Pillars of Health is ...

found in relationships. Keeping your friends close is real healthy wealth. making new friends is one thing; keeping them for life is another.

We have friend(s) and we need friends in our lives to keep us going, but we do not always find or have much time to stay close.

Simple friends need simple ways to move on. A phone call to say hello and let's update you with my health is rewarding in many aspects .

Life gets busy? then get busy friends around too.
