The medical industry puts enormous social resources in the downstream of a person’s life. Doctors are busy rescuing “drowning” patients in the river flood, while ignoring soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the river.
Instead of repeating the same old story, we hope that humanity can solve health problems earlier rather than later. Is there a philosophy and a method to achieve this goal?
Well, the universe has given us the abilities to do so, but we have long abandoned them. However,
these capabilities have existed within human
culture like an ancient seed lying dormant for millennia, waiting to surface. This seed is our innate self-healing mechanism. In fact, we humans are the only species on earth that gives up on self-healing, while plants and animals live and
multiply thanks to their self-healing power.
Many ordinary people have discovered their own
huge potential in preventing and self-healing
diseases through PaidaLajin.
PaidaLajin is a method that activates the self-healing mechanism in us. It is not a medical therapy, but includes slapping and stretching exercises that are simpler than yoga and T’ai Chi. Almost everyone can learn the techniques in a few minutes. PaidaLajin is an amazing way to prevent, diagnose, and heal diseases. It reclaims our human nature, and manifests the divine in us.

We have received testimonials from people across the world who
have gained relief from or self-healed various pains, cancer, stroke, diabetes, psoriasis, depression, hypertension, heart disease, uterine fibroids, and many other illnesses, some of which are not recognized by Western medicine.
Our data, collected from 2009–2015,
conservatively estimates that practicing Paida
Lajin helps prevent and provides self-healing in 50% of illnesses. In 2015, we worked with the TAG VHS Diabetes Research Centre in India in strict accordance with standards of Western medicine. The medical experts’ clinical report shows that PaidaLajin can indeed prevent illnesses, improve health, enthusiasm, and energy level; it has good curative effect on Type I and II diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other chronic diseases. It has even better effect in relieving lower back and leg pains.
In August 2011, we conducted post-workshop telephone interviews with the participants of Chinese workshops. We discovered that the effective rates of PaidaLajin in healing diabetes, hypertension, lower back and leg pains were over 86%. For those who stopped medication and practiced PaidaLajin, 93% reported better health than when they were under medication; the
remaining 7% maintained the same health condition as when they were under medication, which was an improvement in itself.
In December 2015, we conducted end-of-workshop and post-workshop surveys, and found that during
the workshop, over 90% of the participants
improved their diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, neck, shoulder, back, waist, and leg pains. Back at home, their health condition was significantly better than before the workshop, whether they continued to practice PaidaLajin or not. Eighty-four percent of those who continued the practice experienced the most obvious improvements. And over 62% of those under medication stopped it, with the approval from their doctors, after the workshop.
PaidaLajin has proven more effective than cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in relieving acute heart attack. It is 80% effective in relieving non-bleeding acute symptoms, such as cold, fever, cramps, headache, motion sickness, menstrual pain, acute gastroenteritis, acute heart attack, and acute sports injuries.
All those who support self-healing through PaidaLajin have one thing in common: they have personally practiced it.
PaidaLajin can be learned by men and women, young and old, in just a few minutes. It transcends the mystery and complexity of medical practices, yoga, T’ai Chi, Qi Gong, and other
