sea-salt in your daily diet, for every 1250 ml water drank.

Pain is a sign/signal produced by dehydration in the human body. Pain may be common but it is not normal.

To simplify complications is the FIRST essential of success.
