Breathing the Light of the Centres

THIS EXERCISE CELEBRATES AND TOTALLY BALANCES YOUR ENERGY FIELD THROUGH BALANCING your subtle energy centres. Use the exercise whenever you feel the need for energetic balance, but practice it only once in any one day. Breathing is the key to energizing ourselves, and our breathing is influenced by our posture. Where it is possible an effective standing posture (where your feet are shoulder-width apart with your feet flat on the ground and your knees relaxed) has the same energizing aims of a relaxed body and a mind with which you can pay attention while letting all thoughts pass through unobstructed. The standing stance described opens up your energy field and allows energy to flow freely.

• Stand, or sit if necessary, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Let your arms hang loosely by your sides. As you straighten your back, relax your pelvis and shoulders. Let your centre of gravity move to the region of your Sacral Centre.

• Take a few breathe to clear your lungs. Allow any tension, worry, or anxiety to exit your body as you exhale through your open mouth. Close your mouth and breathe normally when you feel settled.

• You are going to fill your energy field with seven spheres of coloured light, from red to violet. These spheres of light are created by combining visualization with the breath. You will visualize each sphere outside of the one you visualized before.  

• Breathe in, visualizing red light rising from behind your heels, and moving up your back to the top of your head. Pause for a moment.

• As you exhale, visualize the red light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet. You are now enclosed in a sphere of red light.

• As you exhale. visualize the red light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet. You are now enclosed in a sphere of red light.

• Bring your attention back to your heels. Breathe orange light up your back to the top of your head, pause, and, on the out-breath, visualize the orange light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet, totally enclosing the sphere of red light with a sphere of orange light.

• Returning your focus to your heels, this time breathe yellow light up your back to the top of your head, pause, and, on the out-breath, visualize the yellow light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet. Enclose the sphere of orange light with a sphere of yellow light.

• Focus again on your heels, breath green light up your back to the top of your head, pause, and, on the out-breath, visualize the green light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet, totally enclosing the sphere of yellow light with a sphere of green light.

• Returning your focus to your heels, breathe sky-blue light up your back to the top of your head, pause, and on the out-breath, visualize the blue light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet. Enclose the sphere of green light with a sphere of sky-blue light.

• Focus on your heels once again and this time breathe royal blue/indigo light up your back to the top of your head, pause, and, on the out-breath, visualize the indigo light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet, totally enclosing the sphere of sky-blue light with a sphere of indigo light.

• Returning your focus to your heels for the final time, breathe violet/purple light up your back to the top of your head, pause, and, on the out-breath, visualise the violet light moving down the front of your body until it is under your feet, totally enclosing the sphere of indigo light with a sphere of violet light.

 • With relaxed breathing, spend a few moments of awareness as you are totally enclosed in a rainbow of light.

The healthy functioning of our bodies depends on the work of the subtle energy centres. We also need a harmonious relationship with the flow of energies, into and out of the etheric body. Everything, all living things, both give out and receive energy. in the next blog post we will examine this energetic 'polarity'.

Your body cells are like a flowing river. Cells die and get renewed.   It takes 21 days to get rid of an addiction or a bad habit.


The criminal man who is like a beast ( and homosexual pedophiles who have anal sex )  , with NIL conscience will have a weak aura riddled with black holes and his soul within has very low frequency vibrations .
