FORMULA PROPORTIONS for...

GALL BLADDER TROUBLE and GALLSTONES:

We can try one of these formula proportions(FP) and see the results for ourselves. It is always best to have a doctor who has had personal experience with raw vegetable juices to check your present condition and consult him/her in regard to it.

(1 LITRE = 1.76 PINTS = 0.22 UK GALLON. 1 pint = 16 ounces (oz).)

FP1. Carrot,10 oz. plus(+) Beet,3 oz. + Cucumber,3 oz. = 16 oz.
OR
FP2. Carrot,11 oz. + Spinach,6 oz. = 16 oz.
OR
FP3. Carrot,9 oz. + Celery,5 oz. + Parsley,2 oz. = 16 oz.
OR
FP4. Carrot,11 oz. + Beet,3 oz. + Coconut,2 oz. = 16 oz.
OR
FP5. Lemon,16 oz. in a glass of hot water.

NOTE for These Formulas : It is essential to bear in mind that satisfactory results from the use of these combinations have been obtained with juices made with the Electric Triturator (Pulverizer) and Hydraulic Press. You have to search the Internet for any shop that sell this kind of machine in your own area. I am not promoting any brand here, sorry. Seek and you will find. Such equipment has been found to extract the Vitamins, Minerals and other Vital Elements from vegetables and fruits and to retain the live Enzymes more completely than by any other method. When any other type of juice extractor was used, it was found necessary to considerably increase the indicated quantity.

Any juice, so long as it is fresh and raw, is better than no raw juice at all.

GALL BLADDER TROUBLE and GALLSTONES . How they come about? Cooked fats and fried foods (trans-fat) are the most common cause of a disorganized gall bladder functions.

Biliousness: The result of incomplete digestion of fats and excessive fermentation in the body system, causing improper secretion and flow of bile from the liver. Alcoholic liquors taken with meals, including beer, degenerating the liver, have the tendency to chronically disorganize the digestive functions. Fried and fatty food are the most frequent cause of biliousnes. Alcoholic and caffeine drinks prematurely "force" the food to leave the stomach before it is properly digested. Sipping water with meals will help better digestion. The best is to drink one glass of water, half an hour (30 minutes) prior to the mealtime.

Gallstones and gravel, however, are the accumulation of inorganic calcium and other inorganic matter collecting in the gall bladder due to the inability of the system to assimilate them. All starch, white-bread and refined-grain products, especially from refined flour, are full of such inorganic calcium. Recall the children in Africa with "bloated" abdomens who were fed with refined flour from the WHO agencies. It is not just malnutrition, but also organic-elements-deficiency. In affluence societies, we find obese children,instead. Eating plenty of these may tend to furnish a plentiful crop of gallstones and gravel. The present Balance-Food-Pyramid which is adopted by many countries for public education, was a wrong formula for public health, as far as body system assimilation is concerned.

The juice of a lemon in a glass of hot water, without sweetening taken several times a day for 3 or 4 weeks has helped to dissolve these stones, when the other juices indicated herein were used daily over the same period of time.

Nature never intended that man's gall bladder be removed by an operation/surgery. The human gall bladder is ESSENTIAL to the proper functioning of the liver. Our body is our own, however, and if we are, through ignorance or worse if through 'intellectual arrogance,' of its functioning, ready and willing to submit it to the practicing of surgery, there is no one we can blame but ourselves.

It is never too late or too early to revise and be wise again for the rest of our journey.......

Use Water-cure. Rather be thankful for the timely warning, and do something about it.

Drink at least 10% of your own daily water-quota (31.42 ml multiply by your present body weight(kg), every 90 minutes. Use 1/4 teaspoon of sea-salt in your daily diet, for every 1250 ml water drank.

Pain is a sign/signal produced by dehydration in the human body. Pain may be common but it is not normal.
